Juicy pork with apples

Ingredients

lean pork 1.2KG
Apple 3 pcs
onion 3 pcs
Apple juice 1 l
beef broth 250ml
thyme 4 twigs
Bay leaf 4 things
salt pepper taste
olive oil for frying 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • On New Year's Eve, try this crispy, melt-in-your-mouth meat.
  • You can use lean brisket, neck, or other pork pieces.
  • 1. Rub the washed and dried meat with salt and pepper. Make shallow oblique cuts on the meat. Peel and cut the apples and onions into eighths.
  • Juicy pork with apples
  • 2. Fry the meat until golden brown and place in a baking dish.
  • Add apples, onions, thyme and bay leaves. Pour in juice and broth. Cook in a covered pan at 160 * 2.5 hours. Then remove the lid and cook for another 30 minutes at 180 *.
  • Boil the resulting liquid until it thickens.
