Ingredients

Smoked chicken (I have chicken legs) 400 g
Peas 1 glass
Turnip onion 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Seasonings to taste
Water 1.5-2 liters
Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Cooking method

  • Rinse the peas and soak for an hour in cold water (you may not need to soak it, but I did it).
  • Peel the chicken from fat and skin and cut or break it into pieces, cut the potatoes into 1x1 cubes approximately.
  • Fry onions and carrots in a bowl of MV, then add all other products there, cut a multi-cook, temperature 105 degrees, time 35 minutes.
