I went to admire the Fun Crumble, and say another thank you for this recipe.
I make it very often now, it is in my queue for breakfast recipes ... Porridge, dumplings, crumble ... something else. It turned out to be very important for me that it can be made in advance in portioned bowls, and then reheated for a couple of days, or eaten cold. A warm husband loves me, on the contrary.
And the great thing is that every berry, every fruit is good for it. Especially - tasteless No, really, if plastic plums or apricots come across, then they have a direct road to crumble, where they will play like cute
Ikra
Yes, and forgot to flood
On Saturday, on the beloved Seliger, at the SDL base in Petrikovo, the Seligersky Rybnik culinary festival will take place. They will choose and approve the Seliger culinary brand, with dances with a tambourine appropriate for such an action: contests, master classes, tastings, fairs of farm products, etc. The main one is Maxim Syrnikov, who still carries a team of chefs and other culinary gurus ... In general, it will be interesting. We are going to fly with a light foot for 2 days, watch, and if possible, take part. M. b. will you be interested too?
Omela
Natalia, a beautiful pie turned out!) I'm glad I liked it!
Ira, I just arrived from Seliger yesterday, I haven't washed away the dust yet.) But on Thursday my friends are going, I will definitely tell them.)

Oh, don't wash This is the best dust in the world!
Okay, I'll drive it, I'll tell you if it happens that
Light 7 light
Hello! and such quantity of crumbs as written in the recipe is enough for a 24-26cm shape? something such a small amount .. or should it be increased? Thank you
Loksa
Light 7 light, my form was 22 or 20, I don’t remember, look at the photo. It is necessary to increase, but it is better to try!
Omela
Light 7 light, welcome to the forum. The recipe says that the form is 24cm. Enough, but it is more convenient to make a double portion at once and keep in reserve.
lappl1
Ksyusha, your namesake sent me to your recipe - Loksa. for which many thanks to her. And to you - a hundred million times more thanks !!! Made with strawberries. There was no suitable form (ceramic or glass). Baked on a regular baking sheet with foil. I shouldn't have done it ... It would have been better to rip off the crumble from the uniform, not the husband from the crumble. I was ready to eat with foil. In general, delicious, as you write, is indecent ... I will buy a normal form and now I will bake this mess constantly....
Photos are not ice ... You yourself understand that you barely tore everything from the foil.

And I looked at the recipe. I want to bake in a cartoon, just a question: do I need to cover the bottom or even put a silicone mold in it?
Ikra
lappl1, if suddenly you have portioned ceramic bowls for baking, then it is also convenient to make in them. It's even more convenient for me, because I make breakfast for a couple of days in advance, and then we eat - I warm it up for my husband in a microscope, but I myself love the cold one.
Elya_lug, it seems to me that the cartoon will not work. The main thing here is that the top becomes crispy.
lappl1
Ikra, Ira, I have nothing ceramic. Silicone molds only. But now I will buy something. Thank you, Irochka, for the idea. Indeed, it is very convenient to eat it in portions.
By the way, now they are finishing the cold one. My husband and I liked it better. The crunchiness remained.

It would be better if the crumble was ripped from the form, and not the husband from the crumble.
Aaaaa .... I'm lying! Lyudochka, it turned out very appetizing. I never did it with strawberries. Usually I disposed of substandard fruits here.

Elya, if baked, then only in the form, otherwise it will not be possible to extract it at all. And yes, the top will be wet, "steamy".
Ikra
lappl1, Are there thick-walled cups? Peks in them

Thank you, Ksyusha! And I really liked the strawberry! I have it straight from the garden. But I will keep in mind that substandard goes well here.
Ira, there are porcelain bowls. They will probably do well?
Omela
That, of course, is delicious. We only eat strawberries, it's expensive to bake.
lappl1

the oven is expensive.
Eh, if you were near, I would give it to you as much as you like. Today I collected 10 liters. I gave 5 liters to the neighbors. And there are many more unripe.

Omela
Thank you dear. This year we have no reciprocity with the garden.
lappl1
Ksyusha, consider that your garden is resting this year. For the next year as it will give to the harvest.
Omela
Oh, that lan, by itself nothing is born, it is necessary to do, like any business, and some (we will not point fingers) have no time. And you are great, everything is working out for you. proud!
lappl1
Ksyusha, thank you for your kind words!
Loksa
lappl1, I think it will work in silicone too. Why not? And it's more convenient to get it, I think. I will also try to bake in silicone. Tomorrow, not the day after tomorrow, I was already sleepy about apricots

Of course it will work, I bake in silicone too. Here in this one:

I love her very much, she is universal for me, for everything.
lappl1
Then the next crumble will be portioned in silicone molds.
Elya_lug
Ikra, b] [Omela [/ b], now I realized that the crunchy layer in the cartoon is doubtful.
Sota
Girls, can you do with frozen cherries? Or will everything flow?
Antonovka
Sota,
In the off-season I do with frozen ones, nothing really flows, but with fresh ones it tastes better))
Omela
Sota, I have never done it with frozen ones.
m0use
Omela, Ksyusha, thank you very much for the recipe, I bake constantly (more often from frozen berries), but I forget to say thank you all! A fast, incredibly tasty and effective dessert!

m0use, Ksyusha, what a yummyaaaaa !!! I must go back to baking too !!!

Ksyusha, I ran an experiment and baked a lean crumble. I took refined sunflower oil, more flour and rolled oats. I poured boiling water to make flour (I remembered Irina Vernissage's biscuit dough). The consistency was approximately observed.
The filling is apples, frozen banana and cranberries.
I forgot to add starch.
Baked in a silicone mold in a pizza oven.
The result pleased us, we are delicious.

Marina, how delicious it turned out !!! And I got hooked on biscuits on brine, I bake with a conveyor belt ... 1 kg of flour each.
marina-mm
Whoa! Impressive. Ksyusha, which one?
For a long time I baked in brine, I don't remember anymore, it seems there was a lot of oil in that. ...
