Carrot and orange salad

Ingredients

a large handful of lettuce mixture
1 large orange
1 medium carrot
1 medium beet
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
a handful of pine nuts

Cooking method

  • Peel the orange and cut the slices without films. Keep the juice flowing out.
  • Grate carrots and beets for Korean carrots or cut into thin strips.
  • For dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and orange juice, beat lightly with a fork.
  • Place the lettuce, beets, carrots and orange slices on a plate. Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with nuts and serve.
