Girls, Muscovites!

Mom asked me to buy her such a thing, with the help of which they pick out seeds from cherries, plums, etc.

Where can you buy one in the white stone?

I was already desperate in search of

How to get the seeds out of cherries?

Thank you, Lola!!!

Please specify in which Auchan you need to look for a pick

Does anyone know what it is actually called?

It is called approximately - a device for removing pits from cherries (plums), they differ, plum at the same time also cuts the plum into 4 slices. There are large ones with a container and small ones. Recently I bought it at the Million Little Things store on the Bibirevo metro station. I saw it at the fair of household appliances on the Rizhskaya metro station, in the departments of imported plastics.
Irinalein
Are there "2 in 1"? So that both plums and cherries at the same time?

And in general, which one would you recommend to buy? Which one is more convenient? I would like my mother to be comfortable picking out the bones for daughter's jam

Is Bibirevo far from the metro? How to get?
Gypsy
And we have them here for olives, not for plums. Actually plums are a large thing, and you can simply remove from them with a knife, cut the plum and take out the bone.

Class!

Such a contraption is perfect for apricots too!

It's a pity we can't find one like this

The store is located next to the metro. They are two different instruments in structure and are not interchangeable.

Thank you so much! I have already found a map of the route. It is located on Prishvina, 26.

On the weekend I will move out in search

Irinalein, did you buy a stubble remover? Yesterday I was in "Your House" (metro "Domodedovskaya") and saw on sale for plums and cherries. The device for cherries costs 383 rubles, and for plums - 568 rubles.

As far as I remember, this thing is called a bone pusher. We had a stationary Soviet production. There, a tray for serving cherries is made at an angle and it rolls. Manually press the spring-loaded rod. It turned out pretty quickly (once a lot of cherries were closed for the winter). True, they did this on the balcony, because everything that was possible was splashed with juice. And manual, as far as I understand, if only to pick dumplings.

...

From cherries, bones can be perfectly picked with a safety pin (closed). Of course, industrial production can hardly be established, but dumplings and preserves are easy.

Girls, did any of you use the Cherry Pitting Machine? Of this type
Fruit bone remover
How are your impressions?
Freken Bock
Ol, last year I bought this for my mom in the Metro (not Teskoma, Chinese). It works, but very often this pin makes a hole in the cherry, pushes the bone out, and then the cherry does not fly off it, it remains strung, you have to manually remove it. I did not like. Maybe Teskomovskaya or German (there are some) better made ...

OK. I will wait for the result

shuska, the piece for removing the bones from mom is really Bergner.Unfortunately, there was not a single cherry to refresh the impressions, crop failure.

I bought this bone pick
The price of 50 hryvnias against 70-80 hryvnyas (or rather my husband) finally convinced me. Tested on 15 kg of cherries and 2 kg of white cherries.
The impressions are contradictory. On the one hand, the process is much faster. And my hands are clean. On the other hand, there is a rather high risk of getting seeds. The fact is that the piston can not push the bone completely, well, or push it out, but it will not come off the cherry. Therefore, you have to check the peeled berries. Naturally, it cleans cherries better, since the berries are harder.
In general, I'm playing with a new toy

Bone press. I have already written about her and my impressions. But today, having peeled some cherries for dumplings with an old adapted one, I realized that this unit still deserves attention

I stood in the METRO for a very, very long time. I kept thinking - to buy or not. I never bought it.

A couple of days ago I saw in Ashan, which is on Teply Stan. They are hung there in the section of ladles, knives, etc. I have a very complicated attitude towards her: on the one hand, the mechanic, it seems, should facilitate the process, on the other ... 1) the cherry must be checked with a pen, 2) it splashes scary. This year we have a cherry born with a small watermelon. Tired as a dog with this contraption, spat and adjusted with a knife.

After Pakat posted a photo of a magic machine from bones, there was a lull
The other day, like Chuchelka, I suffered for a long time in the Metro near the bone remover: needed, unnecessary. The price of the question is about 200 rubles (not branded, some kind of Chinese). Did not buy.
And today I saw a branded one, for 360 rubles. And again the suffering began to take, not to take, but if you buy what?
Admin

While you suffer and these will be taken apart by the summer season, or prices will rise

I have a very small one, it also helps out well, and has been serving me for a hundred years without breakdowns
lillay
Admin! You're right ! I'll go to the Metro on the weekend and buy the most ordinary one. Moreover, the cherry season is just around the corner, we already have an early, local cherry, in full swing. So everyone will run to buy up bone removers!
lillay
I am reporting: I bought a bone remover for olives and cherries in METRO, made in Italy. Olives are painted on the package (we have probably already added cherries). Price -160 rubles.
So I'm ready for the cherry harvest!

Fruit bone remover

shuska, forgive me for stealing your photos, but I urgently want to rejoice.

It turned out to be an abalden thing. Just really cool. The most important thing turned out to be to understand, I don't even know how to say ... the way of pressing ... something, on the piston. It is then that the great joy of using this device begins. We rejoiced like children. And, equally well, it pushes the seeds out of different-sized cherries. This device is like a large cherry or a small one. The main thing is to add it without delay.
So, I recommend to everyone, with a clear conscience.

PS: Only my piece of another company, not the same as that of shuska.

ZYY: And by the way, not a drop of juice from cherries is sprayed.

That's what I wrote about. At first, I also had some cherries left, only remained in the hole, and not on the piston. I thought that if these machines worked so badly, then they would not be bought, and accordingly not produced. So you need to understand how dexterous it is to start on the piston. A couple more movements and the key was found. It is necessary not to press sharply, but so-so - without straining. And the pitted cherries then slide themselves and slide where they need to. I can't explain - you have to try it yourself. But, it is very easy and simple.
Freken Bock
By the way, my mother was pleased with the device this year. There were a lot of cherries, and she, apparently, found him, this is a movement that needs to be pressed.
Qween
Freken Bock how great!
And rightly so, my mother did what she found! How can it be without such an assistant in the fight against the harvest.
Maybe your mom and I will open courses - on the operation of this device?

Deushki, I'm in your company ... Last year I bought this device in the Metro. Firm Bergner ... Cho was not impressed, and then it turned out that I had not inserted the silicone gasket. This year, I snapped white cherries, I don't even know how many there were, but in their pure form, without pits, 5.5 kg. And lousy, the small fry is solid ... Without the remover, it would have gone into a bucket, and so delicious cherry jam with lemon.
Qween
LenaV07, how I love white cherry jam with lemon! This is the taste of "my dynasty". And my mother picked bones out of cherries by hand. If only she would go there, in the past, to transfer this machine.
Freken Bock
Girls, not the topic, of course, but share the recipe for white cherry jam with lemon, eh?
Oksanka-71
QweenWhere and at what price did you buy this wonderful machine?
Qween
Freken Bock, of course!
For 1 kg of white cherries, you need 500 grams of sugar (see here to taste) and one lemon.

Now it's like this: if the sweet cherry is elastic, then you fill it with sugar, and wait for it to let the juice out, then boil it for a couple of minutes. You leave. You repeat the next day. So three times.
If the cherry is already very ripe, then pour it in sugar syrup, then boil it, set it aside. And so three times. In principle, like ordinary jam, if necessary, I will describe in more detail.

At the end of this process, the berries will become clear and shriveled. Now we add the lemon cut into thin half rings. We boil and close in jars.

Delight!

It is possible to clarify, but it is unlikely that he (the bone remover) is waiting for me there, since it was in winter

I bought it in Kiev on Friday (07/09/2010) in Auchan on Petrovka for 35 UAH, I was very pleased. In Kiev 4-5 Ashanov
Qween
OKCAHKA-71, This device was bought in Comfi. The price was 39 UAH I think.
Oksanka-71
And how, can one of you girls from Kiev, agree on the subject of purchasing this miracle machine. I am ready to give 50 UAH for it + shipping: :) At our Comfi, I have not seen this miracle
Qween
OKCAHKA-71, you ask the sellers, because these cars are not in plain sight. They were in some kind of mesh container. They are not striking. You will call Komfi tomorrow, though, and ask.
NatalyaN
I want to tell you about my experience!
Last weekend I tried this device for the first time - to say that I was satisfied is to say nothing, I "flew" with happiness.
This weekend they brought another bucket of cherries, from the same tree, but not the same elasticity, I don’t know how to convey this look and feeling in words, maybe “overripe” (she came up with a word), but she was not overripe either not partying. So I could not even process the bucket completely - the bone did not want to jump out, remained inside, then I had to sort it out one by one, when I put it into the jars, squeeze it out with my fingers. Here is such a story, the ripeness of cherries also plays an important role in processing.
OlenaS
Now there are bone removers in "Epicenter", two types:
1- like the one in the last photos above, in the form of a typewriter. Costs 128 UAH. (for some price in "Epicenter" in the DECO department there is a 10% discount)
2 - manual, like a nutcracker. Costs 28 UAH.

Both seem to be German, the company is quite famous for its kitchen appliances, the name is in L, I don't remember exactly

As they say, there is fish for fishlessness and cancer, but ...
I didn’t particularly like the first one because the design was somewhat rude. The plastic from which it is made is hard, that is, it will fall - it will crack (not a fact, but very similar). And there is no such rubber-seal that closes the hole in which the cherry is placed to remove the stone from it. It seems to me that it is more convenient with such a seal.

The second is also with a "minus": the knife used to cut the bone is plastic and quite thick in cross section. The impression is that the cherry will choke ... Or you need to put the cherry in such a way that the knife falls directly into the hole from the twig. That, too, is not a time-saving with large volumes of cherries for processing

In general, of course, you can consider it as an option. Maybe they are much more convenient in business than I think
Qween
OKCAHKA-71 , it's a pity that there is no Comfi!
Maybe one of our girls can help you with the purchase of this device. And I will also look the day after tomorrow, and if I see it, I will write to you.

OlenaS , is this such a small cruciform seal?
Qween
By the way, I also have a "manual", a small bone remover, as many as three different pieces. Nonsense is rare. I would not consider it as a purchase option.
As said OlenaS :

Yes. He is in the photographs of the boxes from the typewriter (I think they were on the previous page) in a circle with the inscription BONUS.

OKCAHKA-71, sorry for the delay in answering.

We don't have a bone remover for this, I can't help you with anything. Today I have already gone to one more store, where the whole shaft. And this device is not, unfortunately, and did not even receive. So, there is no longer where to look.
But I'll keep you in mind. And what, I got mine in the winter, and was very happy about it. So, at any time, I think it will come in handy for you.
Freken Bock
Girls, and I met such a larger fruit machine, well, for plums, I guess. Nobody uses it?
Kalmykova
We have both at Epicenter. For cherries 128 UAH, for plums - about 180. I also wonder if anyone used plum!
rinishek
and I bought from us in Auchan for cherries - 41 hryvnyas, some kind of incomprehensible company, kaiserhoff or something.
Cleans ripe (I had very ripe straight, it was already soft) cherries every other time, but definitely faster than manually
Freken Bock
Wow ... I bought my mom a bone remover for plums. 55 hryvnia, Polish, Domik firm. Ripe plum, with a stone, peeling easily removed - just a song. And solid, with an adherent bone - not a fig. But I'm directly impressed. Fair. Shaitan, not a machine!
shuska
Freken Bok, Tan, where did you get the bone remover for plums?
Freken Bock
shuska , Olya, well, of course, in the Hostess! Remained alone, by the way.
Kalmykova , but not at all!

I wanted to post a video yesterday. I couldn't find a drain, damn it, in my neighborhood! I will explain it on my fingers, because I myself presented this matter differently. This knife is on a rod with a cruciform blade, one of them is longer. It cuts the plum on one side! For some reason I thought that the store process is going like a cherry or an olive.

Kalmykova, if you are talking about a Leifheit pick, then I have one for plums, it works well, only I hoped that I could peel apricots too, but the trick did not work, the hole for the stone is not enough. By the way, it has two positions of the cell for draining, for large and for small
andreus
Good evening everyone!
In "METRO" (in Kiev), now KAISERHOFF "machines for removing bones" are being sold, the original corresponds to the photo as on the second page in this section.
Price 60 UAH The thing is really necessary, and justifies its cost by 100%.
I processed a bucket of cherries in 2 hours, as a result - berries separately, seeds separately, and most importantly, the kitchen is clean, since there is no splash from cherry juice.
