Ingredients

Finished puff pastry 500 gr.
Cheese (I have suluguni and edam) 150 gr.
Yolk 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Cut the cheese into 1-1.5 cm cubes.

  • Defrost the dough. Cut into strips (ribbons) 1.5-2 cm wide. Roll out a little.
