Thanks for the recipe! I tried baking your charlotte with fresh strawberries in my SilverCrest steamer. The pie turned out to be very tasty. But it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to be on duty at the steamer, since the SOOK function only worked for 30 seconds and turned off. I waited 6-8 minutes and turned it on again. Your recipe is very good, but probably not for such cheap steamers.
And kama can also come in handy. After 70 minutes of cooking, the top of the pie was spread with a 1.5 cm layer of two whipped proteins (small ones) with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and a little lemon juice.
