Korean carrot

Ingredients

Carrot 500gram
Spices ready for Korean carrots taste
Sunflower oil 150 grams
Vinegar 9% 50 grams
Garlic 5 medium cloves
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel the carrots, grate them on a special grater.
  • 2. Stir with ready-made Korean carrot spices.
  • 3. Mix sunflower oil with vinegar and boil, add salt, stir.
  • 4. Peel and crush the garlic through a garlic press onto the carrots.
  • 5. Pour the boiled liquid over the carrots, stir.
  • 6. Leave the carrots to marinate for 5 hours.

Note

I always buy ready-made spices for carrots in the market. The amount of spices is individual for everyone, so I can't say exactly how much is needed for your taste. Usually, in the market, the seller says how much carrots the weighed portion is bought. ... Where I buy these spices I am sure that they do not contain various additives, such as monosodium glutamates!

Before putting the carrots for pickling on top, I put an inverted bowl ... oppression.

I usually have a saucepan on the table for an hour, until it cools down, and then in the refrigerator.
