Happy Easter to everyone!
Here's my little bread maker:

More delicious than the purchased one many times!
Olga40
I congratulate everyone on the Happy Easter !!! Christ is Risen!!! We started testing the stove today! Thank you all very much for your support! Now we loaded the first bread "Basic", we sit with our daughter holding our breath, waiting for what happens! Both were tuned in that if something does not work out, then it's not scary!
Jera
Congratulations! : girl_romashka: The bread should be delicious! : girl_love: Good luck!

And right now I put the dough on the buns ... and in the process of kneading my shoulder blade fell off
I had to turn it off, put the spatula on and turn it on again ..... for the first time I have this
Olga40
Something we didn’t work at all ... I wanted to post photos, maybe someone would have suggested what they were doing wrong ... Maybe in appearance we can assume what the mistake is, maybe something is wrong with the yeast ... But I couldn't find how to upload a photo here ...

How did you measure flour? I had such a brick until I bought the scales.
Olga40
There are no scales yet, I also sin on the fact that it was wrong to measure flour. They measured it with a measured glass, which was attached to the stove, with grief in half calculated that 1 glass of 200 grams, maybe it was not calculated correctly ...

I am more than sure that this is the reason ..... I went through it myself. Buy a scale and enjoy. I couldn't figure it out in glasses
Olga40
Here, Christmas trees, needles! Thank you for your quick response, tomorrow we will go for the scales! It's a shame, of course, but they learn from mistakes!

Birthday girl - my congratulations and don't be sad, everything will work out! Only when you buy the scales and will weigh them, pay attention that grams are displayed there, not ounces or pounds. And then someone did not work either, they measured the flour in ounces.

Thank you all for supporting the fighting spirit! We decided before making a new bookmark for bread, try to knead dumplings dough! Surprisingly wonderful in 20 minutes, an excellent dough turned out! This gave me and my daughter confidence in ourselves and we rushed into battle again! Please tell me, has anyone come across mauripan yeast, can they be used in a bread maker?

Please explain to me, dear bakers, why are oblong grooves made in the form - for better getting the bread? and the second question, how do you cut the bread (panas sd2500), I cut the loaf across into three parts, and then these parts across into pieces. tell me more options: rose: thanks!

I don't think that those two oblong convex stripes are for better attention bread ...
this is most likely to curtain the dough ... the spatula twists the dough and it hits these bulges, which gives the dough a spin ... otherwise the dough would not spin and the bun would not come out, since the spatula just twisted it and that's it ... would be a centrifuge, not an oven)))
in general, something like this)))

I cut off a third from the whole loaf (somewhere along the notch on one side). I cut this piece along the smaller side .. I also cut the remaining 2/3 into two parts in height and then again along the smaller side ..

Wow, yummy, I suppose! Have you already bought the scales?
Olga40
To be honest, we could not stand the scales! We watched the kolobok, but we didn't even have to add anything, just a little tweak with a spatula and that's it! But we will buy scales, of course, because without them it is difficult to accurately measure the amount of flour.

Yesterday I baked rye with sourdough. The taste gets better with experimentation. I used to add more malt to make it darker, but now I stopped at 1 tbsp. l. Emboldened by luck, I put out a recipePanasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (2)

Olga40, very happy about you. Honestly, I was worried.
Well, everything, as one tovarisch said, the process has begun. Bake and boast.

Lanaiv , I've also got hung up on rye. I'm experimenting, but I haven't reached the ideal yet.
I can't get the right sourness.
Congratulations on your own recipe!
Lanaiv
I, too, are trying to achieve the desired sourness. With the sourdough, it almost turned out what I wanted. But there is no limit to perfection, I will continue to work

girls tell me how these 3 models differ? it is very necessary to buy a ski broke, worked for 5 years. I will be grateful for the answers or links and which one is better than 2500 or 2501 in our store 2500 is more expensive than 2501 for some reason?

I am lazy, so I chose 2502, because there are 2 dispensers for raisins and dried fruits and for yeast ... I need her to fill everything up at the right time. And so only dispensers .... in 2500 there are none at all, in 2501 dispensers for dried fruits and raisins, and in 2502 dispensers for dried fruit and yeast. And so they are no different ... well, except that the 2502 differs in design ...
Ahhh, and it seems that at 00 and 01 there is no Rye Bread mode ... if I'm not mistaken, but the miracle bakers do an excellent job in other modes.
Correct me if I was wrong about something.

Because, you need not blindly follow the indications of the scales, and the author's recipe - but also observe the balance of flour / liquid, bun

And the crust will never crack, tested by experience! The easiest white bread made from wheat flour https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=83080.0

The 2501, unlike the 2500, has the Rye bread program and a dispenser for raisins (nuts, etc.) It opens itself at the right time and throws it into the dough. At 2500 you will do this yourself by a sound signal.
2502 is the same as 2501, but there is a yeast dispenser (but only if the oven is dry). Pressed there cannot be. It has a very loud sound. If you don't use it using compressed yeast or sourdough bread, it will still pop. And another difference is that 2502 with a stainless steel case may need someone for the kitchen design.
And why you have 2501 cheaper than 2500 - it's strange. Can it be returned or defective.

23anita , since 2501 is cheaper, then take it and do not think.I have 2501 and I am very, very, very happy.
It works silently, does not cling to anything or scratch anything (as in other models), kneads very carefully - it will not sprinkle the dough. Nothing burns, after baking it is enough to wipe and the bucket is clean.

Well, don't tell me. My friend has a "Horizon", ours is Belarusian.
There is only Belarusian label - they copied "Scarlett" stupidly, and copied badly.
So he struggles to claim that his oven is better and the bread is tastier.
I don't argue with him, just don't change my 2501 for these two:

In the topic header:

Understand that food volume and weight are not the same thing!
250 milliliters (standard glass) is only 160 grams of flour!

And Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501 have a "non-standard" glass - 310 ml. And the division is not up to the brim. (According to my measurements, 365 ml full.)
Maybe you need to add to the cap about this glass.?
