  • Add flour mixed with baking powder in parts. Gently mix the flour into the mixture, moving the spatula from the bottom up. to avoid lumps, knead until a smooth, slightly shiny airy dough is obtained.

  • Spread the dough with a spatula into tins, pre-oiled with vegetable oil, the bottom of which can be sprinkled with flakes or bran. As molds, I use 345 ml glass jars for jam. These jars are perfect for this air fryer.
