Good day!! I bought myself such a stove, they will deliver on the 17th! My family did not support me in buying, they say that this is all nonsense, it is impossible for the oven to do everything itself! But I bought it anyway! it's time to ask! Please write a recipe for white and black bread (specifically for this oven), otherwise, judging by the reviews in the recipe book, the number of ingredients is incorrectly calculated. I so want that when it was delivered, and the first bread turned out to be delicious, as they say, do not fall face down in the dirt in front of the Household! thank you very much in advance!!!!
Good to you too! I can only share with bran (I often bake and remember by heart) I have not made friends with black yet, and pure white is not very respected:
water - 200ml
fresh pressed yeast - 6g
sugar -1 tbsp. l. (from a bread machine that is big)
flour - 290g
bran - 30g
salt - 1 tsp l. or slightly less (from a bread machine that is small)
powdered milk - 1 tbsp. l. from the bread machine
any vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l. from x / n
I use fresh yeast, you can replace 1 hour. l. from cotton dry, then oil and salt into water, and sugar and yeast up. Lay in the written sequence and get the same as in the photo earlier. And, of course, be sure to study Temka about the bun !!!!! If you do not put the bran, then you will just get a white bread, but most likely you will need to add flour. Try it and you will succeed !!!!

Good afternoon everyone! I wanted a small bread maker, I liked this model, after reading reviews about defective copies, I was afraid to order in online stores, I went to the usual ones and found one in one ... we took it from the counter, we check it and the spatula does not rotate in more than one mode ... we refused to buy it , and the seller calmly put it on the counter to wait for simpletons who will buy without checking ... by the way, the recipe book for it is no longer there ... ats-14 I will wait for your feedback, I may decide to order on the Internet
I also ordered through the Internet, I came to pick it up, but the blade does not spin. She left with nothing. In another place, the same story, they took another one, poked, poked - she earned what she (the stove) needed so no one understood. Now bakes and pleases!

Plain white bread:
Water - 180 grams
Wheat flour (premium or first) - 300 grams
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
The loaf comes out about 450 gr.
Sol * ka
Everyone, thanks for the feedback
I didn’t add that I’ll drive 100-170 km to the pick-up point ... and if I drive several times ... the bread maker will come out gold ... I want to go for sure ...
Svestrik
Then it makes sense to order delivery, because no one will give you a guarantee that you will come and everything will work. Or go straight to the head warehouse so that you can choose from several. I don’t know what kind of glitch she has. Maybe the boys were pushing something wrong, but now you plug it in, the main program and the middle crust are automatically installed, you press Start and work begins.
ats-14
Thanks for the recipes, we will try it !!

Good day! is the bread in the picture the result of a recipe that was only made in the oven until the end? and on what program to bake it! Thank you!

Yes. the dough is made according to the recipe, but not with buns, but with one loaf only in hp on program 1 (main), most likely.

Owners, please help. Answer the question about the oven idling. I just bought a stove, put in a spatula, turned on the first program without ingredients at idle speed. The scapula reached the inner ledge in a removable form, rested against it and stood up with a periodic, measured howl. Is this a marriage? Do you have a scapula going back and forth during idle, or is it also worth it? This is my first bread maker, I don’t know the technology yet and I don’t want to download anything. Very upset.
Manna
I didn't understand where the shoulder blade rested? The scapula should not rest anywhere. Have you installed it correctly?
sazalexter
walexyz The spatula should not touch anything, especially the bucket, see the photo on the 1st page https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=167931.0
walexyz
manna, sazalexter Thanks for answers. I haven't figured out the design yet.

After installing the blade and starting program 1, the blade reaches the protrusion, which I marked in the figure with the number "1" and stands at it, trying to move on (but the protrusion interferes). How does your paddle behave when idling?
Picture: 🔗
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
My suspicion crept in, dear walexyz, that you have a scapula not from this stove, but some kind of "left". She should not touch anything or stop.

Can you turn it freely with your hand? Does it touch the ledge in this case?
walexyz
Can you turn it freely with your hand? Does it touch the ledge in this case?
No I can not. The scapula cannot pass this protrusion "1" and does not rotate in a circle? The sellers cheated, right?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Cheated. Turn back! Or let the scapula be changed.
walexyz
Cheated. Turn back! Or let the scapula be changed.

Thank you, I'll have to blow into the magician tomorrow and swing the right, since the scapula should rotate freely in a circle.
The first bread came out lumpy
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
All the same, it is better that they immediately notice before loading the products. And tomorrow you will change and use it for pleasure.
walexyz
I changed the scapula along with the form. As long as the oven works as it should. Many thanks to everyone for their help.

Hello everyone, at last, after much suffering, on the first of November I became the owner of a baby Rolsen RBM-530. Several recipes for bread and dough for pies have been tried, the baby is working
olan-vylan
When raising the dough, how warm should the breadmaker be? Mine is almost cold, barely glowing. Nothing rises. Before that, I had Kenwood, it warmed much warmer. Did I buy a defective one? I tried the dough on the mode, nothing rose at all. Now the bread stands, does not rise .. it has not yet come to baking, but I'm already worried. I took it in the online store, I can imagine how much trouble it will be with the return
Valentine!
When raising the dough, the maximum temperature is 35 degrees. On the "dough" mode, everything turns out perfectly, and I make from a fairly large amount of flour for this bread machine - 480 g. Maybe something was wrong with the yeast?
Valentine!
Try to look less into the bread maker when the dough is rising, I know that I really want to and categorically cannot open the bread machine during baking.
And, if possible, the question: what recipe was used to make the dough?

Thank you. You have calmed me down! It felt like it was. It seemed to me that it should be warmer ...

Maybe! Because when I put the bread on, it turned out! I poured yeast from another pack ...

I'll try the dough again tomorrow !!

But already I think that my bread machine is not defective !!!!!!!!

Well, in a new bread maker and even for the first time, it's a sin not to look 20 times
I made the dough by eye, liquid, for pancakes. There weren't even bubbles. Yeast is probably to blame.

And I made bread according to the first recipe from the recipe book but put flour 1: 1 wheat and rye. It turned out great.
Valentine!
Do not worry - if the bread turned out, then the stove is definitely not defective
Newbie
Good evening everyone! I bought the first bread maker. Immediately faced, so to speak, with difficulties, but there is no one to consult. I decided to bake bread, loaded all the ingredients according to the recipe into the bowl (I didn't mix them myself!), Set the mode to "basic", as a result, nothing good happened - the ingredients didn't mix and the bread, of course, didn't work out. Although in this mode it is worth kneading the dough and raising it. Another time I decided to mix all the ingredients myself. The bread turned out, but the crust on top was not toasted. In general, it doesn’t work out such an appetizing bread as in your photo. So I think, whether I’m doing something wrong, or whether the bread machine is mowing Thanks in advance !!!

To begin with, mow yourself

Let's go to learn how to bake bread "The bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What could be the matter?" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0
We pay special attention to the kneading of the dough, the balance of flour and liquid:

Bread maker Rolsen RBM-530 4. From the balance of flour / liquid!
This means that depending on YOUR conditions of the quality of flour, water / liquid, kneading, weather outside the window, you yourself control the quality of the kneading, the consistency of the dough (kolobok). Bread dough MUST use as much flour and water / liquid as YOUR Dough needs to achieve the desired consistency, not as much as the author of the recipe suggests you bake the bread! Therefore, you need to take the bread recipe from the forum, but adjust the flour / water (liquid) balance for your dough, your kneading conditions.

My 5 kopecks: I bake bread for six months according to a recipe from our website, I beg your pardon - I don't remember the author's name, but, nevertheless, I am very grateful for the recipe.
The recipe is calculated for my baby bread maker. So: I pour 200 ml of water into a bowl (measuring cup), about a tablespoon of sunflower oil (per eye), pour 350 g of flour (I weigh it on an electronic scale purchased specially for a bread maker), I make three depressions in the flour - pour it into one incomplete, about 0.5 cm, a tablespoon of sugar (a measuring spoon from a bread machine, the side that is larger), a full teaspoon of salt (flush with the edges, "under the knife", a measuring spoon from a bread machine, the smaller side) , incomplete, by about 3 mm, a teaspoon of dry yeast (I have Saf-Moment yeast in a red package, measuring spoon). The bread maker is initially set to 1 "Main mode", 3 hours 5 minutes, I press start. After 3 hours and 20 minutes (15 minutes after the end of the program is on the heating) I take out the finished bread. Bread turns out ALWAYS! THANKS again to the author of the recipe!
Mrs. Addams
Girls-boys, no one has come across something like this: when kneading on a kolobok, I noticed a dark spot, like dirt. She pulled out the dough, the mixer from the bucket. There was an accumulation of something incomprehensibly dirty under the stirrer. It doesn't look like grease (according to my ideas about it), I washed everything, gently ran it with a toothpick in the gap between the shaft and the white gasket - dark pieces of something caked were picked out - I decided that dirt had just accumulated. I visited to start the batch again - again there was black right between the shaft and the gasket - is it still grease ??? The stove is a little over a year old, the gasket is intact, elastic. The only thing is that I did not use the stove for a month or a month and a half, and during this kneading a couple of times the stirrer seemed to scroll with difficulty. What was it??? Is it dangerous to get grease, if it is, into the dough. And what to do, immediately look for a new bucket ???
sazalexter
Mrs. Addams, Alas, these are the first symptoms of seal failure and bearing wear.
Look for a bucket in the service, as an option to look at more durable HP.
Mrs. Addams
sazalexter, thanks for the answer. So, after all, the gland is a pity ...

And today I kneaded the dough out of 600 g of flour ... she puffs, poor thing, but kneads. True, I do the first kneading with my help on 1 prog, and then just the dough program. About the oil seal, I even had no thoughts about buying a big chill stove for the test?

Does anyone know where to buy a Rolsen spatula?
With a well-preserved bucket, my shoulder blade is badly peeled off. In one service center I was told that the app. there are no parts for Rolsen at all.
And in another they said the same thing, but added: "Come, we'll think of something," and I went. The owner of the sc looked at my shoulder blade, went to the pantry, found a box with a broken Rolsen RBM-530, took out a completely whole shoulder blade and I bought it for two hundred rubles!

maybe someone will come in handy infa!
Manna
Sens, everything is the same. Last year they sold me a spatula from another stove, even a different model, but it fit. Also for 200r.
