This is my favorite cake base from Dr. Etker's product recipe book.
It is usually baked in the oven at 175 ℃, 30 minutes, in a parchment-lined mold 26 cm in diameter.
Then allow to cool well and cut into 2 parts horizontally.
FILLING
Cut 750g strawberries in half.
Whisk the cream out of 750 ml 35% cream, 3 sachets of cream fixative, 40 g sugar and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice.

Put strawberries on the bottom cake, then half the cream, then the top cake.
Spread the remaining cream over the top and sides of the cake.
Decorate with strawberries or pistachios as desired

Rituslya,
Rita, thank you, I attached the recipe, although I'm not sure if there are biscuits with baking powder, or not?
In any case, REDMOND 01 was at its best here, baked without incident in the standard 1 hour and 20 minutes. And no phlegm, everything is decent.
Rituslya
brendabaker, Ksun, and I don't know what real biscuits should be, because I just don't know how to bake them.
If you like it, then like it! I just liked it! I liked it very much!
All I'm hanging out is to buy or not to buy this cartoons.

Rit, and I'm using it now more often than other cartoons, because it always stands stationary on the table, there is no need to carry and clean it anywhere.
And I also ordered 02, which is square
brendabaker
^Biryusa,
Olga, she still bakes 01 biscuits.
I took it cold in the morning and at first was afraid that it would be a little damp. I even thought that next time for 1 hour 30 minutes. you need to put it.
But I cut it, tried it, no, everything was baked and it is no longer necessary to dry it, if there is no desire to soak it with something later.
No need to dry under the cream.
The stove did not become in 02 only because it did not rest against the lid.
And so I'll try and at 02 be sure, maybe I'll put a little less baking powder.

And I digest the food prepared a 01 perfectly and feel great. The choice of the model was made by the organism, so to speak

Oil the pot before placing the dough. Better yet, put an oiled round of parchment on the bottom. And you can even put strips-ears of parchment under the circle, then you won't have to shake out the ready-made biscuit.
Biryusa
Admin, Tanya, I greased the bowl with oil, but with paper I will have to try. Thank you

Biryusa,
Olga, this biscuit left a light mark on the parliament all the way up.
At first I only wanted to cover the bottom, but then I changed my mind and made the right decision.
Who knows how store-bought butter will behave in 1.5 hours of baking. I have had cases of black oil stains.

Admin, Tanya, I put strips-ears from the sleeve for baking under the circle. I bring my ears out, they do not interfere with closing the multi lid at all.

BEAN BREAKER
I watched how Mannochka cooks beetroot in PHILIPS 3060 and cooked a similar one in REDMOND 01. Mannochka did it with meat, and I did it with beans.
On the steam mode I made frying (after 5 minutes my onions had already started to fry, and in 20 minutes I completely cooked frying from onions, carrots, tomato + coriander, cumin, salt, pepper).
Added 400 gr of water and put 2 small beets, put on the SOUP / STEWING program,
Time, by default, left the kitchen. (In a double boiler, I have boiled ready-made and frozen beans thawed over the soup being prepared)
After the signal to finish, I took out the finished beets and cut them into strips, added beans and a slice of lemon to the soup to add traditional sourness). poured the infusion into a glass pan, freeing the multicooker for new things.
Thanks to Mannochka for the delicious seasonings, I haven't done that before, now I will.

A bowl (Redmond RIP C3) for Redmond-01 has dropped in price at Ozone, now it costs 632 rubles.

To set a delayed start, first select the program by pressing the Menu button, eg before the Baby food program.
Then press the Set / Timer button (the hour indicator will blink, to the right of it there should be a clock indicator with the Timer signature), select the cooking time with the Hour and Min buttons.
Next, once again press the Set / Timer button (now an icon should appear to the left of the clock, in the form of an alarm clock, with the signature Set) and set the delay interval. The time must be set longer than the cooking time, since the cooking time is included in the delay interval. If you set a cooking time, for example, 4 hours, and set a delay of 5 hours, pressed Start, then after 1 hour the program will start and cook for 4 hours.
It would be correct to name not a delay in START, but a delay in the END of preparation. If you set the delay interval less than the cooking time, then after pressing the Start button, the program will start immediately.
(see page 15 of the instructions)

BOILED BEANS
Rinse 200 g of beans, transfer to a thermos and pour 1 liter of boiling water.
Close and leave for 1 hour.
Then put it in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Transfer to a bowl and add fresh water up to the maximum mark.
SOUP / STEWING mode, time 1.5-2 hours.
What I don't use right away, I divide it into portions, freeze it and then add it to soup, borscht, or salad.
In the photo I have beans mixed with toasted onions and carrots, spiced with coriander, garlic and soy sauce.
With lettuce

Gives the effect of preliminary softening - no more
People approach this in different ways, and soda, and soaking for 12-24 hours, overnight, and so on ... and then we cook as usual
Wildebeest
Admin, Tanyusha, thanks for the intelligible answer. Can you do this with any beans?
brendabaker
Wildebeest,
Sveta,
Boiling water removes the natural protective shell from the beans, which is toxic to the stomach.
Previously, I first cooked beans for 10-15 minutes on high heat, then fishing and then only cooked.
Now I * wash * the beans, steaming them at the same time (I did the same with chickpeas and peas
I like pouring it over and forgetting for an hour more than bringing water to a boil, boiling and washing the pan.
If a very smelly and sharply smelling liquid flows out, then I will repeat the process.
Wildebeest
brendabaker, Oksana, more about chickpeas.
You rinse it, pour boiling water over it for an hour, rinse it again and cook it right away?
I take only crushed peas, I like pea puree soup. Should the same be done with the chipped one?
brendabaker
: lol: I wash the chickpeas, put them in a thermos and pour boiling water from the kettle in a ratio of about 1 to 3,
And I forgot for an hour.
Then she threw it back in a colander, washed it, put it in a multicooker bowl, Filled it with cold water 3 cm above the chickpea layer.
I cook without salt for soup / stewing, too, within 2 hours.
I drain the excess water.

My peas are whole and yellow.

In the book of recipes from Mount Athos, I read how monks cook a quick pea soup, adding peas that are ground into flour into an almost finished dish. both thicken and ready.
I washed the yellow peas, wiped it off with a towel, put it through the coffee grinder
And she added it to the soup, diluting it first in a small amount of not hot water so that there were no lumps. cooked, stirring, so as not to stray into lumps and not stick.
The soup thickened somehow quickly, I left it and let it brew.
I was surprised that the peas were boiled, and the vegetables were not as overcooked as in the long-playing pea soup

I don't know how with the chipped one, I would also soak it for a test a little and see how it behaves

What a delicious CARAMEL CHICKEN I got according to Manna's recipe!

Baby 02 is ordered by everyone, but 01 is not? Does everyone already have it?
Wildebeest
yudinel, I bought a month and a half or two ago 01 for 50% for an electric cord and I am very happy with it. And after three weeks I bought it for a cord and a bowl for it for 50%. And what is interesting: the cartoon took the last one from the showcase, the bowl too.

Better 01 or 02
I can't say anything. I don't have 02. I have a Binaton 2116 bowl with the same volume, which I bought in February seems to be.
I bought Binatoshu for a summer residence, so that I and my two children could cook side dishes for 1 meal. He does not cook milk porridge, and if he does, then with dancing. Bakes well. I fell for the price of 1090 rubles. But I don’t regret buying it, I also love it.
01 bought because of an exchange for a cable, after reading positive reviews. 01 is also good and beloved.
If I also buy 02, they will beat me, but I still want to. While I hold myself back.

They'll probably beat me up too soon.

CHICKEN LIVER IN SOUR CREAM.
450 g of chicken liver, 1 onion, 100 ml of sour cream 15%.
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
Salt, pepper, Italian herbal mixture, dry.
The liver was cleansed, soaked for 2 hours in cold water.
Then she let the water drain and dried it with a paper towel.
Cut the onion into thin quarter rings.
I poured oil into the bowl, put the onion and set the STEAM mode, the default time, with the lid closed.
After 5 minutes, the onions began to fry, and after another 7-10 minutes they acquired a pleasant color and smell.
I moved it to the wall, and put the liver in one layer in the bowl.
I didn't aim to fry the liver, I just wanted to close its pores.
In another 15 minutes with the lid open, no pink spots of raw meat remained on the liver.
I turned off the steam mode
I added salt, pepper, dry mixture of herbs and sour cream.
Stirred (the liquid covered all the pieces of the liver),
Set the mode MILK Porridge, time 35 minutes.

I got a tender, completely bitterness-free liver and a delicious sauce.

Pepper stuffed with vegetables in tomato, author of the recipe Zhannptica.
I cooked vegetables for the filling for 20 minutes on the PAR program,
Stewed for 1 hour on the BABY FOOD program.
All the vegetables have kept their shape, a very different stewing style than in a large slow cooker or in a saucepan on the stove. The taste is also more concentrated.
I also wanted to make stuffed zucchini and stuffed tomatoes.
