Oh, if only there were some non-stick bowls on 6051! What a horror this "ceramic" coating is. Everything sticks to the bottom, even when stewing, these cells, and the smell is disgusting from the bowl.
I don't like this pot at all (I mean the bowl, not the pressure cooker itself).
irina23
After cooking, I transfer the food to another dish and immediately fill the bowl with hot water. It costs a little and the cells are washed well. In order to prevent the pan from smelling, I put a cotton swab under the lid and cover it (ventilation turns out, and there is almost no smell much better, otherwise there was just a very unpleasant smell (you can't even convey what it smells like, not food). And I really like the pressure cooker. there was not a single one before the new year, now two pressure cookers and a multicooker, and everyone is needed.

Why not control at the factory? This is not an isolated incident. The e-96 store often sells such "beauties", but honestly writes with a defect in the case and the price is lower.

: hi: Hello! For a long time I dreamed of a pressure cooker-multicooker and now: for the holiday on March 8, I received it - my Sweet Baby Brand! 6051! Now I am mastering! Thanks to everyone who communicates on the forum! I purchased this particular model thanks to your communication! I chose for sooooo long, and chose exactly what I wanted. Just at that time they appeared in our Minsk, and in the performance that completely suited me - metallic! Brandochka fits perfectly into my kitchen! So far I have one question: I read on your forum that there are some clicks when you turn on the multicooker! When turned on (after pressing the "START" button) in my multicooker, 2 - 3 sufficiently loud clicks are heard. Brandochka seems to be working fine, what can it be? Do I need to contact the service center with this already? Then, of course, there will be more questions, but for now - I'm worried about it! Thank you in advance!

This is normal, don't worry.
Good day! Thanks a lot for the quick response! I will continue to "get acquainted" and "master" the technique! And interesting and delicious! Good luck and have a nice day!

Please tell me the temperature in the "Soup" program. It is necessary to portray in manual multi-mode at one of the "Soup" stage.
The same information is of interest about other modes.
Manna
Temperatures are different under different pressures. At normal, first 100 ° C for boiling, and after 98 ° -100 ° C. At a pressure of 70 kPa - approx. 115 ° C (but this is with the valve closed so that the soup does not spill out).
2dar
2 Manna, thanks. The default pressure in Soup is 40 kPa. T. E there somewhere 110 degrees?
Manna
This is a company representative described the programming scheme for the "Manual" mode:
Quote: Denis BR
Let's take a closer look at the temperature programming scheme on "Manual" and the appearance of the pressure indication on the panel! When the set temperature is less than 100C, the pressure indication will not be highlighted at all, because the pressure is formed when water boils - at 100C. Setting the temperature from 100C to 105C - we see that the pressure level value appeared on the display, and 20 kPa is shown. That is, if we pour water into the bowl and screw on the lid, we will get cooking under pressure up to 20 kPa. The boiling point of water will be approximately 101C-102C. If we don't pour water, then the pressure will not build up, and the device will be warmed up to 105C. If we set the temperature to 120C, we will see 50 kPa on the pressure display scale. If you do not pour water, then the temperature will be 120C, according to the principle of frying, and if we pour water and screw the lid, then the pressure will be up to 50kPa. The boiling point of the water inside the bowl will be about 107C, which means the cooking will be more intense. And 130C - on a scale of 70 kPa. Either we fry at 130C, or pour water and cook under a pressure of 70 kPa! The boiling point of water will be about 111C.

Hello, a question to Brand representatives.
I use this model, I really like it! But the other day there was a nuisance. I understand that it is my own fault, but I would like to know what to do now.
I turned on the pressure cooker to cook the soup, forgetting to install the silicone ring. As a result, droplets of liquid appeared inside the panel, it sweated from the inside. Apparently, after that something broke in the electronic filling: the pressure cooker does not gain more than 20 pressure, or it gains, but cannot "understand" how much it has been set, the indicator remains at 20. There is a suspicion that the pressure is still gaining a lot, because at When releasing the pressure with the button, steam comes out a lot and the descent process is quite long.
Carry to the service center? Is it to be repaired or will it be known after examination in the SC?
Can you tell me the address of the SC in Moscow?

Not so long ago I acquired this miracle! : my6051: I master it with pleasure! : povar: But help is needed! : girl-q: Tell me, please, in the recipes that are described in the book (supplement to the multicooker) it says everywhere "cook under high pressure ...." and then the cooking time. Please tell me, this pressure should be what is "by default" or it should be "raised" to the max.? Thank you in advance for your reply!

Quote: NataSch

"High pressure" means any pressure above atmospheric pressure, in this case the default as programmed.
Thank you very much!

To the question about in this situation (note, although it would be better not useful to anyone) -
I had a courier delivery, payment by card:
1. It is impossible to exchange defective goods, it is necessary to issue a return - I did it by phone / via the website.
2. Since I did not give up the idea of buying a pressure cooker, I had to issue and pay for another new order.
3. I wrote an application for a refund and gave it along with the defective goods to the courier who brought a new pressure cooker.
4. The money was returned to the user account 2 days after the return of the goods.
5. I wrote an application on the website to transfer money from the user account back to the card - one more day.

In general, as a result - in a couple of days I was already with a new pressure cooker, and in a couple of days - with a refunded amount. A couple of calls, a couple of visits to the site, and importantly, I didn't have to drag the pressure cooker to the point to return.

Now happy

Hey everyone!
Brandik 6051 accidentally appeared in my kitchen after two Redmond 4504 pressure cookers broke down, the seller in the retail store advised.
When buying, I was embarrassed by the bowl, or rather its bottom and the hinged lid, but still decided. The quality of the materials was a pleasant surprise. I hope the little white girl will not disappoint.
In two days I managed to cook chicken soup, rice porridge (impressed!), Chicken legs and rice for a side dish. Everything was successful, I did it on automatic programs.
But cooking shins haunted ... at first everything was fine - the lid was blocked, the pressure was accumulated (set it for 20 minutes), and in the seventh minute steam and spray began to flow from the pressure valve and so on until the end of the program. I poured a little water, up to the middle of the legs, legs in one row. Is there something wrong with the multicooker? Tell me please.
I even shot a video on my phone:

Quote: Elena Bo

Nica, everything is fine with your pressure cooker. The pressure cooker is relieving pressure. And the fact that there are bubbles, then it is moisture either in the weighting agent, or in the lid remained after washing. So it is bubbling.
Elena Bo, I understand that excess pressure should be relieved, but is it not 10 minutes in a row?
Quote: Elena Bo

Was the pressure cooker holding the right pressure? From a weighting agent does not soar so much. Slightly baiting. And since the pressure is built up constantly, then a small drop is normal. Nothing criminal, I personally did not notice. Maybe someone has other opinions.

Good evening everyone! : hi: Every day I am more convinced of the correctness of my choice! Brandushka is smart! She cooks excellently, from many cooked dishes, the misfire came out only with pilaf, but most likely it was her own fault - she overdid it with water, and the rice, perhaps, was not very successful, It turned out rice porridge with meat and garlic. But still, very tasty! The husband already asks !!!!! do not cook so often - we do not have time to eat everything, now I take "myself" to work, treat my relatives. And I really like to "cook"! Can anyone advise on how to deliciously cook mackerel in a multi-cooker BRAND 6051 pressure cooker? I've already tried it in vegetables - it's delicious, I want something else .... Thanks in advance! Good luck to all!

Tanya! Question! and in a multicooker pressure cooker on what mode and under what pressure? I'm still a "newbie" in this topic, I would like more details. Mackerel is a fatty fish - how to do it without water? just add oil? Sorry for the "funny" questions.

Anna, I really have a model not 6051, but 6050, but also a pressure cooker. I did high pressure extinguishing in the mode. I added the same amount of water as in the recipe. Time set the hour. It turns out very tasty
Great thank you! Now everything is clear!

Girls boys, please help. Maybe I have an exacerbation of increased anxiety, but something began to embarrass me that during the operation of the pressure cooker, gurgles of water appear between the pressure regulator and the hole in the lid, sometimes a couple of drops splash out. And at maximum pressure, a little condensation appears near the plastic part of the lid attachment and on the handle. This is normal???
Nica
Girls, what about the baking? I still have something 3: 1 not in favor of Brand, once I really forgot to put the soda, you can delete it))
Today I tried to make a cottage cheese cake according to a proven recipe (3 eggs, a glass of sugar, a glass of flour, 250-300 g of cottage cheese, 50 g of butter, soda). I put it on for an hour, then turned it over and another 15 minutes. Not baked, but in Redmond it took 50-60 minutes to cook ((
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Nica, at 6051 very delicate pastries. For "heavy" dough - boldly increase the time with cottage cheese.
Nica
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @, thanks, is it possible to put at least 20 hours for a hard test?
But how, then, does the cottage cheese casserole manage to bake according to the recipe in 30 minutes (I read about the casserole on the forum, I didn't do it myself)?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I can't say anything about the cottage cheese casserole - I don't bake it in SV. But I have the same cake (according to one recipe) in 6051 it is baked for 1 hour 10-20 minutes, and in 6050 - 45-50 minutes. Draw conclusions.
mom Tanya
I cottage cheese casserole - for baking 30 minutes - baked. 2 packs of cottage cheese + 2 eggs + a glass of warm milk + 3 tablespoons of semolina. I don't put sugar, then the children eat with condensed milk.

Hello!
Please tell me how many liters of liquid are in the bowl up to the maximum mark?

I wanted a 6L pressure cooker, but I liked this one, I'm studying the mat. part ..

irina23
Girls, please tell me in manual mode, the instructions indicate 'that a delay is possible, and when I tried it, I do not have this option in manual mode. Maybe I have something wrong with the multicooker?
Altania
Can you please tell me if the food is dry or not when the auto-heating is on, the amount of liquid decreases? For which dishes, besides cooking vegetables, is it desirable to turn off the auto-heating beforehand?
irina23
Altania, I now have a pressure cooker at my dacha, so I'll start the program with the heating turned off and calmly work in the garden, nothing is digested. And for products, except for stewed cereals, it is not useful for anyone to warm up for a long time after cooking. Or, for example, yogurt, if you do not turn off the heating in advance, then at the end of the program the heating will turn on and its temperature is high and immediately the serum will be cut off and instead of yogurt we will get cottage cheese. Convenient if you need to leave home, prepare food by a certain time, and at the same time not worry that something is overheating. Overall this feature is very useful to me
Elena Bo
After the Yogurt mode, the heating does not turn on.
irina23
Exactly, Elena Bo! Thank you.
Altania
Irina23, thanks for the answer. I choose between Brand 6051 and ARC. I like the brand very much in terms of functions, but there are no stainless steel bowls for it. They are still more environmentally friendly than ceramic ones, and I often plan to cook in a multicooker. How good is Brand's bowl, does it scratch quickly? If deep scratches appear, then I understand the cup can no longer be used? Ars has stainless steel bowls, the price is cheaper, there is no multi-cook and no preliminary shutdown of auto-heating.
RepeShock
Quote: Altania
Do scratches appear quickly?

There is none. The bowl is ceramic.
In general, the bowl is not bad, only deep "honeycombs" at the bottom, sometimes the remains are poorly washed out from there. You need to watch this.

Quote: Altania

This is bad. Convenient functions.

Help me decide on a volume of 5 liters. If, for example, you take a full bowl of cooked soup, then how many times is it roughly enough or for how many people? There are 2 of us in the family + a child plus sometimes parents are with us. I would like to cook for two days.

Hello!

Your multicooker is all right. The instructions in the cooking mode table (page 11) contain incorrect information. The delay cannot be set in Manual mode in this model, as described in the instructions on page 25 in the description of the "Delay" function

Yes, about 5-7 ml is not enough. Of course everyone, don't worry. In the same place, by the sound, you can determine that the float has risen, it stops hissing strongly.

Hello.
It's all about the different selling price of the manufacturer
fsinger
Please help me choose a multicooker-pressure cooker! For 2 months I studied all kinds of models of multicooker and multicooker-pressure cooker! I like:

Brand 6051, Moulinex7011 Cook 4 me, Moulinex 503132.
I cannot decide because all these multicooker are imperfect. Brand 6051 is embarrassed by the long set of pressure and the fact that only 130 degrees is the highest temperature (an exception is the frying mode, in which it is 160; in Moulinex7011 Cook 4 me - there are no multicooker programs at low temperatures (stewing, simmering, yogurt, baking , milk porridge) and buttons for rapid release of steam, in Moulinex 503132 - the absence of a mode for turning off the automatic heating before cooking (although I still did not understand - is it so fundamentally important?) and the fact that the O-ring strongly absorbs odors after cooking (by the way , Brand 6051 has the same problem!), I don’t know if this drawback can be eliminated. And yet, does anyone know if there are Brand service centers in Ukraine, and more specifically, in Odessa? This information is also needed to decide on choosing a multicooker, because if there are no service centers in Ukraine, then in the event of a multicooker breakdown, sending it to another country for repair is inconvenient and expensive! I really hope for someone's help!

I don’t know if I’m writing on that topic, but here is the problem: I washed the lid and apparently something happened to the float, because it now rises every other time, and does not go down by itself even after releasing the pressure, but yesterday I put the goulash on program "meat", so after 10 minutes of work there was a terrible sound resembling a siren, already ringing in my ears, with fright pulled the plug out of the socket, it didn’t seem to be repeated, but I wonder what it was? Is there any way to fix the float problem?
