Zhivchik, do you want sesame seeds (sesame) too?

I do not know yet. But it seems to me that the grains will burn. And when they are roasted, they are very hungry.

Turned off the oven after 2 minutes (maximum temperature 240) ...
So it was necessary to turn on the oven for 1 minute !!!!!
Tanya-Zhivchik, there Irochka-irza so baked - no coconut, only nuts and chocolate, ask her what proportions she gave !!!
kava
For some reason they immediately began to darken. Probably in my oven it is necessary to set a lower temperature initially.

Iruskahow much did you take?
lesik_l
I baked these cookies, and since my family does not like coconut, I replaced it with ground oatmeal flakes. And I’ll tell you this: don’t repeat my experiment. Well, if you want to train your jaws and nibble on a crunch - then this is it.
But what aroma was during baking, it is simply a crime to put these cookies at night - you have to wipe saliva from the pillow all night.
Girls, what can you replace coconut with?
irza

Iruskahow much did you take?

When I did it for the first time, the coconut was not in reserve. I just excluded it, but at the same time I didn’t increase the amount of chocolate and nuts. The cookies are slightly blurred in the oven, but they taste like a blooper.

And when I carried out experiments with additives, then sesame, poppy seeds were added in an amount equal to cococonut - 1/2 cup per 1 protein. At the same time, all my assortments were baked together, in one go.

But it seems to me that the grains will burn.

I added the initially raw seeds. Nothing burned during baking. But my oven, for all the solidity of the manufacturer, does not hold heat for a long time, and even 1 minute. it was not enough (min. 5 precisely held).

Girls, do you have to bake cookies on foil?

The first time I did it on foil, as a book writes. And the second time, remembering that it was necessary on the foil, the hand reached for the parchment. I came to my senses when I dropped all the cookies. But nothing, everything is normal, did not affect the quality and taste. The main thing here is not to plant it on a bare sheet, otherwise it will not be removed later.

Thank you!

Today I baked Swedish bread according to the Mistletoe recipe, the protein remained, I tried to bake cookies. The husband (sweet tooth) is very pleased.
koziv , thanks for the tasty and quick recipe, now I will not puzzle over where to attach the proteins (I don't really like bezeshki)

I already wrote that my cookies also burned into coals, although they baked for exactly 1 minute. And they began to darken very quickly. After reading the girls' answers, I decided that next time I would try at 235-240 degrees. And here you have this - it burns even at 240 What to do? Can we bake in either mode?
koziv
I baked on convection at 250 degrees, it turned out beige.

Some kind of nonsense And I'm also on convection, but the truth is about 260 degrees. The result is coals. Well then, I don't know at all what to assume

Girls, I am to you for advice. the other day I baked, or rather tried to bake this wonderful cookie. Made in AG. Here's what I did, or rather it didn't.
🔗
My coconut was yellow, but most importantly, the bottom of the cookie was wet. In the photo there are two near livers. Maybe this is how it should be
koziv
I won't tell you anything about AG - I don't have this "beast". But in the oven, the cookies are absolutely dry and the bottom too.
shuska, apparently your temperature in the oven is higher and you just need to significantly reduce the temperature for these cookies, for example, 200 degrees.
shuska
koziv,
Giraffe
I show my cookies. A friend of them was completely delighted. Used white drops, black chocolate could not figure out how to make slices. In addition to a grater, a blender and shavings, nothing came to mind with a knife, and there were no brown drops. I did it in two runs on foil and parchment. I liked it better on the foil. But the bottom was not damp either there or there. Baked in an airfryer, I already wrote about it above.

giraffe Cool!!! And I cut dark chocolate with a knife into squares, the size is like on Olivier.

giraffe so I did everything according to your description and in the end, a wet bottom. Okay, I'll try again.

I don't even know what to say. I revised the recipe, even my dough could not be called dry, it turned out quite wet. One protein is also a relative concept, someone has more, someone has less. If you beat it to the peaks, then there should be no dampness in principle, although I didn't even bring it close to the peaks, somehow I didn't even think about it. Maybe depends on the airfryer. My friend and I have slightly different models and at the same temperatures the results differ. She, for example, cannot smoke in her lard, although she herself gave me a description of how to do it. Have you tried turning the cookies over and heating them at a lower temperature?

Next time I'll try to cut it. I'll just unload a little of my own, otherwise after my daughter's birthday it will be too bold to experiment
nut
I broke the chocolate into squares and threw it into the blender, for a couple of seconds and the chocolate was cut into small pieces, but I took a bar of chocolate from the withers. Girls, rake the mixture on the table. spoon with a large slide, I got 9 of them. , but on the other hand they did not burn, they dried perfectly, and on the 2nd day they became even tastier. Their appearance is certainly not very presentable, my granddaughter did not even touch the first day - she said "fuuu, I will not eat this", and the next day curiosity won and then she was already carried away - she sat cracking one after another
irza
Lyalya Toy, it seems to me that the problem is not in the airfryer and not in the temperature. Here troubles are more likely with proteins. I see possible reasons:
1) the coconut is dyed, more moist, and besides, it is also fat in itself;
or
2) the protein is not beaten enough;
or
3) I see small dark dots in the photo - are these nuts of such a fine grinding or is the chocolate chopped so carefully? Both nuts and chocolate are fatty. In a highly crushed state, the oil is released more intensively (especially when heated), which is detrimental for whipped proteins - they fall off, or the mass is not baked, but it turns out to be such a souffle (well, or as you have, the meringue "cries")

Something like that

Great biscuits, fast and tasty. : rose: I didn't wait long, after an hour and a half everything was ready and eaten.
Thanks to the advice, I even learned how to beat the squirrels, otherwise I already wanted to buy a new mixer.
Thank you.
BlackHairedGirl
The cookies are just adorable. They leave like seeds ... But once again I baked and faced such a problem: the whites, with a long whipping, first became fluffy, as expected and everything was wonderful, but in the end they began to give some too sharp peaks, I would even say, needles ... And slightly decreased in volume ... What was that? Nobody has come across this? This did not affect the taste, only the appearance. They hardly rose at high temperatures ...
koziv
I have never encountered this! Maybe any of the girls knows what it was?
kava
Baked 180 * for exactly 1 minute. The result is light and crumbly cookies. The husband said that he liked the burnt ones more. Tasty, thanks!

1) I put coconut less than indicated in the recipe.
2) I whipped the protein until hard peaks, so there can be no reason for this
3) the dots in the photo are the husks of the nuts, and the nuts themselves were not finely ground.
Bottom line: you need to try again.

Thank you so much for the recipe for this delicious and "no spoiled" cookie. I did it twice, we really liked it.
There were not many coconut shavings at home (where could I buy a couple of kilos?), So the second time I used wafer cakes as an additional "filler" (left over from the Swan Lake cake). The waffles did not spoil the taste of the cookies, so this is a good option for those who do not like coconut, or when there is none.

I also baked these cookies! What can I say - DIVINE TASTY! I did it with almonds and at once a double dose. baked on a silicone mat. I advise everyone.
BlackHairedGirl
prascovia And the details ??? With almonds - it's with flour, right? Or nuts?
prascovia
Details? Ground almonds with chocolate (70% cocoa), but not into dust. And then the recipe. I baked it. The smell, I tell you, was such that one could die even in the entrance.
I think it can make one big "cookie", then you can easily attach it to the cake, like a layer. I will try and report back.
BlackHairedGirl
prascovia Thank you Yes, the smell is breathtaking, for the sake of one smell it is NECESSARY to bake ... And about the interlayer it is very interesting ... It will be wonderful by the type of Kiev

Just preheat the oven without a fan, place the cookies after one minute. disconnect, everything.
koziv
That's right, you don't need a fan at night. I warmed up with the fan on (a habit) and then turned off the oven completely.
