Homemade cottage cheese from the multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Kefir 3.2% 1L

Cooking method

  • Curd is made very easily. This requires a liter of 3.2% kefir and 20 minutes of time. Pour kefir into the multicooker pan, close the lid, set the Curd program and wait for a pleasant male voice to announce that the dish is ready. The instructions say that you need to let the curd cool, and then drain the whey, but I did not wait. Hot, threw the resulting mass on a sieve, put it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator .. This is real cottage cheese. Both in taste and in appearance. Spiced it up with yogurt and jam - great breakfast!

Girls, can you voice any technical data of the "Curd" program? For example, time, temperature? I have Panasonic, there is no special program, but I really want to make cottage cheese !!! Maybe someone knows how to cook in Panasonic?
Oxysss
And he himself rules everything there))
Floks
damn it, and I can't say anything about the characteristics of the program - it's like that by itself. I only know that the program lasts about 20 minutes ...

My husband gave the U700 for the New Year. True to the old one) And the first thing I did in the morning was a curd as dessert. But he doesn't really like to read manuals - how much kefir got into the bowl - he poured so much ... In general, the gift immediately had to be "washed" =)))
And then I myself cooked the curd - it turned out very tasty! Add nuts and dried fruits of all kinds there - in general it turns out delicious!

I also have a cartoon bork u700. cooked milk oatmeal. It turned out delicious, but when the lid was opened, all the water from the lid (condensation) poured into porridge. not in a container for collecting condensate. What's wrong?? who will tell?

I stopped making cottage cheese on this program, the temperature is too high for cottage cheese, so it always turns out very dry.
Now I use the Heating mode, having previously set the temperature on it to 80C, and my kefir or sour milk, which can be poured in more than 1 liter in this mode, always turns out to be tender and tasty.

And how to pre-set the temperature to 80 degrees.

I cooked cottage cheese purely on heating without setting the temperature. turned out super and very delicate. At first it was a little thin, but when the whey was glass, and the curd cooled down a little, then it turned out what we needed. And in the mode, the cottage cheese turns out to be hard in consistency ...

From 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the acidity of kefir-milk. Often I add fresh cream to kefir for fat content and better taste of cottage cheese, then the time increases. Just look under the lid, as the milk curdles and curdles, and you're done.

At the end, you need to fold it onto a fine sieve so that the serum is glass. And from whey you can bake pancakes ..

Thanks for the advice, tomorrow I will try to make a heated curd, the curd program is also nothing, quickly and angrily, the curd is simply amazing, but I want something so airy. Now I look back, THIS is how much I threw out the necessary products!

[In the mode, the cottage cheese turns out to be harsh, but on heating it turns out very tender cottage cheese. You can safely take 3 bags of 500 ml each, it turns out 250 grams
