Economical Orange Juice
Category: Drinks
Ingredients
Orange 2 pieces
Sugar 2 cups
Citric acid 10 grams
Cooking method

On a 3-liter jar: freeze oranges, then grate on a potato grater, preferably. But it’s hard, it’s possible for borachnaya or even less (I don’t know what it’s called). Pour in sugar and lemon. Pour 1 liter of hot water, but not boiling water. Close and leave to infuse in the room. In the morning, strain onto cheesecloth and add up to three liters of water. Depending on the oranges, it turns out to be sweet. You can experiment and adjust your sugar.

Everything's OK! Only instead of citric acid it is better to use lemon juice - it will be healthier for your health.
Sorry that I got in with my 5 kopecks Economical Orange Juice.

Rita, why, you say everything correctly, we, basically, still cook for the children we love. When I already wrote, I thought about it, only the question arose in the amount of juice, this should be tried empirically. Or you can just add lemons right away with an orange. Only you also need to try so that it does not taste bitter.
Rita
To avoid bitterness, it is better to squeeze the juice out of the lemons separately. Only juice without membranes and rind.

So funny you said "borachnaya". Then either beetroot or beetroot.
A smaller grater is called a carrot grater.

Thank you, Freken Bock, everything is really so

.
AND Zhivchik Thank you, I was racking my head, what is this grater called. Although I often rub carrots with beetroot. And for such a little fruit for my little son, cheese.

Here is the same recipe with only 4 oranges per 9 liters https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=171035.0

Sandy, I'm completely blind. More importantly, I think: "Where are the soft drinks?" So you showed it. Maybe delete, so as not to repeat?
