As for yeast, you have already been answered. Yes, and I'm not a specialist in dry, I don't like them

About the water on the base of the bucket. Yes, the manufacturer forbids putting this part of the bucket into water. If water just gets in (when washing), then it just needs to be wiped off.

I cut off the corner of the SAF-Moment bag, pour a portion into the HP, leave the rest in the bag, bending once the edge of the bag at the cut corner (so as not to dry out in the air) and faxing it with a paper clip, like this Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (2)
I also pinch milk and other bags with spices and hang them by a paper clip on cloves

I buy in 500g packs, open and pack them in jars with a screw cap, and store them in the refrigerator at T * + 2- + 4 * C

I pour it into a jar of vitamin, and pack the rest properly (pinch it with a clothespin) and store it on the refrigerator door. I pour it off as I use it.

By the way, in fact, in a bread maker, it seems to me, this is exactly the option that is supposed. Otherwise, why do you need a heating mode for ready-made bread?

I just do not need a dispenser, anyway, they periodically complain about it; it opens at the wrong time, then it must be closed. Cheese, chocolate may stick and not fall out. I’ll drop everything I need anyway. I will also bake rye bread on my own without any problems, if I baked on my simplest one, then on a panasonic one all the more. Well, I don't need a yeast dispenser at all, since I bake it raw. So there is absolutely no need for me to pay money for something that I will not use.

Once you've already bought it, it's too late to drink Borjomi !!!

I'll write the rest now.

The filling (motors) is the same, the only difference is the addition of the program Rye (easy to dispense with), shovels for rye bread (you can buy separately or do without) and the presence of one or two dispensers, about which you have already been answered.
The rye paddle, of course, makes it easier to stir the rye dough, but it also has a side effect - the engine can easily stop when kneading heavy rye dough, which will trigger the overload protection, which is dangerous and rest from kneading for 15-20 minutes.

Conclusion - everything is very arbitrary, and your stove is excellent.
Sleep well and use the saved money to buy a scale if you don't already have one.

Toffee, most likely there was a slight overkill with liquid.

Would you like to tell (albeit, for the umpteenth time) how I determine whether the flour / liquid balance is appropriate or not? However, I use it when working with compressed yeast.

I make a dough - I take yeast, HALF flour and liquid, and put it all on the "pizza" mode. The kneading starts immediately, after 5-7 minutes a bun is formed, and I estimate it. I reset the program, fall asleep and fill in the rest of the products and set the main program. ALL! And there is no need to guard the batch for the main one. By the way, if you want, you can put the second stage with a delay so that the dough will work for an hour or two right in the bucket. The bread is extremely tasty with all the simplicity of the recipe.

Rina, baked bread today according to your method - made a dough with pressed yeast, and is very grateful for the "tip" very tasty bread turned out! The roof did not work out, the balance of flour-liquid did not comply, nevertheless, but I am still learning I do not know how to work with the dough ... And yes, it tastes better on pressed ones, it seems to me, than on dry ones.

Our factory packaging is sold in 1 kg. I crush it and freeze it in several double polyethylene bags. And then I just take it out of the freezer as much as I need and that's it. I tried to freeze it in a glass jar, I didn't like it: they stuck together.

Don't confuse newbies Waist70 ... Panasik 2500 also has a timer. And I also bake bread on the timer so that I would be ready by morning. Another argument that I forgot to bring. I will definitely wake up. Because my brain is tuned to any sound from the children's rooms. I hear any moaning in my sleep and tossing and turning, but at the same time I will not hear the alarm, for this there is a husband. And I will hear the dispenser, because this is my element, the kitchen. Although I put the fillers and everything turned out fine right away.

Do not slander, just the same and a roar. And how do those who have such stoves live with them. In general, I only cook bread at night, I have a nightly rate of 92 kop, I have a washing machine and a dishwasher, too, work at night - and they work louder - and everyone is asleep, no one complains about rumbles.
Wit
Well, about the rumble, I just recalled the reviews of the owners of dispensers. This is in the first hundred. If you are not too lazy to look through, then read. And you and your household are just fast asleep. And the kitchen with the bathroom is far away. Why argue?
Apparently, a short report should be written.
Stafa
Only at the first time you hear it, then you just stop noticing it. I answer you as the owner of these dispensers. I live with these sounds for six months, moreover, I live in silence, there is no city noise around and any sound is very well heard.
Wit
Yes, here's an example of a lucky dispenser owner
"... We loaded it up, went to bed. At night I had to jump out of bed, with a real feeling of horror
The yeast dispenser has worked. And so it worked that he lifted him out of bed.
Fresh impressions, I will remember for a long time ...
Very loud, harsh, and frightening. You have to get used to ... "

This is probably in the first days of the experience. Any extraneous sound, and even at night, causes a different reaction. The ticking of a clock is annoying for some, but there is a clock with striking every hour.

"... Believe me, it is better to have an excess of the properties of technology and not use them than to bite your elbows, that you regretted the money, but the function would be necessary ..." It's about dispensers. Of course, everyone decides for himself what he needs and what he can do without. Moreover, if the price of the issue (manually throw in raisins, nuts, etc.) is "extra" 1000 rubles. (The link is the same).
From theory, and then from practice, it is known: Reliability of complex devices (in this case, bread makers) back proportional to the number of bells and whistles (dispensers). The correctness of this statement has already been confirmed above by the owners of dispensers by nibbling, cutting and folding. We are also waiting for feedback from extreme people who installed a simple window glass ("super necessary" thing) in place of the dispenser.

True, Stafa ?
Why should we quarrel then? Everyone has their own choice of HP. My husband chose by design, and I by functions to that design and reviews on HP. For a very long time I wanted HP, moreover, with baguettes so that there was, but there was simply nowhere to put it in the apartment and the shops were 2 minutes from the house, so there were no problems with bread. And when they moved into the house, there was a choice - either to go for bread for 20 minutes, or HP, laziness is still the engine of progress - laziness won and bought HP. And a more detailed choice of HP - and the dream of baguettes had to be abandoned in favor of reliability. I haven't regretted a single day.

You can agree or disagree. For some, "manual stuffing" is a problem, for others - entertainment. Straightening jambs with a dispenser is an exception, not a rule (by the way, did anyone contact the service center with this problem? Or did they do it on their own? I’m just wondering).

But there are bells and whistles that can really come in handy. Even I have used the dispenser several times over the next four years, but I am not an indicator - I rarely bake with additives. But the "rye" program, which was not in even models, I really needed only a year and a half ago. And then I praised myself that I didn’t spare money for a more expensive model.

And there are some bells and whistles that are just bells and whistles and nothing more.

If many users with experience in baking talk about the need for a dispenser for additives, including those with "dispenser-free" models, then I have so far read the only comment from a baker with experience about the possible real use of a yeast dispenser.

P.S. I have a reflex to any single sound - I will definitely wake up. A baby slept under the cuckoo clock, but single knocks Even the dishwasher (and there the clicks inside, they are much quieter than the operation of the dispenser in HP) have to be turned on when she can finish the work before I go to bed. It is because of the ALWAYS working yeast dispenser that I do not consider 2502 as an option for yourself (there was a moment when I had a chance to lose my 255th old lady).

And we all here share OUR opinion and OUR experience

"... I poured raisins and candied fruits into the dispenser. At a certain time, the dispenser rumbled, but nothing spilled into the dough. And the second moment, when the candied fruits poured into the bowl, such a rumble at first started that I was afraid that they would scratch my bucket, right now Two questions ..... why the dispenser did not work, I had to manually empty everything ... "
Stafa
And I myself stretched the spring, looking at the picture with the dispenser. There is nothing complicated there. Although for the first time I come across a technique that a new one needs to be tweaked something. Usually, after 5-7 years, you have to put toothpicks or matches in the places of the broken stoppers and fasteners.

Nothing will happen to him, unless the oven has been warmed up above 250C, which is unlikely.
