I recently use a Panasonic mini-bakery 2500. To say that I am happy with this model is to say nothing. Just some kind of miracle of technology.
So, a very simple and easy recipe for a large apple pie, very tasty and fast.
You need to prepare:
1) dough - 0.5 kg of flour, 1 glass of milk, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1/2 pack of softened margarine, 80 gr. sugar, a bag of yeast, 1/2 tsp. salt.
I put all this in the form of a bread machine, turn on the "Quick bread" mode and charge the oven with the whole thing for 1 hour out of 1 hour 55 minutes, which are required for the complete execution of the program. After an hour, I turn off the oven, of course, before baking. I tilt the dough on a large greased baking sheet. It is quite liquid, bubbling. With a wet palm I level it to a thickness of 1 cm and leave it to rise.
2) I cut the hard apples into slices, about 0.5 cm thick. I spread them overlapping tiles over the entire surface of the dough. The sides do not need to be done. If you like a lot of filling, then you can take a double portion of -1 kg apples and put them in 2 layers. If the apples are sour, then you can sprinkle them with a little sugar, and, preferably, quite abundant cinnamon.
Now you need to turn on the oven. The heat is average, on the electric we set 180 C.
3) make crumbs in a separate bowl - 1/2 pack of margarine + 200 gr. flour + about 150 grams of sugar + zest or vanillin. Rub everything with your hand until friable, but soft crumbs of arbitrary size are formed. If necessary, you can add flour or add margarine.
Finale: Dough, with apples sprinkled with spices, coat with a loose egg. Put the crumb on top. Smooth and press lightly.
As soon as the oven is hot, put the cake on for 15 minutes. After this time we look in - as soon as the sides are reddened, the cake must be removed. It is baked for no more than 20 minutes. The dough is thin, so it burns quickly.
Let it cool slightly and cut into squares or rhombuses.

The dish is designed for a large pie for 2/3 of a large baking sheet
