Canned pineapple muffin (Moulinex OW 5004 bread maker)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 450 g
Granulated sugar 250-300 g
Egg 3 pcs
Butter 120 g
Canned pineapples 1 can (225 g)
baking powder 3.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peace be with you bakers!
  • it turns out very fragrant if the cake is made with canned
  • pineapple
  • I usually put a whole can of juice on a recipe 225g
  • but if someone loves a not so wet cake, you can not pour the juice from the can.
  • or increase the amount of flour!
  • depending on what kind of pineapples I put in or more sugar
  • or add citric acid
  • I cut the butter into small pieces and let stand at room temperature.
  • The dough turns out to be thin.

Note

and I also noticed if you cut a cake about 3 hours after baking it
a bit damp and even then remains so, but if you let it stand
15 hours, it looks more like a store.

shade, pineapples are good =) just would like to clarify, is this a recipe for moulinex, for a cupcake program? There are a lot of things in terms of volume.
and what is "baking powder", I just not so long ago familiar with cooking.

And another question for everyone, which baking powder (brand) would you recommend?
natamylove
"baking powder" appears to be a baking powder. I use any baking powder that is on sale, I tried different ones, in my opinion they are not particularly different. All are good.

guys, go to your profile, leave information about yourself
where are you from and what kind of hp you have it is so convenient
because to give advice on where to buy complete nonsense
if you don’t know the location
about baking powder: in principle, you can use any
but personally I do better at the * premiera * of the Yaroslavl plant.
about the cupcake: this is a recipe for moulinex.
and as for the volume, in the original there you need to add 100g of raisins and
and 100 grams of candied fruit, and if you drain the juice from a can of pineapple, then it will remain there
gram 150 on the strength or even less.

shade, under "where to buy" I naturally did not ask for the address of the store. It meant the department of the store where to look for, i.e. confectionery, grocery or general medicine
Boo Boo
shade thanks for the pineapple cupcake recipe. The truth was just mixed with a mixer, and baked in the oven. It turned out yummy. I had a 580g can of pineapples, I didn't put all of it (I left a little pineapple and a little liquid), for some reason it seemed like a lot. Now I understand that everything was possible. So thanks again.

I had a thick dough, but I didn't put in all the pineapples. But I always put the butter in the microwave to defrost for about 20 seconds. It becomes soft.

Pineapple whipped with blender knives
Anatoly, and this is how it should be or did you bake the first muffins with pieces?
There are pineapples at once in pieces in jars, grind them?

In your opinion, is the oven version of the bread machine very different? I mean texture, moisture, crust ...

Initially, I cut pineapple into a small cube, but now I made mashed potatoes for testing

The difference between baking in the oven and a bread machine is

I will not say about the texture, how much I did it a little differently, but in the oven it turns out drier and the crust is so fried but thinner than in a bread maker
I liked it better in the oven

Anatolythanks, i will try soon

Here, baked in a bread maker Panasonic 2512.

Canned pineapple muffin (Moulinex OW 5004 bread maker)

This is the second, for 2 eggs... I increased sugar and butter a little, as I wanted more richness and juiciness. Pineapples are the same 225 g (6 rings) and +80 g of juice from them. The dough was medium thick, slowly leveling in the bucket.

Well, I did this:
I cooked everything on the table, turned on the "Baking" program in the bread maker for 1:30 min.
In 10 minutes: beat butter, sugar and eggs. Add juice, stir until smooth + diced pineapple = stir. And the flour was grayer ... or the flour was before: - In general, it was done in 10 minutes, just the bread maker picked up the temperature. By doing this, I simulated setting in a hot oven.

My modified version was ready exactly after the program time expired
She pulled out a bucket, let it stand for 10 minutes, and ... this is where caution and dexterity are needed. The cupcake is very delicate and fragile. Flies out quickly, easily kits.

Only a little temper turned out at the bottom. I still don't understand why

Impressions: Delicious, sweet, tender cake, but !!! If you want a fragrant delicious PINEAPPLE cake, then pineapples must certainly be fragrant and tasty. Otherwise, it turns out just a cupcake, which I have

Thank you, Anatoly, per recipe! It was interesting and useful to practice delicious baked goods in a bread machine.

Natalia--

The cake actually turns out so - tender and fragile, I think this is due to the interaction of the baking powder with the acid contained in the pineapple

But at the expense of pineapples, you quite rightly noticed -----If you want a fragrant delicious PINEAPPLE cake, then pineapples must certainly be fragrant and tasty.

I forgot ... In HP Pangasonik, for baking muffins, it is recommended to lay the form with baking paper. So I didn't lay it, and at the same time the crust turned out to be tasty, not overcooked, without bitterness

I decided to find delicious pineapples in the nearest supermarket. And I found it!
