Valeria, yes. I really liked it. set and forgot. took it out and enjoy everything. But yesterday I tried on the CEX function, and raw. set an hour to bake !!!!! on baked goods and still damp .... well, don't go to waste, cut it into slices and browned in the airgil. But I realized that I needed to bake at Bakery. And for whom is the KEKS program? In general, 1 hour 20 minutes is enough for me on the BAKING program.
I do not have a Keks program in my HP, but I perfectly knead the dough in a food processor, and I bake it in the BAKING program - 1 hour 30 minutes (this is for a cake for 380 grams of flour). So don't worry - you can bake in the Baking program

I think it was necessary to extinguish the soda with vinegar, but of course it's a lot ...

Oh, girls, I wanted to bake a cupcake in hp, but now I'm thinking even more. Mine does not have a cupcake function, only bread, quick bread, dough, French roll, jam, well, everything seems to be heated. how to be
fronya40
It seems to me not at all .... after all, everyone else kneads the dough and then stews in the heat ... but you cannot manually skip the kneading stage? I can't ...

Hello. the first day I use the Mulinex Uno bread maker. I baked this cupcake from the attached book:
Lemon cake (1 kg)

Eggs - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 260 g
A pinch of salt.
Softened oil
but chilled - 90 g
Zest of 1 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1 1/2 lemon
Wheat flour 430 g
Baking powder 3.5 tsp

Whisk the eggs, sugar and salt for 5 minutes, until the mixture turns white. Pour the mixture into a container, and butter there.
Add juice and grated lemon zest. Mix flour with baking powder. Pour flour into a container with a slide, clearly in the center.
KEKS program

I chatted and poured flour 260 g!))) the cake turned out to be smaller, but the taste is excellent.

Just today I saw a collection of recipes. And I already have a separate recipe cupcake for HP, maybe my little experience will be useful to someone.

Here's what I would like to know, a recipe for a cake such as was sold in Soviet times in a pastry shop, remember the small ones, round, baked in a basket. And then we started after buying HP from the first page everything in a row, but it seems it will be a long time because there are a million of them (recipes). Thank you.
fronya40
Sarae, you have a beautiful cupcake! and you have a program - KEKS - how much does the dough mix?
Sarae
Thank you. because the cupcake was the second that I generally cooked in a bread maker, I won't say for sure, but it interfered for 20-25 minutes. hands of course faster, but the cake is like a bun, you don't need to control it, I put it on and forgot.
fronya40
I just bake on baked goods, but something didn't work out on the cake at all, even with additional baking

I decided to bake Zebra cake in HP (I have ELENBERG BM-3100). When I had already put the oven on, I decided to read about cupcakes on the forum ..and was very upset that many people write that the muffins in KhP are not baked and burn. But there was nothing to do ... just wait. I baked on the "Baking" mode, I have it for 1 hour. An hour later I turned it on again and baked for 40 minutes. The cake was baked and did not burn. Here is the result

250-400 grams in 1 hour 30 minutes - handsome. Tatiana KZ, you have a gorgeous cupcake.

Hurrah ! Cupcake with apple from Celestines turned out! My first cupcake in Panasonic 2502.
I was set for a varied result, but since the recipe does not require a large consumption of products, I decided to try it.
I mixed everything on "Dumplings" as in the recipe: eggs + sugar + butter + flour (sifted a little from the seeder mug directly into the bucket) + baking powder (2 tsp. From HP) + pieces of apple boned in flour and soaked raisins + a little vanillin (next time I'll try the zest better).
Naturally, until the end of the program, she did not interfere, she threw apples and raisins and interrupted the process. It turned out to be liquid-sticky-viscous and on the bottom (two fingers). I think if I had kneaded by hand, I would definitely have overdone it, but that's fine.
The bucket was not smeared or lined with anything!
She pulled out a spatula, licked it, decided it was delicious - if I eat something raw!
I put the pastries for 1 hour and then after the "stop" for 15 minutes did not open it, I already saw it from Donna Rosa. She could not stand it any longer, opened it, rummaged with a wooden kebab skewer, found no crime.
I shook it out of the bucket, it looks beautiful, the cap has risen, the sides are not burnt at all, to which I was pleasantly surprised.
First I put it on the wire rack to cool, but changed my mind and cut it into slices on a plate - it cools faster.
Bottom line: the cake has risen, really baked, not charred and definitely - better than the store! And he's gone, and less than an hour has passed ...
Thanks to all !
Going to grate a carrot for a carrot cake ...

Hurrah!

First time tried a cupcake! Here!

True, according to his own original recipe, he called a marble honey cake with dried apricots and prunes: here is the recipe
1. Twist dried apricots and prunes on a combine, add honey, at the exit 100 + 100 + 50 gr. honey
2.6 eggs + 400 gr. flour + 200gr. sugar, + baking powder + salt on the tip of a knife + a mixture of dried apricots and honey
3. The sequence of kneading the dough is not important, everything was scrolled in the blender.
4. Divide the dough in half, add 2 tbsp to one part. l. cocoa powder and, according to the recipe for marble cake, put in a baking container 2 liters. white dough, 1 spoonful of brown in series.
5. I had to bake from 2 hours in total, because the output is 1kg. 200gr.
It tastes like a mixture of biscuit and honey cake. Try it and you will succeed !!!

Chapa111, what a beautiful cupcake. Congratulations. And you have it lean - no butter, no sour cream?

Help me please. the cupcake didn't work. Here is the prescription.
Sour cream cake.
Ingredients: 1 glass of sour cream, 1 glass of sugar, 3 eggs, one and a half glasses of flour, one and a half teaspoons of slaked soda.
Beat eggs with sugar, then add sour cream and soda and beat again. Add flour and mix to form a thick dough. You can add dried fruits or frozen berries to it - strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries. Place the dough in the bucket of a bread machine and bake for an hour in the "Bake" mode.
I whipped everything, though there was not enough sour cream, so I added homemade cream to the required amount of sour cream (the dough turned out to be a little liquid), added raisins and dried apricots, baked for an hour in the “Baking” mode, but as a result, all the dried fruits were at the bottom of the cake, and he himself turned out to be dense. Can you tell me what I did wrong? ((
Valeria 12
Elizavetka, if you do not have a dispenser for dried fruits in your HP, then dried fruits (dried !!!) must be rolled in flour before adding to the dough. Add them at the very end of the batch - turn with a spoon a couple of times. And yet, the cake is at the stage of adding flour - you do not need to knead for a long time. If the combine is in no more than 5 minutes. Good luck to you

Good evening everyone! I just read to the last review about baking cupcakes .. Unfortunately, I never saw a single response: so what recipe should I use to make the oven SAMA knead and bake a cake? I have a Delta 8002 stove, it is a new modification, in which there is a "cupcake" program. And there is even a recipe, but it confuses me that yeast is used. This is normal? After all, with yeast is Easter cake? And the recipe is as follows: milk 250ml, eggs 3 pcs, sugar 3 tbsp (I loaded 6), butter (draining, growing) 3 tbsp, white flour 1 2/3 measures st (250ml), vanillin 1h l, food grade soda (baking powder) 1 / 2h l, dry yeast 1 1 / 4h l. Izum, candied fruits, other additives in the dispenser. Program "cake": kneading 8 + 20 = 28 min., Baking 1h43 min., Weight-1000g (unchanged), medium crust (can be changed). Now, thick sour cream is in the way! What will come out is not clear! Unsubscribe in 2 hours, but PLEASE help me master at least a couple of cupcake recipes

A very interesting recipe !! I will definitely bake! Only the portion is large, it should be counted in half.

good day. today I tried to adapt the failed cream (whipped cream with sugar + a little shop sour cream) to the base for the cake ... it worked! Took 3 eggs, beat with 2 tbsp. l sugar (sugar was also in the "cream"), put 0.5 cups of "cream", mixed everything well, added st. l cognac, I took 1.5 flour (about 2 glasses), baking powder tsp with a slide and all the finish: there were no raisins or nuts in the house ... so the cake turned out empty, but baked well.I used to have either top or bottom - some of them burned a little. I climbed the forum: it turns out that people are wrapping the cake pan with foil. Here. And voila! Here is my cupcake Cupcakes in a bread maker (recipe collection)

It turned out without loss of appearance and the taste remained good.
The lemon flavor lightened and refined the muffin.

And here is the recipe Cupcake with mayonnaise.
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp soda, slaked vinegar
250 gr. mayonnaise (Provencal)
2.5 cups flour
Raisins, nuts, dried apricots, poppy seeds (optional)
Beat eggs with sugar, you can use a mixer, you can just whisk or fork, it doesn't matter.
Add mayonnaise, soda, then raisins and flour.
The dough is thick.
We spread the dough in a mold, bake until golden brown. I added 2 more bananas.
I did it in HP on the "Cupcake" mode, after the end of the mode, I added another 20 minutes of baking on the "Electric oven" mode. I think that it is easier to do it in the "Cake" mode, there is no "Rise" in it, immediately after the batch there will be Baking.
