Today I baked rye-wheat bread and a cake! Everything worked out! The stove is super!
Manna
Elena, I am very glad that you are satisfied with this stove It is really very good

Girls, I forget to ask ... my stove could not withstand the onslaught of 2 breads a day, and its spatula slightly lost its coverage. Nothing of the kind happened to you?

Hee hee, Dopletochka, I meant 2 loaves of bread a day throughout the summer. And somewhere a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that the coating had chipped off. Now I take out the spatula after kneading.

Good day to all! I really like this stove, help me a little - can you, the owners of this model, say what is the size of the bread, not in grams, but in centimeters, I’m without a stove so far, I’m buying a store one and I can’t understand if this 500 grams is enough for our family ... One store-bought multigrain bread is tiny and weighs 350g, and the other - 3 times more - airy milk bread - only 500 g .... in the photo the bread seems to be so small it seems, literally for 5 sandwiches !!!
And another question, it is clear that everyone has a different answer, but you don't bake with such babies 2-3 times a day ??? some delicious bread
oh yes, the weight of this machine is nowhere, I can't find it, maybe your instructions-documentation contains the weight of the HP itself, I want to keep it on the windowsill while it is not in use
Gypsy
Now I bake whole grain, about 300 g of whole grain + 60 g of white flour. How will it be sintered to measure and weigh (shu?).

... what is the size of the bread, not in grams, but in centimeters ...
Once upon a time Doblet, at my request, measured the internal dimensions of the bucket, here:
Sens, bucket inner dimensions 12 x 14 cm.
and the height of 20 centimeters will be ... it seems ...
I also bake bread now, I can't say more precisely

the bread is tiny, and weighs 350g, and the other - 3 times more - puffed milk bread - only 500g.
breads made from different flours and recipes have different densities, so that's why.
Will this 500 grams be enough for our family?
... it depends on what family

And the stove is super!
Yulyalka
Oh, girls, and did not expect such a prompt response
In principle, 12x14x20 is not a small bread at all - just like a 500-gram store
the fact that there are different densities, of course, I understand that, just when it lies on the table, you immediately understand whether it's a lot or a little
and we eat little in the store - I have 1-2 pieces for breakfast, a child 1-2 pieces a day, the rest is my husband. As a result, large toast bread (500 grams) is enough for 3-4 days! and another small rye or grain - also for 3 days (less often for 2 days).
As I saw this thread in the discussions, I realized that this HP suits us the most, and the photo of your breads is just a feast for the eyes (I hope I will be good at it too).
The messages about all sorts of tricks, subtleties are just a little scary, well, I'll manage somehow
Gypsy
Das, the bread turned out not at all handsome. The roof can be said no. But I splashed in additional liquid and the old yeast was the last. In general, the parameters of the loaf are as follows:

Whole grain flour 300 g + white flour 60 g + pressed yeast (old last, there was no yeast in the store)
Dough + baking program 45 minutes
Outlet weight 640 gr
Height just above the bucket - 12 cm
length (constant value) 12cm
width (constant value) 11cm

If the bread went up under the lid (which is most often) the height would be 15 cm (I think so .. there is no 20 cm there)

ps. maybe it's because of granulated garlic? we are all sick because of a fall, suddenly it will help.
Sens
because of the liquid, most likely.

Gypsy, I say, I didn't measure sho. 12 - so 12 ... But when I pull out the bread, I measure the height myself!

thanks for the help!!!

Do you bake every day? One loaf or more a day?
Gypsy
usually once a day. So that for a long time, do not eat hot. If they started eating hot, then everyone, kirdyk loaf

Hello dear sirs and ladies!
I just bought this bread maker and a few questions arose.
Firstly, the numbers on the display are too pale when viewed from above, but in principle readable. It is clearly visible only if you look at the display at a right angle (it is located on an inclined surface). In addition, some time after the start of baking (last cooking stage), the numbers on the display start to flash. The fever is probably working. The flickering stops after baking. Does everyone have such problems, or did I get a marriage? Another problem: the instructions say that during operation, pressing the "Start / Stop" button once pauses the cooking cycle. But this nifiga doesn't work. A simple single press does not lead to anything, and if you press and hold the button for a few seconds, the program is reset. Has anyone come across this?
Well, the last question, about baking. In general, they delivered the stove to me in the evening, I wanted to try it right away, but since there was no milk in the house, and I didn't want to go to the store at night, I decided to make a "French loaf" according to the recipe - it is the easiest in ingredients and the longest in time ... Did everything according to the recipe, except for the amount of yeast. Somewhere in the reviews I read that the attached recipes contain too much yeast, they say, if it says "one teaspoon per half a kilogram" - you need to pour in half as much, otherwise the dough will climb from above. Since this recipe indicates 1.25 spoons, I added a little more than half. Everything else is strictly according to the recipe. So, the top of my bread fell through, although the bread turned out to be quite edible, spongy, only the crust is slightly rough. So I think: did you put too little yeast, or, on the contrary, too much? I would like to do everything according to the mind a second time. True, about ten minutes before the start of baking, I slightly opened the lid to see how the dough came up (by the way, it came up fine, so it failed already during baking). Yeast SAF-moment if that.
Thanks in advance to everyone for the answers.
Manna

I didn’t notice the flicker, but I didn’t even peer at the numbers - somehow there was no such need.

It's the same for me.

The lid collapsed either from excess moisture or excess yeast, or it could also be from excess sugar.Write in full the recipe by which you baked, and then we can tell you more accurately.

It is not forbidden to do this, the main thing is not to open it during baking.

The lid collapsed either from excess moisture or excess yeast, or it could also be from excess sugar. Write completely the recipe by which you baked, and then we can tell you more accurately.

The recipe is as follows (from the collection attached to the stove):
Water - 0.75 cups, flour - 2 cups, salt - 1 teaspoon, sugar - 1.5 tablespoons, yeast - 1.25 teaspoons according to the recipe, but I added a little more than half a spoon. I think there is either a lot of water or yeast.
Manna
I translate approximately: water - 150ml, flour - 130 + 130 = 260g, salt - 10g, sugar - 25 + 12 = 37g .. Well, judging by this recipe, there is not much water. Yeast is better for this amount of no more than 0.5 hours. l. But there is a lot of sugar (for a French baguette). And there is too much salt for this amount of flour ...

I advise you to use the recipes from the forum. This time.
The second is to buy scales.
And third - read this topic, starting HERE.

And at first, track the state of the kolobok when mixing
Manna
Eater, this stove is good. I'm sure she will only delight you

Natya
Hello everybody ! I am from Novosibirsk, I bought this cotton, if you can write the exact recipe for bread with only 1 grade of flour per 450 g, I can't do anything, I can't figure out how to deal with water, I read 150 ml from you, the same does not work, help in advance grateful
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Is it possible to put 450 grams of flour into this stove? She seems to have a maximum weight of 500 g of finished bread, and this is a tab of 300 g of flour. For 300 g of flour, 150-180 g of liquid is needed, depending on the type of flour and the liquid used.
Natya
yes, I wrote about a recipe for 450 grams, and not about flour, flour 1 grade, a measuring cup is not understandable and I tried 150 ml of water, I do everything according to recipes as in a booklet, it does not work, I make a French recipe
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
In the book there is a French recipe: water 0.75 cups = 180 ml, flour 2 cups = 300 gr., Salt 1 tsp, sugar 1.5 tbsp. l., yeast 1.25 tsp. Everything should work out. True, I put only 0.9-1 tsp of yeast for such an amount of flour / water.
Manna
There, in the recipe book, yeast is already indicated in a double dose. Therefore, the amount of yeast must be halved, exactly one and a half times. So with all recipes.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Mannyash, but why did they increase them so much? Proofing is something short for this HP?
Manna
Normal proofing. I don’t know what seemed a little to them. We can, in China some other yeast

Ir, well, not even bad for the first bread. It will be developed yet.

You see how different they all sound ... This one worked quieter than anyone else, although they were also silent.
Manna
Irish, "very noisy" - how's that? Mixes noisily? Or is the alarm sound loud?
Rolsen works quieter for me than Panasonic, that is, kneads quieter.
vernisag
I don’t know Mannyash, I haven’t heard how Panasonic works. Garene makes noise, of course, when mixing, but quieter, and I generally worked very quietly as a stler. Yes, it kneads noisily, but the signal is not loud, normal.

Eh, Barsik, what looked at Chuchelkin's bread ran away 2 years ago during the move. She picked up the badger in November of the year after, several months passed and she was gone, they found dead at the threshold. This cat was picked up by my daughter in November at school, he was small with a palm, milk. I've already been eating meat ... (he also loves pancakes with butter, even growls and rushes over the pancake to tear it to shreds)))
