Thank you very much for the coffee cupcake recipe. I tried it according to your personal recipe, taking into account your changes - it turned out very tasty. And it's easy to bake. Thanks again.

It turned out that instead of paper for baking in HP Panasonic it is convenient to use a baking sleeve - it fits in size! Cut to the required length, fasten on one side (you can use a stapler), insert - you're done! Lavsan, which is very similar to this material, I used when baking as a child - I noticed that it does not stick to the biscuit, you can not even grease it with anything, it will easily go away, unless there is a little left on it:

My "sweet tooth" men gave me an ultimatum: when in the end will there be sweet? I think the Trinity is coming, the beloved state has given a day off and there is no need to fly to work, for the first time in the last six months Sunday is a day off (not counting Easter, of course!). Here I am tuned into sweet bread. After wandering around our website, which helps me out, oh, how it helps me out, leafing through all the recipe books, I came to the idea: okay, you will have something sweet for your tea, and just try to say that it is not sweet!
At first, this recipe alarmed with its amount of sugar, but decided to try it. It appears like this:
will need
Cupcake with raisins and candied fruits
4 pcs of eggs,
220 grams of sugar, yes, yes, she was stunned by so much
1.5 bags of vanilla sugar (I put one bag in)
salt is literally a pinch
2 tbsp. l dark rum was indicated in the recipe, but there was no rum in the non-drinking family, I used the "unique" balm brought from Hungary once
1.5 lemons
220 grams of butter (I put 180 softened, the rest was topped up with dark pumpkin oil)
450 gr wheat flour
3.5h l. baking powder (put in baking powder)
100 grams of raisins
100 g of candied fruits (since Easter, sweet, colored ones have remained, Dvore likes very much)

I collected it all, scratched the back of my head, will it work with so much sugar (candied fruits also give their own)

Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt well. Pour this mixture into a bucket, add the "unique" juice of one lemon and zender, butter, flour and baking powder. I chose the program: "Pies and muffins" In my Tefalka it is number 6.
And launched, with the hope of watching what happens. But it was not there! My irrepressible boss called: we urgently need to go out for a couple of hours! Well, Christmas tree sticks! Saturday before Trinity! Well, we must, then we must! Only "a couple of hours" turned out to be a full day. I called my mother-in-law, with a request to make sure that my men took out what would happen there from the stove and did not forget to turn off the multicooker. (At the same time, my LG baked bran bread). You understand how many times I
In the evening I roll home, the children are under the supervision of my grandmother, I think everything is fine. I remember about the cupcake: and only crumbs were left of the cupcake, and our fat cat licked them. The only thing I was able to learn from my mother-in-law: a little moist, melts in my mouth! They didn't want to eat anything with tea and milk! And the husband said in the evening that he had overgrown sweet bakery and would not have dinner! If only they left a piece! They take care of my figure. Here!

Eh, it's a pity I don't have a "cake" function in my HP, I have to bake only in the oven, but I'll definitely try the recipe itself. And the most important thing is not to forget to treat my four "nasty" cats, they also love sweet (and savory too!)

And you try on the "special" program, in my LG stove there is one and all the sweet bread and muffins I baked on it. True, it is long, sometimes I interrupted it. Ignore all of her beeps and try some sweet cupcakes on her. In general, look for a program on which, according to the instructions, you can bake cakes. And even if the oven was on vegetable oil, the cupcakes turned out well in the "fast" mode.

Here's a simple recipe:

I tried this recipe. The first time, the cake turned out to be low, but edible.
The second time I took baking powder instead of baking soda, added a bag of vanilla sugar and instead of three eggs I took two. It turned out much better. Thanks to the author. The recipe is really simple and IMHO with it and you need to start trying.
He baked for an hour and then another 8 minutes in the oven.

I only have a bread maker for 2 weeks. Baked my first cupcake in it now. I chose DonnaRosa's sour cream cake recipe. Baking 60 min. The baking smell was breathtaking!
After the signal I looked into the HP - the top is very light and seems unbaked. I waited 10 minutes - I took it out. Ready!
Yes, and the sides really turned red, as many Panasonic owners wrote. A plump crust is visible on the cut. I didn't like it very much. But the taste is very tasty !!! I could not resist - I immediately ate a couple of pieces with milk!
Thanks for the DonnaRosa recipe - now we will bake !!!

Thank you very much Crochet for a link to a cupcake. I already began to navigate the forum a little. Otherwise he seemed immense to me!
Now I’m deciding whether to bake Stolichny cake according to GOST or Stolichny, adapted to a bread machine? It's probably best to start with the second.
After all, I dreamed of baking cupcakes in HP, and even such a program was not in my program! This is how I chose the model - I thought that they all work the same!
I will now knead by hand and bake in the "Bake Only" mode. I really want to succeed right away, like my first bread. I've seen enough of your baking photos, read about smells and the speed of eating ... I can't live without a cake anymore!

I will now knead by hand and bake in the "Bake Only" mode.
, isn't there a pizza or dumplings program in your bread maker? If there is, then you can safely knead a cake on one of these programs, and only then for baking.
Lyudmila and Co
There is "Pizza" - it kneads the yeast dough for a long time.
And there is "Pasta" - kneads yeast-free dough for 14 minutes. This program seems to me the most suitable. Probably, you can beat the liquid components with a mixer (so that the sugar does not scratch), place in a mold, on top - flour with baking powder. If only the baking powder did not have time to react ahead of schedule.
The instructions for my oven have already been discussed here. There, many things can only be guessed at or experimented with at random.
What I'm going to do.

Hello, dear forum users! I got a bread maker only 1.5 weeks ago. Yesterday I decided to try to bake my first cupcake in it. After reading this topic, I was very worried that it would either burn or undercooked! But everything worked out great for me! I baked this recipe

Cupcake with apples for tea

Wheat flour 175g
Sugar 150g
Butter 40g
Egg 3 pcs.
Large apple (preferably sour) 1 pc.
Baking powder or baking soda 1.5 tsp.
Only instead of an apple I put raisins, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs and 3 tbsp. l. sour cream.
When I figure out how to insert a photo, I will demonstrate the result visually.

I read a large number of cake recipes on the forum. There are also similar ones to mine, but I want to share, because this one always turns out. Delicious. So.
Structure:
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Flour - 320g
Sugar - 150g
Oil sl. - 70g
Salt - 1/2 hour l.
Lemon (zest + juice) - 1pc.
Raisins - 50g
Baking powder - 2 hours l.
Cooking method:
Grind eggs with sugar and salt until white. Pour into a bucket, put butter (in pieces), zest with juice, raisins, flour and baking powder there. We turn on the program "Dough for pasta" (I have number 10). (if necessary, pick the flour on the sides with a wooden spatula). The dough turns out to be liquid, but thicker than for pancakes. We take out the knife from the bucket. We turn on the "Only baked goods" program (I have No. 12) for 120 minutes at a rate of 120 degrees. The cupcake turns out to be baked, crispy, aromatic, risen and sooo delicious!

For a long time I was looking for a recipe for a cake known in the Perm Territory as Sverdlovsky, also in some places it is called Krasnodar. The taste really resembles the Sverdlovsk cake. The recipe was in accordance with GOST. I tried to make it in a bread maker.

Cupcake "Sverdlovsky"

Cupcakes in a bread maker (recipe collection)

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, premium quality 245 g
Butter 180 gr
Granulated sugar 180 gr
Whole condensed milk with sugar 180 gr
Eggs 251 gr, about 5 medium
Dried grapes (Raisins) 180 gr
Baking powder 8 gr
Powdered sugar for sprinkling 4 gr
Here are my steps:
Beat the softened butter for 2 minutes, add granulated sugar and continue beating for another 5 minutes. Then add eggs in small portions and condensed milk and beat for another 5 minutes. Beating was performed with a food processor - a special nozzle. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold. Pour the sifted flour with baking powder on top. We turn on the dough for 15 minutes. For a minute or 2 minutes before the end of the kneading, add the washed and dried raisins. After kneading, turn on the baking mode for 1 hour 40 minutes. (I turned on a dark crust for 1 hour and after checking added 2 times for 20 minutes, but already with a light crust. We take out the finished cake from the bread machine, slightly remove it from the mold and immediately return it back. Leave it in the mold for 5 hours. - this is a guest, I didn’t wait 5 hours - I took it out right away, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

So I tried the cupcake program, I wonder why the cupcake takes 2 hours and 50 minutes to knead and cook? The cupcake is probably burnt, it is still sitting in the bucket, the toothpick came out dry, but the top is pale, but the sides are probably black, there are still 26 minutes left until the end of the program, but the smell of a burnt cupcake went around the house and I turned off the car. Let's see how the taste will cool down, you probably just need to try the baking program, although the instructions said that it was the "cupcake" program that was suitable for baking in chemistry. baking powder, oh, how complicated it is with muffins in a bread machine.

I often bake all kinds of muffins or biscuits in a bread maker (I knead the dough by hand or in dumplings mode, then put it in a mold and on a baking mode (I have it at 180 degrees)) the richer the cake, the longer it bakes, but as a rule, no longer than an hour, twenty hours ... Yes, and as a rule, you get fried sides and a pale top, but this does not interfere with the taste.

Of course, you can bake any bread, there are plenty of your modes! the only thing is, study each of your modes, according to the time of kneading-proofing-baking, and choose the most favorable one for those recipes that you plan to use!
but at the expense of cupcakes it is unlikely that something will work out, because the cupcake does not need proofing, which is provided for by the modes for bread, the cupcake must be kneaded and baked immediately (it does not matter in the HP or the oven, the technology is the same)

I tried to bake a cupcake, chose the recipe from "Ninuli", post 378. The taste turned out to be amazing, I have not tried this yet.Made small additions to the recipe - raisins and walnuts. LiudmiLka, I generally like lemon and everything with lemon, for example, for about 30 years now I have been baking bird's milk cake with semolina and lemon, and for New Year I make homemade lemonade, sort of like a tradition. You can try to prepare the "country" cake on condensed milk (from the instructions for Panasonic-255/254) by replacing the usual condensed milk with condensed milk with cocoa. It will look like a "chocolate" cake:
Instruction to Panasonic-254/255, p. 23:

"Country cupcake"

Wheat flour 150 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs
Condensed milk with cocoa 400 ml (1 can)
Baking powder or baking soda 1⁄2 tsp

Cooking method:

1. Beat eggs white, add condensed milk and slaked baking soda or baking powder.
2. Add flour, knead to a homogeneous dough.
3. Put the prepared dough into a mold.
4. Bake for 60 minutes, then remove the pan from the bakery and leave the cake in it for 7-10 minutes.
5. Gently remove the cupcake and cool it on the rack. "

And for this reason, I apologize to those who gave this recipe that I do not indicate whose it is. Thank you very much for it !!!

Cupcake with sour cream

1 cup sour cream (200 g)
1 glass of sugar (200 g)
2 eggs
2 cups flour (200 g)
1.5 tsp. baking powder (I have Dr. Etker)
1 packet of vanillin (often substituted for rum essence), you can add either orange or lemon zest instead.
A handful of raisins (you can also add nuts, prunes, dried apricots). One raisin is great.

I make a double portion and then bake at 160 degrees for 70-80 minutes.
I baked a single portion in HP, but I need more and it turns out better in the oven.

It turns out great, lightweight. I sometimes add a little lard. Depends on the fat content of the sour cream.

Flour added about 100g to the recipe. I did not knock down anything with a mixer. I did everything with a fork. uku took "Extra".
