The next day, from the refrigerator, when the caramel got a little moisture, it became softer, it turned out to be even tastier.
In general, this is a golden recipe from a series of those that can be safely done for the holiday the day before. Chilled, this dessert only tastes better.
And yet, I also had such an ambush: I baked in a form covered with paper (otherwise everything always sticks to me). While everything was cooling down right in the form, it got wet. A lot of moisture was sweating, and I wanted the lower part to be not so wet. And it was somehow awkward to take it out ... I was afraid that I would break it. I think next time make it in a form of aluminum foil so that you can immediately bend the board and pull it onto the grate to cool.
And how does everyone else cope with taking this dessert out of the mold?
