i had expired yogurt and standing sour cream. flipping through 6 pages, I realized that a tall pie with a minimum of filling is not our option and spread the dough over the top, spread yellow sweet plums on top. plums after baking completely lost their sweetness, yet something sweeter is needed here.

I baked this cake today - my God, how huge it turned out! ... Savarin (with a hole in the middle) got out of the shape by more than a third. It took about 60 minutes to bake, otherwise the top was damp, so the crumb of the cake turned out to be caramel color. It's good that half of the berries (frozen blackberries and cranberries) were pushed into the dough (first, I laid out half of the dough, spread half of the berries on it, more dough and more berries on top), otherwise all the berries would fall to the bottom - they rose so much with a dome!
My husband thought it was a biscuit and asked how I whipped it (we have a certain trouble with this - we need to dig out a mixer from the cabinet), and I smiled mysteriously.
The only thing, because of this size, the berries were in one place, even though I poured berries in the middle, they were not enough for my husband in the center, they ate a pie pouring sour cream with sugar and drinking tea. Delicious!
