Rice-curd casserole in oursson multicooker-pressure cooker

Ingredients

Rice porrige 2 multi-glasses
Cottage cheese 5%, dry 2 packs / 400 grams
Cream 10% - 1 pack / 200 ml.
Fresh eggs 3 pcs.
White sugar ½ multi-glass, to taste
Baking powder 1 tsp
Potato starch 3 tbsp. l. ordinary with a large slide

Cooking method

  • Cooking in Oursson multicooker-pressure cooker, Baking mode, time 60 minutes, no pressure.
  • You can take any ready-made rice porridge, I had the remains of a side dish according to the recipe HERE
  • Mix rice porridge, cottage cheese, cream, sugar, starch until smooth.
  • Add eggs, beaten with a blender, mix gently from bottom to top.
  • Add baking powder last, mix gently.
  • The mixture turned out to be very liquid, almost like a dough for thick pancakes.
  • I poured the mass into a multicooker, closed the lid and brought it to the end of baking.
  • I opened the lid, checked the readiness with a knitting needle, closed the lid not tightly and left it in the pan for about 20-30 minutes, then put it on a dish.
  • I cut the casserole hot.

Note

Even with a batter, the casserole baked very well on all sides, soft inside, cut well.
This is the second dish that I cooked in a multicooker-pressure cooker Oursson, the first was soup.
The multicooker is decent, while it pleases, you can not hear it at all in operation, it works silently.
Cook with pleasure and bon appetit!Rice-curd casserole in oursson multicooker-pressure cooker

Tatyana, once again congratulations on your purchase. The casserole is just awesome !!!!!
Let Ourssonchik please.

Tanyusha, thank you!
I will try to deal with it. Yes, however, there is nothing to deal with, everything is clear and accessible

Tatyana, I am with a report and gratitude.
Yesterday I made rice porridge with an apple in a double boiler, and could not think of where to put the leftovers. And here the recipe is straight from the tin). The only thing I did not add any baking powder or starch. And to the cottage cheese (I have fat-free) instead of cream, I put sour cream. In the absence of a multicooker, she baked in the oven in muffin tins. I poured condensed milk on top - casseroles flew away in an instant.

God, when did you manage to make the cupcakes? Quickly as they realized! Great! Thank you!
The good thing about casseroles is that you can add all the "ostaki-sweet" to them, everything will work with different additives

I added starch when I saw that the dough was very liquid, I had to save it - I overdid it with liquid. In the end everything turned out well, just right

Well, multicooker is not a panacea - you can bake perfectly in the oven, which you proved to us

Tatyana, I will also use your casserole! I do not like when food leftovers are stored in pots. It's all about, it's all about!
Admin

Ira, in such a casserole you can attach any porridge to your health!

Tatyana, that is, did you use rice as a side dish from a mixture of parboiled and Krasnodar rice? And I really thought it was necessary to cook some kind of special porridge
And if I often cook a mixture of white, brown (red) and black (wild) rice for a side dish, then it probably won't go anymore, right?
Merri
Ksyusha, you have a baby, maybe someday some porridge will remain after him ...
Tanyulya
I make such casseroles from milk porridge, skusnooooo with varEng.

Ksyusha, these varieties of rice are hard, do not boil over and will be felt in a casserole, which is called when re-cooking. Well, here's the rice, and that's it
It is better to cook with soft rice, such as Krasnodar. I still have 50x50 rice, and Krasnodar softened the side dish.

Irina, what are you doing! After him, nothing remains, 7 times a day eats eating, apart from breasts portions more than her husband.

Why I asked, such a casserole will probably have no ice, to put it mildly, with splashes.
Admin
Well, if colored rice, then there will be blotches, how could it be without them. But the casserole turned out to be soft - in my version. Has cooled down, became denser a little, I will warm it up again for breakfast
I had a lot of cottage cheese, it made the casserole soft.

Ksyusha, why rice? You can also take other cereals for porridge, for example, millet, buckwheat - there will be leftovers and you will cook a soft casserole Today my mother ground a casserole for a sweet soul

And you accidentally double your portion.

The vidonchik is not the main thing here, Tatyana has already said that the cereal must be soft so that the casserole becomes like a pie, so the side dishes of rice are less suitable here.

Today we got a gorgeous casserole (in the morning there was millet milk porridge and semolina - the first one was cooked by WWII). I couldn’t manage such a casserole in the oven. The consistency is closer to a dense soufflé. It was baked perfectly. I added more lemon zest and reconstituted dried apples. The son ate two servings and said "good" casserole, despite the fact that the highest praise from him is "normal". Tatiana, thanks for the recipe and thanks for the advice to buy Oursson.

Natasha, Thank you! Feed your "starving" health!

For a long time I chose a multicooker for myself, revised half of the site and left the choice on MV OURSSON. I read about her here, but I didn't even know that there was one. And now I'm experimenting with your recipes (before that I didn't know what it was, and from which side to approach it. I thought I couldn't do it !!!) Thank you very much, according to your recipes everything turns out very tasty !!! The first was pilaf, then casserole, then porridge went. Now I've tasted borsch. Vkuuuusny turned out !!!
The casserole is delicious. It's a pity I didn't have time to make the pictures !!!

Admin, tell me, please, and if the casserole is curd without rice, 40 minutes is enough for cooking, or is it also 60 minutes? Cottage cheese 500g.
Admin

As a rule, cottage cheese casserole is baked for about one hour, cottage cheese is 500 grams + various additives, the mass is large and too soft

Hello, Tatyana. I made casserole without semolina and flour. She beat the proteins into a strong foam and gradually introduced them into the cottage cheese. Everything in the oven rose beautifully, but then it burst and the donkey burst. What could be the reason?
Admin

We differ in the technology of the casserole dough and the method of preparation.
I also do not have semolina and flour - but milk rice porridge serves as a height stabilizer, it keeps its shape. Starch and baking powder are added for looseness. And I cooked a casserole in a pressure cooker.
Basically, I have a RICE-CURD casserole, not just a curd one.

The casserole often rises well in the oven and then settles.

Tanya just cooked rice curd. But I didn't add coakhmal, it turned out delicious and beautiful.
Admin

Irina, to your health! It's good that everything worked out!

Tanya can you ask a consultation on bread?
irina tukina
Yesterday I baked rye bread with the addition of whole grain flour. The weight of the finished dough turned out to be 970 grams. Baking in the shape of L7, rose well, but today I cut it, the crumb is a little damp. All the same, it is very important to take into account your recommendations regarding the ratio of dough weight and mold volume.
Admin

No, let's abide by the forum rules. I'm not modern here, I can't delete our flood later

Let's go here: Question to Admin: the bread did not work out again, what could be the reason?
