I started cutting the cake - it sticks to the knife and looks almost like chewing gum. It seems that the cakes "did not fit", but were baked well.
Although the cake, I can tell YOU, is amazing. My kids only cracked that way.

Unfortunately, the cake didn't work out for me. I did everything according to the recipe, the dough turned out just like in the photo, I began to bake. At first, the cakes rose so beautifully, I think this is happiness, but apparently not destiny. After about 5 minutes, the cakes settled before our eyes and turned into a sticky incomprehensible mass. So insulting, no words. The cream, by the way, turned out to be delicious tasty!

Immediately I cut 7 sheets of paper, spread the dough, while one is baking, the next one is already ready and lies on the second baking sheet - baking occurs instantly. And then just collect.
