Fish in a spicy marinade

Ingredients

4 steaks of salmon or trout about 800 g
dark soy sauce 100 g
fresh ginger 1 tsp
garlic 3 cloves
honey 2 tbsp. l
vegetable oil 2 tsp
wasabi (optional) 1/4 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • For the sauce, mix fresh ginger and garlic, grated on a fine grater. Add honey, vegetable oil, ideally sesame seeds, soy sauce and wasabi. If the soy sauce is unsalted, season with salt to taste.
  • Put the fish in a pickling container or in a tight bag and pour the sauce so that it completely covers the fish. Leave on for 25-30 minutes.
  • Put the prepared steaks on the upper grill of the airfryer and bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 230-240 degrees. The cooking time depends on the power of the airfryer.
  • Serve fish with rice, lemon and pickled ginger (it didn’t live to see me fall, it was destroyed before that). It is better to spread the fish on a warm plate, having previously "powdered" it a little (!) With freshly ground black pepper.

When I bake in the oven, I put the halves of the lemon next to the fish, and already when serving, I squeeze the juice out of them. And I also liked to bake fish with quarters of orange, it turns out very fragrant.
