Ingredients

pork 500 g
cabbage 100 g
vermicelli 100 g
eggs 2 pcs.
onion 1 head
salt taste
pepper lot

Cooking method

  • Pass the pork through a meat grinder (if beef, add lard). Finely chop the cabbage the size of a match. Finely chop the onion (I passed half of the onion through a meat grinder, and finely chopped the other). Connect everything.
  • Stuff the pancakes with minced meat, roll them up. Fry over low heat for 20 minutes in sunflower oil. The semi-finished product can be frozen.

Frankly speaking, judging by the photo, it's better to fry the minced meat beforehand. Pancakes have time to burn, no matter how low the heat under the pan, during the time required to prepare the filling. This is from my experience: in my youth I wanted to simplify the recipe because of laziness.

They are fried in a pan with the lid closed. There are few fillings in pancakes. I'm baked. I have been making such pancakes periodically for many years, there have been no problems yet.
