Please help me figure out how to cook oatmeal in milk, for example, on a timer. What are the proportions? If in a saucepan I boil at the rate of 450 ml of milk and 6 tablespoons of oatmeal 3 minutes readiness. And what is the cooking time? My husband gave it for the New Year, but I can't figure it out yet)))

I cook like this, half a liter of milk, 3 heaped tablespoons of oatmeal and the porridge mode (25 minutes by default), everything, never runs away and does not burn anything and the porridge is excellent, I cook 3 minutes readiness from Klin Hercules.

Nata71, well, what porridge turned out?
Nata71
kil, Yes thanks a lot!

Nata71, I don’t bake in a cartoon, I don’t understand the temperature of the Oven mode, it’s easier for me in a regular oven. I bake the meat sometimes, but always in a sleeve or paper or foil, so as not to get dirty.
Natalia 707
Girls, too, faced the problem of baking. Everything was on fire - casserole, biscuits))). Today I tried it on "frying" - it worked!
Natalia 707
Everything was baked also wonderful!

the recipe had 60 minutes. But first I put it on for 30 minutes, then for another 30. But I pulled it out after 20 minutes. You probably need everything individually. I baked a carrot cake - I was worried that it would be wet inside. But I was pleasantly surprised)
Hope888
To be honest, I am very disappointed in this model so far. We've had the cartoon for a month now. I tried to cook millet porridge in it (it was not boiled enough), rice porridge (it turned out milk soup with rice), an omelet. Only an omelet came out of everything.
The last attempt was yesterday - roast with veal, potatoes in sour cream sauce. I cooked on the "Pilaf" mode. After the signal I opened it - the meat is harsh, the potatoes are hard. I turned it on for pilaf again. Everything seemed to be ready, but it looked extremely unappetizing.
I compare it with Panasonic, which I had before, while heaven and earth. There, both porridge and roast were excellent.
Or I haven't gotten used to the new cartoon yet.
Please help with advice, knowledgeable and experienced, where to find adequate recipes for Bork (not octopuses) or how to adapt recipes for other cartoons for this one.
kil
Why roast on pilaf mode? To get rice porridge, you need to set the porridge mode 2 times, or do it on a multi-cook. In Panasonic, everything was simply stewed without pressure, set the stewing mode and the time is 2 times less than in Panasonic and it will be roast, only the meat must first be fried. In general, if there is no desire to cook and understand the work, then it will never work. It's even easier to make a roast using the fry mode ...
vernisag
Quote: kil
Why roast on pilaf mode?
Because it was cooked like that in Panasonic. In Panasonic it is really not a bad roast on pilaf.

Hope888, multicooker cooks everything differently, in this multicooker you need to do everything a little differently and on other programs. The slow cooker is very good, you just need to understand how to cook in it.
Try to cook according to Irinka's recipes (kil) And then you yourself will understand how and what

vernisag,
Of course he will figure it out, there would be a desire. Here is news for me to bake in the frying mode, I will definitely try, because in the oven mode my oven burns. As if "tear" from Ducan and try. In general, I really like the frying mode, I do not know what is sewn up there, but the mode is good, it controls the phases itself, first strong frying, then medium, then again strong, something like that.

kil, vernisag, thanks, girls, for the answers!

Indeed, in Panasonic, the Plov mode cooks an excellent roast, even with a crispy crust.
Of course, there is a desire to understand! I understand that I'm used to another cartoon, that's why it doesn't work.
I will definitely try to cook on Zharka next time.

Hello everyone. Now I have this gravicap. I am in a loud delight from her. We took it to the technopark for a test drive (if you don't like it, you can return it). But after trying to cook in it, I realized that I would not give mine (although it is worth it). I cooked beef in it in sauce, lazy cabbage rolls turned out to be just class, in Panas it tasted differently, maybe this is due to pressure. I tried to make rice, I liked the program, but I did it somewhere 1 to 1, for me it's harsh. A question to users, if you add oil right away, will Borka fry at the end? I made a biscuit on the oven 120 gr 50 minutes, everything is fine, but when the crust cooled down a little hard, you need to reduce the time. And so everything was baked great and nothing burnt. I also made porridge, but then dances with a tambourine (I was ready for this). She cooked long-boiled oatmeal 1.5 tbsp for 5 milk, water. On the program, the porridge turned out to be a soup, I put 20 minutes and 92 grams on a multi-cooker and everything was cooked perfectly. I also like that the heating can be turned off in advance, the bowl is heavy, that if the program is without pressure, then the mulka can be opened and the program does not fold, and in general I like everything in it.
kil
Sofiya31, Congratulations. Are you sure that the U800 and how to turn off the heating in advance ???
And how to set the temperature on the oven ??? I still don't know how to do this, share. And the cartoon is cool, I can no longer imagine life without it.
I cook porridge for 0.7 liters, everything turns out exclusively in the mode (oatmeal), and I put rice for example on run 2.

No, if only on the program "Plov" to do it. If you have such a regime.
And with butter more neat in rice, maybe an escape.
It is better to add oil immediately after the end of the program and hold it under a closed lid.
Sofiya31
kil, Irina, thank you very much. Of course I'm sure, but I have exactly the U800. The heating is turned off during cooking by pressing the "Heat / Heat" button, try it, it should work. And on the oven, he himself suggests setting the time, and then the temperature. I had more than 0.7 liters of liquid, but I'm not going to cook porridge in it. I have a redmond 01 for this, he is responsible for porridge and yogurt in large quantities. I have a question for you, you wrote somewhere that this is the second cup. Are they identical? It's just that when I was choosing, there was a Bork from the old batch on the window and the bowl there was different: - in terms of quality inside. And then they cost the price of a normal multi (somehow scary for an entu bowl). By the way, I had a thick book with recipes with her. I suspect that it is these recipes that are sewn into U802 / 803 (at least those that Galina marlanka prepared are in this book and the cooking time and the process converge). And the cartoon is really cool, I love it right from the first course. With Oursson induction, it did not work out that way, although it seems from the same plant, but he is still more a multicooker than Bork.

RepeShock, Irina, thank you. It's just that I got used to cooking in Panas 10 with vegetable oil and hardly fry there, but here I was immediately afraid to put oil, otherwise I would suddenly be left without dinner. I haven't tried pilaf yet, although I don't like it in Panas (IMHO), I like to make zirvak first, and then on rice. Although if you need to drive off, then as an option, he threw everything and dinner is ready. And I also have a question for you, you have both cookie 1051 and bork 701, so what do you cook in cookie? I just wanted her, but it turned out that way (although I don’t regret it at all), but I still thought about the cookie

I'll try to turn off the heating tonight. On my oven, it does not offer either time or temperature to change, you can see another firmware. The second cup I bought my own, in my native Borkovsky box, on Avito for 5000 (it cost 10 then), there are no problems with TTT. I also use the first one when cooking, where there is no frying. For example, I cook carcass for a dog, bake meat, sous-vide, etc. And make a photo of your own? I don't know what temperature the heating starts at, you need to read it, but it seems to me that there is nothing about this in the manual.

By the way, there are indeed changes in the settings:
1. The slow cooker works without pressure, the default time is 30 minutes, the time is adjustable from 10 minutes to 16 hours, up to an hour in 1 minute increments, from 1 hour to 4 hours in 5 minutes increments, from 4 hours, etc. 16 hours in 10 minutes increments, temperature adjustable from 35 gr. and up to 90 gr. with a step of 1 gr.
2. The oven works without pressure, the default time is 60 minutes, the time is adjustable from 10 to 90 minutes in 1 minute increments, the temperature is 120-130-140 gr.
3. Multi-cook default time is 50 min, time is adjustable from 5 min. up to 5 hours 40 minutes in 1 minute increments, the temperature is adjustable from 35 to 140 g in 1 g increments.
So far, this is all that I have noticed. Today I made corn porridge 1 to 5 on a MP 92 g 50 minutes, everything was ready, the lid was clean, the porridge was not going to run, at the end of the steam I didn’t let off very much. But for my taste it turned out to be thick (I noticed this with Orson, although there was a program without pressure and boiling was good, even the plate was dirty). Yesterday I cooked buckwheat for 3 ms for 6 water it turned out well, but a bit damp. Although after standing with the lid closed, it dried up.

Sofiya31
Today I cooked pork in sour cream-tomato sauce.
Multicooker-pressure cooker BORK Multishef U800
Fried pork with onions on the "Frying" program for 20 minutes, then poured over the sauce and added a little water and switched on the "Stew" mode for 40 minutes. The meat turned out to be incomparable. The husband is now constantly demanding meat in search of bork. By the way, the "Frying" mode does not work for me the way Irina wrote kil. I roasted actively for all 20 minutes, but the oven works exactly like this, at the end the heating decreases and it languishes more and more. The "Frying" mode is very active (it even seemed to me that 140 grams is stronger than the oven), for meat that's just that, but I will fry onions with carrots in the oven
kil
Sofiya31, well, I tried everything, the firmware is different. Everything is as it was. The heating does not turn off, it does not allow to set the temperature on the oven and on the slow cooker. So, the firmware is different and I would also like to change the temperature in these modes
The bowl and everything else are the same. Heating starts from 60 degrees.
I wonder if you can reflash?
