Steamed omelet in a pressure cooker Brand 6051

Ingredients

Eggs 7 pcs
Milk 250-300 ml
salt to taste

Cooking method

  • I decided to try a steamed omelet in this pressure cooker.
  • We will cook the omelet in silicone molds. First, we prepare the omelet mixture, beat the eggs with milk, this can be done with an ordinary whisk, it is not necessary to call on mixers and blenders for help. The resulting omelet mixture is poured into molds or into one handicap, then whatever is convenient for you.
  • Pour hot water into the bowl, put the plate, put the molds with the omelet mixture on the plate, close the molds with foil or lids so that the condensate does not get into the omelet. Select the Steam program, the default pressure is 20kPa, the time is 35 minutes
  • The result is a delicious omelette without any effort. This omelet can be made in any pressure cooker, the main thing is to find the right time for your model.

Time for preparing:

about 40 minutes

Note

Time could have been set less. It was sooo tasty. Bon Appetit everyone

Tanyush, and not only with Tatiana your thoughts agree, but also with me (which has already happened more than once).
I also had a steam omelet for breakfast today at Brand 6051

I cooked only for myself: 3 eggs, 120 ml of milk, a little salt. Steam mode 20 minutes.
I went back to the topic of testing.

I really liked the omelet, it looks like a souffle and very, very appetizing
But if you just cook it in a cartoon for a couple, will it work? I don't have a multicooker-pressure cooker

To prevent condensation from dripping from the lid onto the omelet.

Olya, thanks for answering. Yes, so that the condensate does not get on the omelet. I'll add in the description now. Thank you

Can I get into your Temka too? Today I tried to make such an omelette in Panasonic. I put it on for 25 minutes, on steam. It turned out I have never cooked omelettes for a couple. It just turned out that I did not have a suitable mold, I adapted only one glass, but when I took out the bottom of the omelet it fell off a little. : Girl_cray: It's a pity, as luck would have it, both the fotik and the phone ran out of charge at the same time, it happens. Now I'll definitely go look for a suitable mold. Steamed omelette is very good. Thank you Tanya for the recipe

Sash, Tanya has another omelet in the package. Also very, very super it turns out. She cooked it in Liberty, but you can do it in any cartoon on the same PAR mode.

Thank you, Tanya, for the hint that you need to cover the molds so that condensation does not get in.
I used to cook "Baked Cream Dessert" by Qween. And it did not occur to me to cover it, so much condensation has collected in the form.
Tanyulya
Luda, I am very glad that my experience was useful.
In time, I will do the same less next time.
In other fast cars I usually cook for 25-30 minutes, here it is still a novelty, so I adjust.

And I also tried this recipe on Saturday ...
It took me 3 eggs to make 5 of these worms, and I also replaced the milk with 10% cream (to "spend more") .. I poured it into the molds that were already on the stand ... I covered all the molds with one foil, so the omelet raised my foil. ... .. Cooking in Dex, Steam mode - 20 minutes. I think that 10-12 minutes will be quite enough here!
here's what I got (raw) ...

Anyut, thanks for trying.
For children, you can make an omelet in interesting tins.
I reduce the cooking time the same, there was an experiment in this model, so I set it at random based on the fact that one egg is 5 minutes, or less.

Tanyulyaall my life I tried to make such an omelet ... ... I thought it would never work, but Brand does wonders !!!! enjoyed the taste with the whole family !!!! Thanks a lot for the recipe !!!

The omelet is delicious! The first dish that I cooked in a slow cooker and was successful! And now my husband often orders it :) The omelet goes especially well with additives: red onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, sausage. Then the husband stamps and says: As in Egypt ... although in Egypt it is not an omelet, but scrambled eggs in additions)))

Tanya, thanks for the recipe! Take note!

Did it seem to me alone or not?
