In order to make it easier to work with the dough, you can add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. dough well and leave to rise.

  • Pour 1 glass of milk into a saucepan, add 1 glass of sugar, put on low heat. Prepare a "talker". To do this, mix 0.5 cups of sugar with 1 tablespoon of flour, add 1 egg. Stir well to dissolve all the lumps. Pour out the remaining milk. Add the "chatterbox" to the boiling milk, stirring constantly with a spoon, so that nothing would stick to the day of the pan. As soon as signs of boiling appear, immediately remove the pan from the heat. The cream will thicken as it cools.

  • Thinly grease a baking sheet with sides with margarine (I smeared it with my hand), line it with baking paper. When the dough rises, cut into two unequal pieces, but very slightly unequal. Roll out most of it in size, a little more baking sheet. Lightly grease the table with vegetable oil so that the dough rolls out easier. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet. Spread the custard evenly on top. Cut the second part of the dough into two more parts and roll out a rectangle from each, which you can sprinkle with whatever you like. I have chopped walnuts, sugar, raisins. Collapse two rolls. Cut each roll into 12 pieces. Place the buns on top of the custard. It is necessary to lay out the buns at a distance, they greatly increase in volume. Leave to proof for 20 + -25 minutes. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • When the cake has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
