Manna, thanks for the recipe! I have already tried both in the cloer waffle iron and in the redmond multibaker, well, very tasty.

These waffles are now one of my favorites, I baked them today. Grows / oil took 1 tbsp / l of olive, 1 tbsp / l of mustard and 2 tbsp / l of sunflower.

Girls, I am very glad that I liked the waffles! Thank you for your kind words and reports!

Manna, I want to try, but not in the form of waffles, but in the form of tartlets in First. Please tell me, after baking, the waffles remain soft for a long time, or quickly freeze, allowing you to just twist themselves. I want to find out how the tartlets will behave after removal, they will not immediately fall off, turning from a tartlet into a flat cake

Girls, what consistency should this dough be?
I want to try baking these waffles in Redmond, but I got a very batter. I had to add flour. But what it should be I did not find in Temko. I'm afraid to overdo it with flour, unknowingly

Galina, I bake these waffles on whey, the dough is thin, after kneading I let it stand for ~ 20 minutes to swell, I make oatmeal from flakes. Here is a photo, suddenly it will help

Manna, thank you for the waffle recipe! We liked it very much! : nyam: Several times I have baked Dutch waffles in the Redmond multi-cauldron. Good at it. I also tried it on the old Soviet one, without a non-stick coating, unfortunately it did not work out. They stuck, despite the fact that I liberally greased the waffle iron with butter. In general, I was not surprised. I have only one recipe for waffles, according to which nothing sticks to it, and the rest ... Maybe also the fact that I did not have flour, but ground oatmeal.
Well, nothing, the multibaker is doing it!
I replace only cinnamon with vanilla. I don’t love her .. in our family, nobody ..

Manna, thank you for the recipe! The waffles are wonderful! We liked it very much)
Can you tell me why they didn’t roll up for me? I assume that because of the composition, because there were changes
But we were completely satisfied with the cakes))
I read everything and saw that it was possible to replace milk and reduce sugar, I almost did it: water instead of milk, sugar 0.5 tbsp. l. The rest is prescription. baked in Cloer. They did not curl up, and the oil stood out a little, as if it was too much. Added 1/4 of the recipe for buckwheat flour and water. The taste and crunchiness did not suffer, it became less sweet and leaner) so buckwheat can be added
So they ate, spreading ice cream on cakes)
Here's how to roll such a harmless composition into a horn?

baked in Cloer. Did not fold
Diana, did not curl up at all, that is, were already hard on the waffle iron? It’s just strange, they couldn’t get so stale from the addition of buckwheat flour.
I also baked on water in Cloer, I can see above, tubes and horns roll up without problems

I spun buckwheat waffles

win-tat, Tatyana, that's right - they were already hard on the waffle iron. Even before the addition of buckwheat, they were like that, on oat flour and wheat. I looked at your post when I reduced sugar and replaced milk with water))
maybe my oatmeal is such a cunning flour. You wrote that you do without sugar at all. Are they spinning too?

This was the only drawback. crunched very tasty, I will try again)) thanks for participating
win-tat
Diana, to me on you

were already firm on the waffle iron
Maybe you overexpose them, Cloer is well regulated in this regard, I have a waffle iron with a bell, so clearly on a signal the waffle is ready, as it rings, I immediately take it out.

Are they spinning too?
yeah, I have all sorts of them and spin on all waffle makers.

I grind oatmeal myself from flakes. It's clear sun N3, I buy small ones especially for this, but I never made them from the store.
And I always take 1-2 tbsp / l of olive oil, the rest is sunflower-seed oil, and more often I don't add cl / oil at all, with olive dough it turns out to be fat.

Tatyana, Mine doesn't ring, but I tried to get it out before, not that: the completely light and soft wafer curled slightly, but did not crunch. Maybe the heating is intense by 3. I'll try 2. And I'll grind the flakes, and suddenly) and I'll make buckwheat, I liked it, thanks!
in general, yes, I will not give up, especially since my son will not lag behind me now)

Thank you very much, the recipe is perfect,

I'll pick up the recipe. Delicious waffles are obtained. Made with coconut milk and coconut oil. Gorgeous result
Ukka
SeberiaElena, what do you think, if some of the flour is replaced with bran? I have oat bran, I need to use it. There is also ground rolled oats.
Seberia
Olya, I think that if a small part, then it will not spoil the taste
I’ll replace white flour with whole grain one another time.

Thanks for the recipe)) delicious and crispy waffles came out. Baked in a multi-pot on Dutch waffles. Instead of oat flour - ground rolled oats. The dough seemed thin, but did not add flour, it worked out well)) next time I will reduce the oil, too much ...
