I agree, I just want to know in comparison .. by function .. I only have a synchro-click Zepterovsky for me. nravimya but I would like a pressure cooker-multicooker ... so I asked ..

If possible, buy this Brand 6050 pressure cooker - you can't go wrong! There is and cannot be any comparison with the receptor.
This pressure cooker is electric, with a set of necessary programs, everything is on the case, can be combined, easy to operate.
I think you will be satisfied with it.

Please tell me, should the lid rise during pressure build-up? That is, a gap is formed between the lid and the pan of mm 6 when pressure is formed in the pan, I don’t understand how it should be, and I just didn’t notice it before?

Yes, the cover lifts and locks when pressure is applied.

Oh, thank you very much! And I was really scared and upset about something. It's just that yesterday the rice did not work out the first time, I open it and it floats in the water, and I found this gap. So I tied it up in my stupid head. How much do you think you need to cook wild (black) rice? Something I ruined it yesterday, three times incl. rice, in the end it turned out to be porridge.
Elena Bo
Didn't the rice cook in one cycle? How much water did you pour?
vernisag
Yes, wild, on a gas stove I cooked it 1: 3 for about an hour, and in St. 1: 2.5 I really added a little brown to it. I set the time for 20 minutes.
Elena Bo
In a pressure cooker, as in a multicooker, rice is cooked differently, not like on the stove. Cook rice 1 to 1.5. And then it seemed to me a bit too much, I would do 1 to 1.25.

Perfect rice today. I bought Amber. For 2 cups of rice, 3 cups of water and a slice of butter. Salted of course. Rice by default 14 min. There is not a hint of a crust underneath, crumbly, soft.

I wonder if 14 minutes is enough for wild rice - it takes longer than regular rice to cook at normal pressure.

Lena, steamed rice or regular rice?

Should be enough, I cook on the Rice mode (though in kuku, and the time is the same) a mixture of 4 rice, including brown and wild - it turns out very cool.
And the usual is not boiled over, and the wild is ready.

"Amber" is steamed. Already I was afraid to take a simple one, you can't guess. Before that, a simple long-grain cooked for 6 minutes.

I don’t understand anything! Today I tried the chicken frying mode for the first time (I’ll say right away that my husband is sooooo happy with the result) and maybe I’m confusing something, but I seemed to read that in the frying and baking mode, cooking only goes under normal pressure, and I fried for a while at high pressure .. Although everything suits me, it's just interesting

If the position of the regulator was at high pressure, and the hen has released enough liquid, then the pressure is accumulated. There is no liquid - it will fry without pressure.

Clearly, understandably! But I didn't understand ...
Well, then it makes sense to add a little water, because the meat comes to readiness much faster this way.

Good day everyone!
I heard a lot about cartoons, but somehow the purchase was postponed))).
From friends I heard about Panasonic, from reviews - about Cook. And I put off everything and put off the purchase. Apparently not my time was :). And on the eve of March 8, I was puzzled by a gift for myself. Somehow the wind has brought here :))) and since March 9 I have been a user of 6050 and a fan of Brand.
We tried different modes. To say that this unit is a fairy tale is to say nothing. This is the THING! With a capital letter!
I had enough for exactly a week))) and 37502 appeared
The units are completely different. Now 6050 is a workhorse, and 502 is its assistant. I cook everything basic in the Pressure Cooker, everything you can wait. I liked the pilaf in the Pressure Cooker more. In general, at first it was unusual that the products retain their taste. On the stove, there is no such effect.
Thanks to Brand for the quality and affordable price. Now 6050 has already appeared with my friend.
Tanya_L
In the previous post, the phrase "all that can wait is at 502 was cut off."

Still, 502 brand new smells slightly, 6050 - no. I cooked lemons in both.

Reading the forum, I often came across reviews that milk is being curtailed.
Maybe my experience will help to cope with this problem. Every day since yesterday I put milk porridge in the morning. No problem. But it happened the day before yesterday))). The milk is the same. But! In the afternoon, I steamed cutlets. Seeing that the lid is absolutely clean, I did not disassemble and did not wash it. In the evening I put milk porridge - in the morning the milk curdled and sour. The same situation happened with my friend.
She decided to run in her brand new 6050, during the day something was floating in it, and at night she put a porridge. And the kapets came. ))) it turns out and did not understand that the cover is disassembled.

Hi Hi!
I have had a Panasonic for 2 years for sure, hmm ... maybe even more? ...
Now I'm thinking about purchasing a hybrid) In general, I want both a cartoon like a Panas, and a pressure cooker in one device.
I came across Brand and came to you for advice.

Tell me, can the Brand fully replace my Panas? Well, as a slow cooker .... won't it be worse or is it somehow different?
In particular - I am heating the village milk myself in Panas - will I be able to do it in the Brand?
In Panas, this is a mode of extinguishing (languishing practically) for 5 hours.
Well, milk porridge! In Panas, I have been putting porridge at night for more than two years.
I throw it in the evening, on the timer ... I have it getting ready for 6 in the morning. It is put itself AUTOMATICALLY on heating (is there such in the Brand?) And waits for the husband (he eats first). After it, the porridge is also heated, the children and I wake up and eat the porridge too. That is, 4 hours after cooking, it itself stands on heating. Is it real in the brand? And in general, is it realistic to cook porridge on the timer as in Panas (boiled, such as stewed).

I've almost already made an order for the Brand, but doubts do not give me rest.
PS I want to give my Panas to my mother. I'm worried that I will regret it.

Thanks everyone in advance for the advice.

The Brand 6050 pressure cooker operates in two modes:
on low mode as a multicooker
high setting like a pressure cooker

Like a pressure cooker, the appliance prepares many dishes quickly and efficiently. The default time is set from 13 minutes (porridge) to minus 1 minute and plus 59 minutes.
That is, the longest time is set at 59 minutes, for example, for boiling jellied meat.
The same applies to the multicooker when the appliance works without pressure.

To prepare baked milk, a longer period is needed, for example, 5-6 hours, which you will not get in this device.
For these purposes, it is better to purchase a multicooker.

There are no problems with rice, cereals, legumes - the pressure cooker cooks well, quickly and efficiently! Look at our recipes here in the section, for example, beans (pre-soaked) can be boiled with high quality in 30 minutes + 30 minutes to set / release pressure.
Milk porridges cook quickly - total time is about 33 minutes, and they cook well. See our recipes.
Porridge can be set on a timer.
The heating function works up to 12 hours.

milasha, the choice is yours

In a nearby Temka there is a video about cooking in a pressure cooker, however, from another manufacturer. There, a woman cooked baked milk for 40 minutes at high pressure.
Tanya_L
And I don't wait for the pressure cooker to release the pressure itself. If I am near and the operating mode is over, I release the pressure with the valve. It's a matter of a minute. If you slowly bleed it, it is very easy and clean. Today, steamed beets, carrots and cauliflower - 6 min. The pressure cooker builds up pressure for several minutes if it was cold before. If you cook one dish after another, then it really is like a self-assembled Tablecloth: fast, varied and tasty. Pilaf takes a maximum of 30 minutes. And to the table.

That is, for example, I can't simmer the soup for an hour and a half? let's say borscht. I cook it in Panas, and then simmer it at a low rate for another hour. As from the stove. Without vexation - there is no that.

And if you put 59 minutes of stewing in the Brand and then immediately put another 59 minutes of stewing, can you do that? It turns out that you can put stewing 5 times - that's it for baked milk?

Does the heating automatically turn on itself after the end of the program or do you need to turn it on yourself?

So it means: Millet - 1 multi-glass, washed, water - 2 m / st. and milk - 3 m / st (this is if you eat porridge right away, if "for later" to liquid it is necessary to increase by 0.5-1 m / st). "Porridge / Steam" mode - 13 minutes... I did the relief of pressure myself. The millet boiled perfectly (believe me). For those who like millet to "prickle" a little, the time can be reduced to 10 minutes.

immediately the question:
and if porridge without water? maybe this is the reason for the flakes or sourness?
I only cook in milk (fat country).
and you release the pressure, but what if you put the porridge overnight? So that everything itself is prepared and the whole family waits on heating? really?

If you look at this topic, then there are a lot of photos of cereals. Everything boils well. If the milk is good, then it does not curdle. Everything is exactly the same as in multicooker, only faster.
milasha
I see photos of the local cereals, thanks. But you all cook porridge in the morning, that's the point.
My question is this is the main one - on a postponement - and in the case of "not instant eating)" - is everything ok?
I repeat ....
the porridge itself prepares for the morning (on a postponement) - no one releases the pressure, and milk with cereals is frozen in the evening 6-7 hours before cooking.
and then another 3 hours at least on heating.
This is real?

The husband eats alone, we are all asleep, he will not cook anything (he better not eat at all). I must definitely put everything on a postponement to wake him up in the evening.

I have cooked porridge only once so far, millet in milk, without water, but until I decided to postpone it, I’m afraid the milk would not acidify overnight in the warmth. The porridge turned out to be very tasty and without any milk flakes. On the weekend I'll try to cook with a delay.

milashaMany scientists believe that usefulness is destroyed not from high temperature, but from the duration of the heat treatment of products. So consider what is better: 40 minutes in a pressure cooker or 4 hours in a cartoon.
In cereals, in the morning I don't see a problem at all: there is a delay function, there is an automatic transfer to heating mode. Milk even curdled in the cartoon. But for me, for example, in 3.5 years - not once. By the way, on this issue here on the last page they wrote:

All perfectly. I don’t freeze milk. I do the bookmark at 22-23 o'clock. I need porridge by 6 in the morning for my husband. I set a delay of 7-7.5 hours and a readiness time of 6 minutes for oatmeal. It seems to me that less is possible))) I have not experienced it yet. Children need porridge by 7 o'clock. It stands on the heating and waits for it to be devoured. Yes, the O-ring has the ability to absorb food odors. But this problem can be solved by an additional O-ring, which can only be used for preparing dairy dishes and baked goods.
At the moment, there is no such accessory for the multicooker pressure cooker. We expect receipt with the next batch of goods.
