Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 1 tbsp.
Kefir (warm) 1 glass
Soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • I cook as always in a food processor. Beat eggs, add kefir, flour. For flour, soda, salt, sugar. Mix everything. The dough is like pancakes. Grind chicken meat, add soy sauce and corn. You can use absolutely any filling - I have what was at hand. Warm up the multicooker, grease with oil. I pour half of the dough into Orsyusha, spread the filling evenly, pour the dough. I put on the Baking mode. Pressure 0. Default time. After the end of the cycle, open it slowly so that the condensate is caught and that the cold air does not enter immediately. Pour the filling (mix the egg with mayonnaise) and again on the Baking without pressure for 20 minutes. Then she turned it over and also another 20 minutes.
