cottage cheese (up to 4%) 1 pack (200gr)
sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
wheat flour, high. grade 150 g
sugar 200 g
salt 1/4 tsp
egg 2 pcs
soda 1/3 tsp
yeast 1/3 tsp

Cooking method

  • I put all the ingredients in the bread maker directly from the refrigerator, I set the Keks program.
  • Curd pie A la muffin in a bread machine
  • Girls, if your curd sour cream is sour, add more soda.

I think the easiest way is to knead on any program, then turn it off and after an hour and a half turn on baking. And if not to go to the stove, I think I would bake on "Skorom", if there is only one batch

People, in my experience of working with cottage cheese, I can say that it works best when you just stir the mixture with a fork and beat it. But with a mixer you have to be very careful - because the baking turns out then as tight as rubber! I don’t even know what it’s connected with!
