POT OF BROKEN MILK Multicooker Redmond RMC-01
I took a half-liter clay pot, poured milk into it along the sides
:-)Multicooker Redmond RMC-01
I put it on a silicone circle in the multicooker bowl and poured cold water on shoulders. I did not cover the POT with a lid.
CHILDREN'S FOOD, time 6 hours.
The water boiled with a spring and evaporated by 1 cm during the entire duration of the program.
The milk turned out to be soft creamy, with a light caramel taste ..
There was almost no condensation on the lid, nothing dripped into the pot.
The milk level in the pot remained the same, only the color and taste changed.
No foams (to my joy) were observed, nothing stuck anywhere.
Looks like I found my optimal volume and method for baked milk.

From the milk that was left in the bottle, it turned out to be excellent rolled oats for the morning.
brendabaker
yucca,
Can you tell us more about how you cook oats.
And then I first soak it in a thermos in boiling water, then I cook it for 2 hours on baby food.
Maybe there is another effective algorithm while I reinvent the wheel here?
How do you do it, in what proportion, how long and in what mode, otherwise oats in my family is a new, unknown business

And lately I have not seen her anywhere in St. Petersburg ...
In Prism, in the groats department, it usually lies inconspicuously at the very bottom on the shelf, packaged in simple plastic bags of 800 grams, costs about 35 rubles.

Yesterday I drove it to the store, changed two cables (from the TV and the mains filter) to two bowls of 50% each. I bought one for Redik 01, and the second for Panasik-10. I sit happily and wondering like a crow that has gotten a piece of cheese.

brendabakerSince only my mother and I eat oatmeal, I cook it in a small portion. 100 g I wash cereals + salt + a pinch of sugar and about 300 gr. water. Somewhere two fingers. "Baby food" mode -1 hour. And then it remains heated all night. Since I go to bed late, the porridge is cooked from 23.00 to 24.00 and it is heated for seven to eight hours. I also cook in milk. Only the liquid needs to be adjusted, whoever likes it (thicker or thinner))))) Yu In general, without problems, I put it to boil and sleep. There were no shoots.
brendabaker
THANKS, that is, I didn't miss much with my thermos.
I put it in boiling water for the night and a thermos, and then, also on baby food: yahoo: this is if I have breakfast after walking the dog.
Or in the evening I cooked it in a thermos, if this is for an early breakfast.
Now I will try using your method.
And I didn't have any shoots in Redmond 01 either, this model is very well tuned for milk porridge.

If necessary, I will write the words.

m0use, Thank you! My nearby "Prisms" are somehow wrong: once I saw this cereal on Bukharestskaya in the "Continent", I was glad that at least it was there - but that was the only time I found it there. And on the "International" she never was and is not. And you in what "Prism" and how long have you seen?

The recipe book can be downloaded on the multicooker dot pro website
You just need to register there, then you will have access to download the book on the page of the selected model.
But there is an opinion that there are mistakes and inaccuracies in recipe books, you can ruin the dish. It is better to take recipes from the forum, compiled and verified by real users.

CHICKEN CANDIES LIKE IN IKEA, according to the MASINEN recipe.
I prepared the third part of the recipe, making them small and not frying in a frying pan, but cooked with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil on the BABY FOOD mode, time 30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, I turned it over out of curiosity, did it stick, or not? DO NOT stick.
She took out her pancakes, and put 1 thinly chopped onion into the slow cooker.
PAR mode, time, by default, 40 minutes.
After 10 minutes, (with the lid closed), added 400 g of thinly chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and 1 chopped celery stalk.
I closed and cooked for another 15-20 minutes, mixed once,
Put ground pepper and soy sauce in the finished cabbage.
Received a delicate, tasty and low-fat lunch.
P. S. I do not know how to insert a link to the pancake recipe yet, if anyone can help me do this, I will be very happy

Olga,
THANK YOU

Deffchonki, today I started an experiment (or maybe I got lost in the foolishness for my pleasure). I really like baked milk, I heat it in a big Panas, and today I was heating it in a pressure cooker for 50 minutes, putting a bowl from Redik 01 with one liter of milk there. The experiment was a success.
🔗
A couple of times I stoked milk in a pressure cooker, but I didn't like its taste.
At the bottom of the bowl, I installed a steaming grate, poured water up to the grate, put a bowl of milk on the grate.
Now I want to try to make baked milk in glass jars.
Hmm, the experimenter is playful.
m0use
And I just heat in the cartoon ... I put 1.5 liters of milk on Baby food, for 2 hours, then on heating for 1.5-2 more hours. Excellent baked milk turns out! Then I either pour it into a container for storage, or cool it right in a saucepan, ferment it with sour cream and put it on Yogurt - it turns out an excellent fermented baked milk.

And I'm just drowning in the cartoon ..
Ksyusha, I told you that I was either engaged in an experiment, or that I was stupid. But in 50 minutes ... maybe it's worth it.

And on * Baby food * I have a boil, even, not strong, stable. Therefore, my ghee does not come out, it comes out boiled. but this is, as it were, nit-picking, but in fact I am afraid that my milk will run away through the valve, form a foam and run away.
And in a slow cooker, crusts and scum irritate the walls, I don't like them.
And, when the container is in the container, there is no boiling, everything is clean in the bowl, took out the pot and put it in the refrigerator, for 2 days there will definitely be something to drink coffee with and add to buckwheat.
And there are no films, which for me, most importantly, the pot is also clean inside, nothing stuck ..

Wildebeest,

I also want to adapt with a glass jar while I pick up the cut.
Glass is still a familiar environmentally friendly material.

Oksana, I always use baby food to heat milk. I pour 1.8 liters. There is a slight, even boiling, yes. Nothing escapes through the valve. I put it at night for 8 hours. It turns out brown tasty milk. I never liked baked milk, but I really like my own. 1.8 turns out to be 1.6 somewhere

Oksana, I was also not impressed by the pastries in Redik-01. Only the casseroles in it turn out great, but the biscuits and honey cake (my favorites) did not go. I can't explain the reason for the failures - maybe I asked the wrong time, maybe it was necessary to work with the proportions ... In short, I abandoned this business

Quote: brendabaker
Or quit this business and bake a biscuit at 02?
Have you tried the oven in the "deuce"? There, they say, there are also nuances ...

And lately we like the Easter cake from Redik! Has baked more than once!
I pinch off a piece of dough from a full portion of the dough and throw it into the little boy for baking.
It’s strange, I bake from the same dough, but in Redika-baby it turns out to be tastier than in another device!
