I have it since April this year. Used 3-4 times a month, mainly for frying chicken and potatoes. In the summer I took it to the dacha and used it there for frying fish. In winter I will make barbecue.
If you start from the beginning, I probably wouldn't buy ...
Probably I would buy, but exclusively for meat, I just can't get used to it

Today I decided to try my luck - to cook chips in the AG. The result was disappointing. The most delicious chips will have to be fried in oil I did this: I collected the fat from the chicken in a pan, dipped 1mm slices of potatoes cut with a grater-shredder, strung them on skewers, which then put them on the wire rack: 3 skewers, 2 potato circles fell between the bars of the grill. I tried not to stick together. The result is a dried potato. Some mugs were fried around the perimeter but remained boiled in the center.

Alas. my case.

Baking - 4-5 rolls and they have to be turned over, although I put on an expansion ring, the bottom is still not baked. moreover, not yeast or puff pastry. And yet, nevertheless, nevertheless ... according to my conservative estimates, it is one of the most power-hungry devices in the kitchen.

Natasha! we need to call giraffe here, time (she has nice pastries)
secondly, where do you have the AG? on your desk or in your closet? I rummaged in my closet from de soba, do you understand? it is necessary that he was always visible, well, and taste preferences - we love everything with gravy, it turns out to be easier for me to cook the same meat and chicken in MV or SLE, as it turned out

Well, noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooering ... I love AG

Girls, the airfryer - in my case, it's just a wonderful device! Until I had a multicooker, which I just didn’t cook in it .... Puff pies (cooked on the wire rack, turned over) went off with a bang! Meat, fish in the sleeve and in foil, they work out almost always !!! Vegetable casseroles - yum-yum ...... Although my simplest ones were Brand 35125 and now Weight 777 (1 fan speed and temperature up to 220 degrees). If you use it more often, then everything will work out. By the way, the shish kebab is very tasty (but without the haze (I'm not a fan))

By the way, now my children's favorite dish is roasted pork in a hand (you can eat both hot and cold)

Alenky, this is the key word, if there was no MV. And ovens. And pressure cookers. and ... and .. and ....

Yes, I saw that you are doing miracles there- Tanyulya, Plyushkina there vapsche to spend the night in it itself is ready - and soups and borscht in pots If he were alone in the kitchen (do not bring the gentlemen) so the sailors have no questions. In my kitchen it is arranged as follows: dishwasher-sink-table (on it an airfryer and thermo-pot) -plate-cabinet (on it a bread-maker-multicooker-microwave (children heat milk for breakfast). Nowadays, a multicooker, airfryer and thermo-pot are actively used. I clean, I use it almost every day, but the stove is idle ... I also want a pressure cooker or a smokehouse (I know the diagnosis, you don't have to send it to the corresponding branch)

So Keito remembered it in vain? So be it, I won't be offended by the birthday girl.

Yeah, I love my airfryer and he reciprocates me. And although I don't have it on the table, but by the cupboard, I'm not too lazy to get it. I'll get it out / put it back, I'll pump up the muscles - it's a bit high for me. So there is benefit not only for the womb, but also for the body.

Oh, I dropped it like that, from a height of almost my own height. Yes, so as not to kick on the floor, I caught it with my knee. What a bruise was, but with scratches. But I'm not offended, everything healed quickly.

I have an old AG, I got it, so to speak, as an inheritance)))))) my oven is old and quite bad, it does not make a beautiful crust, and if it does, then everything turns out to be overdried and not tasty ... miracle! so far I have only done the second courses, in the near future I will try to make pies! I wanted to try to cook the soup, but somehow I don’t dare ... I’ve read a lot that many cannot.

remembered! I also made shish kebab from bacon with potatoes in it! awesome! Usually my husband and I do such a thing only in the village on the grill, but here at home, without going out into the forest with an armful of barbecue or a two-hour trip through traffic jams for 140 km. straight holiday of the belly! I'll repeat it somehow, take a picture and post it here.

Bought exactly a year ago, I have never been idle for more than a week.At first I still tried to put it in the locker - there is not enough space on the surfaces, but now I have already stopped. Because - sandwiches and pizzas almost every day, chicken according to different recipes - about once a week, also a casserole (the oven was not nearby). And here's what's interesting - why no one writes about just baked vegetables. I grease bell peppers, mushrooms, whatever comes to hand with a little butter and just bake. Delight. And I also experiment sometimes, with varying degrees of success)).
Only with baked goods so far nothing. Maybe meringue. At the same time, I baked in the oven and AG, so that the party turned out to be bigger, so the child said that AGs are better).
And I also read here that you can make yogurt and blanks - I will certainly try. Tell me - how do you make yogurt, where to read it?
And only recently I stopped getting high when I watch her cook. At first she stared at the TV. Here's another device in the kitchen, my AG replaced)))).

I am for AG, marinated meat is a barbecue, I just put it on the wire rack (without skewers), set the timer, go to the guests, the main thing is not to miss the signal, the meat, everyone knows, it turns out amazing. And the wings? My daughter makes a delicious fondant, of course, everyone chooses, but for the sake of kebabs I would still buy

I made yogurt once, it turned out with whey, apparently the temperature was higher than necessary or overexposed, the taste was far from yogurt. Be sure to put something under the lid to lower the temperature.

Good day to all! Here I am reading, sitting on a branch and I understand that many people do not get dishes in the airfryer, especially baked goods (either damp - or it burns, or dries out the food - or fry it outside to the coals, but inside it is damp ...), and no matter which AG, from a renowned manufacturer or simple and inexpensive ... And I came to the conclusion that making friends with AG is hindered by the lack of information about how and what happens to the product, depending on its location in the AG, that is, what will happen if the prepared a dish on a low, medium or high wire rack, how to play with the temperature and fan speed, how the mode will change when using the expansion ring when cooking dishes as well as at different levels and speeds, how to calculate the approximate cooking time ... all this will be clear, then everything will start to work out and the AG will not disappoint its inexperienced owners and gather dust on the distant shelves in the mezzanines, but will delight with delicious dishes ... Why do I raise this in poll, because he himself is not yet strong in this topic, there is no time to experiment, I am constantly on business trips, and if I am not strong in the topic, I can’t tell my wife, so she has to try to cook something by typing and trial and error , because the result is often disappointing, but I would like to make friends with this technique ... From which I very much ask those users who figured out the cooking processes in the AG, please share your experience
Aeromaster
Yes, so far a small contribution from me, but with the understanding of what I am doing and with your help, there will be more ... Those who want to cook potatoes in the AG and who do not succeed in them, burn and dry outside and at the same time remain moist inside, I can say that, you need to either soak the potatoes in cold water for 15-20 minutes, or put them in a bag and in the freezer for 10 minutes, then rinse and cook ... (this action allows the potatoes to get rid of excess starch, after which it cooks wonderfully ... ), or marinate it in sour cream or mayonnaise, it turns out just a song ...
Aeromaster
Good day to all tubers and strawberries! I asked the question myself, and I answer myself, this is what I dug, though this is according to Hotter, but I think this information will be useful for owners of AG of another brand, a kind of guideline for adaptation when cooking various dishes. And so let's start, let's start with the applied temperatures, what is suitable for what: 65 degrees - used for defrosting; 80 degrees - self-cleaning; 95 degrees - drying; 120 degrees - languor; 150 degrees - sterilization; 180 degrees - baking; 205 degrees - baking; 235 degrees - frying; 260 degrees - grill (this is all approximate, and then we improvise), then play with fan speeds: low - use for drying greens, baking, and at this speed they cook meat in pots, omelet, meringue ...; average - most of the dishes are cooked at this speed, namely, we stew, smoke, bake, simmer, and also dry vegetables and fruits ...; high - we use for sterilization, frying, grill, and also dry mushrooms and get a ruddy appetizing crust on meat, chicken, fish ... It remains to determine the dependence of the height of the grates and the expansion ring on the dishes being prepared ... I am making an addition regarding the expansion ring - it allows not only to simply increase the useful volume for sterilizing cans and cooking large-sized poultry, etc., but also to owners of single-speed AGs and multi-speed AGs who cannot bake, it allows them to safely, without the risk of burning the baked goods from above, to increase the amount of hot air under a higher wire rack and bake normally baking from the bottom ..., I can also clarify about the baking of baked goods - it must be baked in multi-speed AG at low speed because it warms up the lower 2/3 of the flask better and be sure to warm the AG before installing dishes in a flask. If the pastry burns on top or you have a single-speed AG, then you need to cover the top of the pastry with a roll or baking paper and fix this screen to the grill (so that it would not be blown away by the fan), and after a while remove it to brown the top. I hope this message will allow beginners to understand the principle of cooking in AG, there will be less frustration and everything will work out (and it will just be useful to everyone). All good and beautiful culinary masterpieces!
Tanyulya
I will answer for myself. I make baked goods in a thin-walled metal dish (molds) with mandatory heating of the AG in the heating mode, I make baked goods on a medium wire rack with an expansion ring at a temperature of 180-205 degrees. Sometimes for bread, I first give the highest temperature for a few minutes, then lower it to 205-180. The diameter of the mold should allow for free space between the mold and the bulb for hot air circulation. I use low or medium baking speed. Small baked goods with the same parameters.
I bake meat, chicken parts at 235 and above, the speed is medium or high.

Thank you, Tanyulya for your interest and continuation of the topic I raised. As for baking, yes, the manual says that there should be about 1 - 1.5 cm between the product and the walls of the flask. And it is imperative to warm up the AG before baking ... (Thank you again for the reminder), in other cases you can continuously increase the cooking time by 5 minutes. But the question is, how did you come to the need to install an expansion ring on baked goods?

Often, baked goods, especially butter-sweet ones, without an expansion ring, are overly tanned, and sometimes more than too much.
