Aygul, in 508 the bowl is the simplest, in my Binaton rice cooker it is even simpler, the bowls are similar. But nothing burns, pilaf turns out better than in my other mules, the stewing is also excellent, the pastries are just wonderful !!! Casseroles in particular !!!
In fact, I think that Polaris 508 is a complete analogue of Panas.
Aygul
Vika, i.e. the bowl is like new, without stains, nothing sticks? (I compare this with my own bowl from the Visonte 600 - a copy of Polaris 0508, the current flowers are slightly different).
It's just that it was my 1st multicooker, so I did it "in the tail and in the mane" in connection with the renovation in the kitchen, especially. So the bottom of the bowl ... well, this ... already without a non-stick coating, it seems. Moreover, I really like the cartoon in terms of using the Stew and Pilaf modes, but I don’t dare to fry, and now I make baked goods in a pressure cooker and in a new frying pan (you know which one).
Or went to the topic of Polaris (show pictures of the bottom of the pan) I love extraordinary photos

Nothing happened to my cup, but I was always touching with it, as with others. With Visconte they are analogs, I know, that's why stewing pilaf is the same, yes. I would have taken a picture of my saucepan, but it remained in the country.
Oh yes! The bowl is like new, nothing sticks, well, if you cook without fanaticism.

My daughter gave it to NG, but I don’t like something terribly, besides, the timer does not work
Svetlana Sh, welcome to our Bread Maker!
You just see your expectations did not coincide with her capabilities.
The name of this unit is not entirely correct, this is not a multicooker, but an electric steamer with advanced functions (double boiler, deep frying, etc.).
I bought a similar one (Liberty is a complete analogue of it) deliberately for special occasions when you need to fry, for example, a lot of potatoes, fish, cutlets, fry meatballs or cabbage rolls. Here it is not replaceable! I won't say that I often use it, but when I need it, I take it out of the shelf and cook and always say "thank you" to myself. It is very convenient and facilitates preparation and turns out great in it.
I don’t steam in it, it’s not better than in my favorite steamer Brown. Better than a slow cooker, it will not cook porridge.
Of course there are some disadvantages in it, but they are tolerable.
Take a closer look - maybe you will like it.
Svetlana Sh
Yes, it just did not have the correct name initially. I really wanted a multicooker, but she was offered this one in the store, because it is multifunctional, well, we will get used to it, study, but the fact that the timer does not work right away is not normal, I want to exchange it in the store tomorrow

Svetlana, I, with all the range of my multicooker, dream of buying more and Mystery , since a lot of things that can be done in it cannot be done in a multicooker.
Think about it and maybe (soon after March 8th) you will have a slow cooker that you want.
Svetlana Sh
Yes, maybe I will do just that! Thank you for at least a little, high spirits, otherwise I am in frustration from today's preparation of pilaf, although in principle mine were satisfied.
Elenka
Svetlana
I cooked pilaf, it turned out very well, but you still need to keep an eye on it. because the "cutting edge" always strives to burn and stick. After my two slow cookers, which they themselves cook, and then the signal is called to the table - it's not usual.
But the pilaf in this stewpan is wonderful, it's not for nothing that this piece is very similar to the Master pilaf.
So do not be discouraged, your family supports you and everything is done for the best.
Elenka
Such casseroles first appeared in Ukraine and several casseroles were bought by our members of the forum and sent to Russia, so people wanted to have them. So Vika is dreaming. So you got not such a bad thing.

At first it was as written in the book 220, then I subtracted to 200
Soup at 220 ° C? At this temperature, even frying is not worth it, not like boiling soup.
I, too, somehow did not fall in love with fried potatoes in Mystery. It turned out that it is more convenient for me to do it in a multicooker (only one serving).
But pancakes, cheese cakes, cutlets I fry only in Mystery. You can immediately fry 9 pieces against 4 in a multicooker.
MariV
In short, I didn't understand - you all already have it, but why don't I?
Manna
Olga, and you showed up here. And why is this Mystery tabe? I only have pancakes in it, cheese cakes and cutlets ... well, sometimes cakes for rolls
Manna
I this ... I meant ... here ...

on the off-site it says "soon on sale" and here it is
Multicooker Mystery MCM-5014/5015
with buttons.
And she's already on sale
And about the 16th, I don't know anything yet ... I went to look
Found ... nooo, 16th - this is an ordinary multicooker with multicooker programs and forms ...
Manna
I want, but what she does, I don't know
I use my mystery mainly as a stewpan. I have 5014. There is a temperature regulator from 80 ° C to 240 ° C. I only use 100-140 ° C. In the 5015 model, the buttons indicate different modes that differ in temperature.
Manna
Well ... I use it from time to time ... it is convenient for me to fry in it (for example, you cannot fry pancakes in a slow cooker), because I completely refused the stove ... turned it off ... there is a smokehouse on it and thermopot
MariV
So I'm also thinking about the subject - fry! Does it give off heat when frying?
Manna
Just like from mutivarkin "Fry" mode. You cannot compare with a stove, especially a gas one.
Vichka
And I personally want it for frying potatoes. I don't have a deep frying pan, I fry in a slow cooker, but you can't fry much there. Therefore, rather than buying just a frying pan, it is better to buy Mystery, at the same time it will be useful for something else.

So I bought it for similar purposes, before NG, I'm unhappy. I tried to fry the potatoes several times, so for 240g. I couldn't wait for the crust, my portions are large, of course, but I didn't expect the result, as from deep fat ...

I have good potatoes. I fry a large portion, t-ra 160 * no more, I cut it coarsely. If you need a crust, then I do not close the lid.
In general, this stewpan is not to blame, and the necessary fried potatoes do not always turn out in the pan.
If you want a fatty crust, you need to dry the potato slices with a towel, put them in hot oil, salt at the end ... there are a lot of tips, everyone has been known for a long time.
Yes, and potatoes can be crumbly - they are good for cooking (it doesn’t matter if it is fried, it crumbles quickly), and firmer varieties are good for frying.
Frezi
Elenka
Thank you for your answer, I can fry potatoes
it looks like my stewpan has problems with temperature conditions or with tenom, because at 160 I didn't even try to fry, it was very badly heated. When I was frying pasties, I also kept the temperature at least 220, we will try further ...
Lyudmila G
Hello everybody! Girls tell me how the bowl behaves? Doesn't it burn? How is the coating itself? I read the review that it burns so that it can hardly be washed.
Manna
I soaked it first with oil: I heated it, but not much, smeared it with a brush with vegetable oil as much as it was absorbed (not to soot, of course), then turned it off, wiped off the excess oil with a napkin. Everything, nothing else pestered. I even bake pancakes on it (I grease it with sour oil before the first tab) - I don't have to tear off anything and somehow drearily wash it off

Mannyash, I do not know. They are like beige, with the same buttons and white and red meet. I don't think it matters. Maybe some kind of sticker is glued to the panel, here with it and without it photographed
Manna
Not, Ksyu, take a closer look, there the logo is written differently
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Want to say that one is fake?

Mystery is such a "brand" that his logos can be written in different ways and even in different letters.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
That's white as beige. I don't know why it is written differently. But the border around the panel is also of different colors.

Before the new year, I ran past the Dormeo store (we have one in the City Mell shopping center), and saw our stewpots' sister in the window, she was covered with ceramic (light) inside, she was in a hurry, so she did not look at it in detail. There are two mechanical switches on the panel.

Manna, well, that's what you are doing, huh? Black is just like me and nada! And then my husband said: think about what you want with the 13th! And who are you after all these pictures? Cried TV is shorter, with such an assortment of saucepans then

Hostesses! I bought a multicooker Mystery 5016, I can't figure out how to turn on the "delayed start" there, is it there at all? How to cook porridge on "stewing" and pastries ... it's not there ???!
Manna
Does she have a delayed start? I bake roll cakes at 100 ° C. I don't cook porridge, but if it is possible to set the temperature in your model to 95-98 ° C, then you can try to cook porridge. Most of the users of these models on the forum use these pots as saucepans, and not as multicooker, in the full sense of the word, these Mystery models are not multicooker.
Luky-elena
Hello girls !!! The second day I read the forum, it so happened that my husband and I bought this thing, I thought it was a slow cooker, it turned out to be a little wrong, but oh well ... In general, I cooked milk porridge in it, millet, but only in a pot, damn such a thing cool turned out. In general, I took it and poured millet + milk into the pot. In the cartoon water is cold to the mark, at the bottom of a towel on a pot. The cooking program (which did not change 150 C as it was and set it) time 50 minutes, closed the multi-lid came when it squeaked. My family licked their fingers. I also cooked stewed potatoes with meat in it, it turned out very tasty. I think you can cook porridge inside it, just choose the right temperature, and the porridge should languish.
