Girls, I'm new, mastering the cartoon. Today I wanted to make a chicken, though not entirely, but 7 thighs. Rubbed with salt, spices, garlic, set the "Baking" mode. After 30 minutes, I opened it, all the thighs are completely covered with secreted juice, I poured it out, it turned out about a glass. I also turned on the Baking for 10 minutes, I thought that they would fry. I opened it, there was juice again, less, but still no crust. I drained it, turned my hips over, put it on for another 30 minutes. Opened, they are all wet anyway and no crust. In general, just stewed thighs turned out, in principle delicious, but not that. What do you advise? Why didn’t work, I didn’t understand.

I have both big and small cartoons. The chicken in the photo is from the big one. Of course, it is possible to fit a chicken into a small one, but no more than 1 kg in weight. But half of 1.5-1.8 kg easily fits into a small cartoon, and in order to place it there more conveniently, I cut this half into two more parts.It would be a normal chicken, without excess moisture, as we wrote about earlier, but fry something this is not a problem, it always works for everyone.

Well, that's how I knew. You see, you can shove it in, but then there will be no uniform crust, because the chicken was shriveled, there was not enough space for it there. Oh, well, bad luck for us with this extra liquid ... Next time, when you see that there is a lot of liquid at the bottom , pour the excess into a bowl, then put out the potatoes on it. Rubbed with salt, garlic and chicken seasoning, left overnight and cooked the next day (MB DEX-60), adding one apple and overlapping with garlic cloves. The juice was just right, the chicken turned out juicy and at the same time with a crust - just delicious. Baked garlic is awesomely tasty, next time I will add more - thanks to Marina-Sonadora for the garlic idea.

Andreevna, we really liked the recipe, now that's the only way I do it. Last time I turned the chicken, I added 4 green sweet and sour apples. But the apples turned out to be very tender and completely collapsed. At first I was upset, but when I tried what delicious sauce came out, I was glad. Very tasty, sweet and sour, aromatic. It went well with chicken. And the next day the sauce was mixed with French mustard and it turned out to be a funky sauce for fish.
