Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs.
condensed milk 1 can
flour 4/5 cup
starch 1 tbsp. l.
baking powder (quench with lemon juice) 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
For patisier cream:
egg yolk 3
sugar 150 g
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
flour 35 g
milk 400 ml

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs, add condensed milk, beating without stopping, add a little flour, starch, quenched baking powder and vanillin.
  • Pour into a mold greased with vegetable oil.
  • Bake for about 20-30 minutes. I baked at 220 ° C until golden brown, then covered with foil and cooked at 170 ° C.
  • While the cake is baking, prepare the cream patisier.
  • Preparation:
  • Mix the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and flour.
  • Bring the milk to a boil and pour a little into the yolk-flour mixture, stirring constantly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
  • Then pour into a saucepan and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened (condensed milk consistency).
  • Cut the cake into 2 parts, layer both cakes with cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. I have almonds.

If you are hosting guests, it is better to double the portion.

Something went wrong, and it turned out to be a thin but tasty cake.
With the cream, everything is also funny, apparently, it was necessary to keep it on fire longer. The result is a fairly liquid condensed milk. In general, I will try again to figure out where I made a mistake though.
