Pork brisket marinated in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18

Ingredients

Pork brisket on cartilage 1-1.5 kg
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Red tomatoes 2 pcs.
Prunes 10-15 pcs.
taste
Greens 1 \ 2 bundles
Marinade:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Tkemali sauce red 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard with grains 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tsp
Garlic, crush with a knife 2 cloves
Salt, spices, pepper taste

Cooking method

  • As I wrote above, I first marinated the meat, kept it in the marinade for a day.
  • But, you can do it differently right away.
  • Put the meat in a slow cooker, add onions, carrots, all the components of the marinade, set the stewing mode for 2-2.5 hours.
  • After an hour, add prunes, tomatoes (chop coarsely), herbs (dill, parsley - chop).
  • Simmer until tender.

Note

Actually, I wanted to marinate the pork belly and bake it in the airfryer. But circumstances changed, and I had to attach the brisket for other purposes - I decided to stew the meat with prunes.
And I didn’t regret it ...
It turned out very tasty, boiled meat with gristle in a very tasty sweet and sour sauce !!!

Bon appetit, everyone!
