Air roll "In a hurry"

Air roll Whip up

Ingredients

Flour 1 glass
Egg 5 items
Sugar 1 glass
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Powdered sugar 1-1.5 tsp
Any filling (jam, jam, condensed milk, thick yogurt)
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Here are the products we need.
  • Air roll Whip up
  • Beat the egg with sugar for 2-3 minutes (until the volume increases 1.5-2 times)
  • Air roll Whip up
  • Add flour, vanillin (vanilla sugar), mix everything gently (so that the flour scatters in all directions) and beat for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Air roll Whip up
  • Put tracing paper (baking paper) on a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and pour out the dough.
  • Air roll Whip up
  • Bake the cake in preheated to 170-180 C for 10-12 minutes (no more, otherwise the bottom may burn)
  • Air roll Whip up
  • Grease the hot cake with the filling (I had apple jam) and roll it into a tube
  • Air roll Whip up
  • We shift the roll into a convenient form, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and send it to a cold place (or refrigerator for 10-15 minutes) so that it cools completely.
  • Air roll Whip up
  • Bon Appetit everyone!

This recipe is taken from the magazine "Kulina" for 2011 (Author T. Kostenko). The roll is prepared for 25-30 minutes. And most importantly, the amount of ingredients is minimal, and this entire list is easy to find in our "bins".

Girls, just don’t "overexpose" the biscuit, but, as I wrote above, it may burn, or the edges may bake so hard that it will be difficult to roll!

I haven't tried it myself, because I'm on a diet, but judging by the way it melts, one can guess that it tastes good.
