Lena, Well, this is the maximum flow rate for a 60 liter. They use complex calculations, depending on the class of the oven. I think this is the maximum.
I just really wondered how much ..
My stove all eats about 10 kilowatts, but this is an oven + 4 burners, which have more than 2 consumption. That is, the oven consumes less than one burner ... This is very interesting ... I used to think that it was the oven that consumes the most electricity, but no, it is the least of all, given the volume ... So sterilization of cans certainly goes into the oven.

I don't force anyone to use AG for sterilization! I just told about my experience! Maybe someone will come in handy, otherwise on the Internet it is somehow indistinctly spelled out about the sterilization of workpieces, clearly only about the sterilization of empty cans. And then the person tried it himself, and did not copy the text from the instructions ...
Personally, I liked it more in AG than on the stove, and the oven was small before, now I threw it out, instead of it I use AG and do not regret it at all

No, no, no one argues! It is very useful and interesting.
After all, there are people with high incomes, there are areas with almost free electricity ... When such calculations do not make sense at all. I just saw how people sometimes torment themselves when choosing a stove between a gas oven and an electric one, in an attempt not to overpay for electricity. So they should definitely be aware that the airfryer is one of the most expensive consumers in the kitchen. Even, perhaps, the most expensive one, I still cannot remember anything less effective for heating.
Mirabel
Lena, Olga, ahhh you mean exactly sterilization of cans.
I do not know how to calculate everything so accurately, but I thought that a relatively small AG would eat less than a hefty oven, and in my opinion someone here wrote that the hour of the oven is 3-4 kW
After purchasing AF, when I stopped baking chicken parts and, in principle, began to use the oven much less often, I really felt the savings in electric
TTT, today we are very pleased with the factures of 100 euros per month for electricity and gas (we have the same provider), given that heating and hot water are also on gas.

Okay, somehow I'll get the wings out of the freezer, and from the attic a large airfryer. Let's try to find out how much the tenovy old man actually eats. Because the infrared boy has an enviable appetite. )

I just have a shadow! Does he eat less than infrared ?!
Bijou
I'm afraid more, all other things being equal.))
But I also have a difference in size.
Irina.A
Maybe I'm not a thrifty lady, but the airfryer is on the table all the time, got hooked on chicken wings, and, in principle, I can't say that they started paying much more for electricity (but I sterilize the cans for a couple)

Why not read the specifications in the instructions? I don't think that with the declared power, the toy will give an order of magnitude higher result. Less is easy, but more I doubt. If the specified power is 1500 (1.5 kW / h), then 1700 will not wait from it. The question is: is it profitable to use low-power equipment? Does this increase the cooking time? If yes, then the email bill will be more impressive.

I still pay 5-6 thousand in a month.
What a horror, here perhaps you will attend to the economy. Is it the same in summer?
Bijou
Well, yes, this is the last summer number.) I looked at Kukuruz - May 4 841.20, July 5 964.54, September 5 473.33. At the same time, a third of consumption at night is at a reduced rate.
The son loves bread from the oven, and for this money you can bake 3-4 times in a cartoon. And if you do not brown with the airfryer, then everything is 5-6. * kidding *

In general, it comes out about a hundred rubles a day, like a penny for the benefits of civilization. But for some reason, not a penny accumulates in a year, if multiplied by 365.

Hello !!! : girl-yes: Please tell the owners if the airfryer can completely replace the oven - I want to bake yeast pies, pizza. pies and of course bake fish meat. I choose between a mini airfryer and a princess. I had and still have all kinds of kitchen helpers, but many are idle. At first, it seems that you can't live unless you buy an air fryer, for example. And then I have no demand for it. I don’t want to waste money again. Or buy a good oven after all? The airfryer is also attracted by the possibility of canning. In short, this time I want to buy the most versatile device? Or is this just a dream?
Bijou
thet, well, maybe there are geniuses of the airfryer here, but I never succeeded in baking in it. ((What I just didn’t do, I put pies on the perforated base, and reduced the sizes so that more hot air would blow under the bottom .. Nope, all the same, the top grabbed and darkened, and the bottom was damp and white.Well, or somehow they could bake three pies at a time instead of fifteen in the oven.

But again, this is exclusively my experience, and the grill was kind of normal - large, heating element, with multiple choice of temperature and blowing speed.

The oven is always more functional. Even if it is tidy and tabletop, and not a fancy built-in.
Why can't you preserve in the oven? Do you need heating only on one side, or what?
thet
Bijou! Lena! :)Thanks for the fast reply ! Is it convenient to preserve in the oven? After all, the red-hot glass jars with the contents must somehow be contrived to carefully remove. After all, they are removed from the airfryer from above and it seems to me it's safer. But if the baking in the airfryer is not very good, then I probably don't need it. A good oven isn't cheap ...

So I didn't think about it in advance, so I didn't get burned.))
Well ... The coolest thing is, if there are telescopes in the oven, then the baking sheet hangs in the air and both hands are free. I don't have it, so I roll out the baking sheet with one hand and take the can with the other. But now I often sterilize small things in multicooker.

Everything, I will no longer discuss extraneous devices here.
Luna Nord
In AG, unfortunately, I only sterilize banks. Well, a couple of times I baked a chicken, yes, a couple of times I made a pizza. The pizza worked the best, because the dough is thin and the filling is on top. Something doesn't work out to make friends with her ...
fedorovna1
I only bake in the oven. I bake chicken, fish, meat in the airfryer. If you need any one device, then I would take the oven. I have a large oven, so an airfryer will help her.

Lena: rose: Lyudmila: rose: Tatiana Thank you for your opinion - this is very important to me. I would like everything to be in one "bottle" - but this probably does not happen! : pard: I'm still choosing

I was surprised that you did not make friends with AF ... in my opinion, such a cool mini-oven

I love the convection oven very much, but between a mini oven (always with convection) and an air oven I would choose an oven. However, one must take into account that these are different dimensions and price range. And the princess is generally from another area. As for me, this is an improved electric frying pan. I looked closely at her, looked closely, and realized that I could perfectly do without her.
thet
Mirabel! Vika! It turned out to be small for me - nowhere to roam: girl_haha: Plazmo4ka! Angela! So I think that a mini oven is still preferable to an airfryer - baking is more important. And in electric pans they mainly bake - that's why I look and read about it.But you need to buy one thing - and so much is idle
Irina.A
thet, between the electric frying pan and the oven, I would choose the oven, but not everything is so sad, and you can bake in the grill, you just need to understand how, while I'm experimenting. (but thought about the oven)
thet
Irina ! :) So every now and then - "experimenting" - that's why I want to have a baking device with a predictable result! I'm afraid that I won't "cope" with AG, so I lean towards the oven.

I had a lot of good AGs, but now I will say that it would be better if I initially bought one Kuzina than throw so much money down the drain.

No, I didn't manage to overcome difficulties, it turned out to be much easier to put baked goods in the oven. More predictable, in the sense.

Yes, I, Ira, I understand. But in all the AGs, the bottom was stubbornly white and unbaked. Even Fitness was fancy, but no. That did not grow together at all.
Irina.A
Rituslya, Rita, yes, I also grill more for vegetables and meat, and baking is a fix idea, so I'm trying it, and it's still at my fingertips
Rituslya
Irina. A, Irish, so there is no heating in the AG at the bottom, so there is no place to expect baked goods. I also had some kind of aerofrey with a spit, so it was fried there, of course, due to the fact that it was spinning.
Irina.A
Rituslya, whatever the child is amused, as long as he does not ask for new toys! This is me about myself
Rituslya
Irina. A, Yes, I understand. Itself went through all this.

I could not pass by - just recently, when I was struggling with the apple harvest throughout September and October (I baked it every day in the AG), I remembered that he was 16 years old. This was the first purchase from my technique (just a dream - with electronic control, three speeds, a full set of personal items, a fascinating cooking process in a transparent saucepan).
I quickly realized that advertising is not true in terms of replacing the AG of all appliances in the kitchen, etc. At the same time, I still love him. At different times, depending on the availability of funds, products, addictions I used in different ways. She baked a lot of chicken legs, wings, fish in foil, even frozen purchased cutlets. Curd casserole, apples, pizza - everything is super. But with baking it was not easy - really the bottom was not baked, I began to bake only puff pastry (I remembered - chicken drumsticks were good in puff pastry - and the meat was fried and the dough was baked). Since I still don't have a stove with a good oven, in AG I only bake ciabatas or baguettes (once a year), and all the rest of the baked goods and bread in the form of cakes / buns in the Princess every day - in this regard, it suits me perfectly and I have absolutely no need for an oven.
thet, so for baking as the main AG device, I would not recommend

As there is no heating in the AG at the bottom, therefore, there is no special place to expect baked goods.
I do not agree with this.I had the opportunity to compare the work of different types of airfryer: primitive (time and temperature) heating elements, primitive halogen and sophisticated (time, temperature, speed + ready-made settings for quick start) programmable halogen.

Primitive bakes (yeast, flaky, shortbread) are excellent, but sophisticated ones - something is not working out as well as we would like. It seems that its only advantage is 3 hours of uninterrupted operation and accurate setting of the "sausage" temperature, but I have not tested this option yet.
Bijou
plasmo4ka, and the dimensions are the same for all? It's a paradoxical situation.)
plasmo4ka
Lena, yes, absolutely the same, only the firms are different. The old man ordered to live a long time, bought a simple galagenka to replace it, and took the fancy one for mom. Mom didn't work out with him, now I'm trying to adapt to him, and she is very happy with my simple halogen.

Ha, there were so many levels there. Our ovens never dreamed of. Here it leaves, there it dries on the pipe, it warms up on the floors. It bakes, then cools down - the porridge reaches ... And the heat is even, uniform. Rarely are new ovens able to keep so warm ... And the whole house is warm from the stove ...

Mrs.Adams! : girl-yes: All the same, AG is very attractive while it is not. But for baking I will look for something else

You know, girls, my weight is already the second. The first was a weight with a lifting lid, worked for a month, changed to the same one, for another month, then asked for money back, read the Internet and bought the same weight, but with a metal shadow, unpretentious. Model like 777. What can I say, fried chicken parts are cool, sausages, sausages. I tried pastries, figs, there is where to do. At one time I was fond of cooking in cans according to five recipes at once, then cooled down. And then suddenly a cellar with a barn was formed and it started ... Those recipes in which it is necessary to sterilize the product in cans I used to skip without looking, but now it's a nice thing

And then I was criticized above with sterilization in AG - like eating a lot of energy! So what, the main thing for me is that it is convenient and safe!

In the topic about homemade stew, they scared that if the cooking temperature is less than 120 * C, then botulism can catch. Therefore, after cooking the stew in MV, I still sterilize it, decomposed in jars in AG at 150 * C. Just the other day from a full bowl (MB for 5 liters), almost 7 jars of 0.5 liters were obtained! Recommend!

And what does it give? ) The jar doesn't seem to show that the contents were actively boiling - when I roll the vegetable salads out of the oven, you yawn a little and already half a can of brine is in the baking sheet.

In the topic about stewed meat, they wrote that if you cook only at 100 * C, then disputes can remain and then you can poison yourself with botulism, and if for another half an hour at 120 * C, then they die.
