And as a whole, what kind of biscuit turned out. In the photo, they cut a hot one (like me yesterday)
Olekma
A good biscuit turned out, not dry, only moderately in it. I liked it very much. The last time I baked with apples in ourson, there was a dry biscuit there, despite the presence of apples. So, there is something to compare.

Olekma, thanks a lot for the recipe! It turned out to be a tall, beautiful biscuit with a pear bake! I won't have time to take a photo ... (except perhaps one piece :-) Two tiny nuances: some of the pears stuck a little to the bottom of the multicooker and therefore the upper part (which, of course, the lower part during baking) was slightly peeled off ... I patched pears neatly removed from the bottom, but I think you didn't have that! Perhaps my pears are too sweet? ..
And I also wanted to soak this biscuit a little .. For my taste, a bit dry .. But with milk I left with a bang !!!
I will use your proportions as a base. Thank you very much again !!
Olekma
Fata verde , glad that you liked it. To your health!

I didn't have sweet pears, and apparently they gave juice, because I didn't want to soak the biscuit at all. Before that, I just baked a biscuit during the day, and I had it dry. And I also immediately pulled out the charlotte on the steel, it stood for a while in the cartoon, and then it pulled out easily.

Thanks for the recipe! (in "thank you" poked)
I'm rolling my cartoon, I decided to bake ...
It is something! fluffy and perforated !!!
I took a "home" pear, I don't know the variety, but it's sweet. The chocolate was bitter, porous

It turned out tasty and not dry, but the charlotte fell apart when taken out. Why? I really did with apples!

Perhaps it was necessary to grease the multicooker bowl with oil. I have been greasing with butter lately and the charlotte just pops out of the bowl. I do it with pears and apples and other fruits.

Interestingly) And the glass is 250 ml?)
Olekma

Having read more than once about the "sticking" of apples (pears) to the bottom, I first tried to pour a little dough (about 1/3), then put the apples, then pour out the remaining dough.
The result - the apples were where they should be - apparently, they sank under their weight, there is no caramel crust, instead of it - a thin layer of dough.

Thanks for the recipe! I cooked in a multicooker ourson 5015, it turned out tasty and airy. Instead of pears, I added apples, did not bake in 45 minutes, set it for another 15 minutes.

Unsuccessfully tried to add photos, they are not loaded into any.
Through the radical, the forum swears at me (((

Olekma
Charovnica, thanks for trusting the recipe! I hope you enjoyed it.

The recipe seemed interesting, I never added chocolate to the charlotte, baked in a Redmond cartoon for 50 minutes +10 on auto-heating (removed the valve), the charlotte turned out to be magnificent, the homemade novelty was appreciated.
