Zucchini fritters

Ingredients

peeled zucchini 800 g
eggs 3 pcs
unsweetened yogurt (curdled milk, kefir) 20 Art. l.
cheese 100-150 g
garlic 2-3 teeth
dill
salt 0.5 tbsp. l.
black pepper
flour

Cooking method

  • Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, add eggs, yogurt (or any sour milk), grated cheese, salt, black pepper, chopped dill, chopped garlic. Add enough flour so that the consistency is like for ordinary pancakes. Bake in a pancake maker.
  • Delicious to eat with sour cream mixed with garlic. Or just with sour cream.

Yoghurt 20 spoons because I had so much. I put it in the dough and automatically counted
