Something with cooking pasta does not work out for the second time ... I fry the liver with onions, add thick pasta, pour water so that the pasta is about 5mm above the water level. I cook on Steam for 5 or 6 minutes. It turns out delicious, but the pasta completely loses its shape ... Probably, you need to change the pasta?
Aurina
Good evening everyone! Can i ask you? He's probably to the Brand representatives. But can one of the girls tell me. Is it still possible to buy this model of pressure cooker? Or already waiting for the new 6051? And something I really wanted her

First, you need to take Italian pasta. They behave very well. And then 5 minutes. in a pressure cooker, that's a lot for our macaroons. They are 3 min. enough for the eyes.

ukka, these are very good. And it is the bows that are beyond competition

Oh devanki, how happy I am like an elephant I cooked delicious pilaf in my 6050, rice is sooooo different not like on the stove, but today I made jellied meat it takes an hour, only an hour and no smell in the apartment, it certainly smells delicious, but when you cook it on the stove through mind everything smells and the main thing is no need to watch it boiled away did not boil away, add water do not top up, and salt all the time, I will salt it, then I will not add salt. and then I laid it, salted it, seasoned and ready (y) did it according to the recipe as in the recipe book from the manufacturer
And having learned a question, whoever baked "chocolate on boiling water" on the "rice" mode, how long do you think you need to bake?

And having learned a question, whoever baked "chocolate on boiling water" on the "rice" mode, how long do you think you need to bake?
We have a bakery master especially in this SV - VS Nika, she recommends baking biscuits on Porridge, charlotte on Baking, and casseroles on Rice for 14 min. I once asked about the casserole, so I know the time and mode, but about biscuit, and even chiffon chocolate ... I only bake a simple chiffon in Panas, I don't know here

Boiled water is best for baked goods. It will not bake on rice and porridge.

Vic, when did you suddenly become Vichka ??? I've already missed so many of your posts, not paying attention to "Vichka" (((
Irina.
Girls, my pressure cooker spoiled me. After selecting a program, it automatically turns on and starts working. And I am so used to it that now I myself am suffering. I'll start cooking in the cartoon, turn on the program, and forget to press "Start".After a while I remember that I didn't include the cartoon. Yesterday evening I put the starter culture in the yogurt maker to prepare, set the time, and forgot to press "Start" again. I left on business, I came, I saw that the lid was not fogged up at all, and then I realized that I had not turned on the yogurt maker.
How quickly you get used to good things. Or maybe this is already sclerosis?
Song
But for me, on the contrary, in 6050 the start button is not enough ...
Irina.
I'd rather miss her. I would then cook in other devices while cooking, but I have to wait until I remember, while to get ready ...

It didn't come from baking time. He had to climb anyway. If this did not happen, then either you yourself (incorrect mixing) or the products are to blame. The quality of the cocoa could have affected. What did they put, baking powder, soda? Did you open the lid while baking?
DirliMirli
I opened the lid after 60 minutes, poked it with a toothpick, it came out with the dough, I put it on for another 20 minutes. I have now compared the recipe that is here on the forum and which I made the difference in the amount of oil, I added 1/2 cup, maybe because of this it was heavy and could not rise, and I put soda 1.5 tsp and baking powder 1.5 t l
Thank you for helping me figure it out

I bake this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=12826.0
I quickly mix everything with a spoon except boiling water. Boiling water at the end, quickly mix again and for baking. Baking 59 min.
Can you interfere for a long time? Baking powder doesn't like this. Do you use quality cocoa?
DirliMirli
I interfere quickly, cocoa "Russian" I think it's not bad or you need to look for something else?

Do you need to heat the pressure cooker and pour the dough into the preheated one?

I did it on it, everything worked out well. I used a pack of our recipes, and then ordered Extra-brute, Belgian, dark red (natural cocoa powder, no sugar, no vanillin) smell, gorgeous color !! Now I only use it, and how silky it feels to the touch ... mmm ... a fairy tale

I heat it up a bit, not until it is hot, so that it's just not a cold bowl.

Here I am with the report
I baked on the "porridge" function for 30 minutes, then switched to the "baking" function there, literally 10 minutes, I opened it to check it did not stick to the toothpick and I took out my chocolate on boiling water from the bowl, everything was baked evenly, went up 7cm and cut it still warm into three parts and medium the layer disintegrated into small pieces, but I was not upset, mixed them with the cream, then putting the cream on the first crust, put the mixed pieces on top, followed by another cream and a final crust. In the context, I'm not waiting for home yet

Hello girls
I’m here with my emotions about the pressure cooker-multicooker it should be so lovely, I threw the meat to cook and went for a walk with the child, I came and threw everything for the borscht and went to sleep with the child. ours came home from work, I'm bored
Here's another function after heating, cooling is like in a refrigerator and there would be no need to pour into a saucepan, well, I'm dreaming
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
DirliMirli, I remember, you bought an apparatus for biscuits? And she, our beauty, just as she pulled you in, that already borschik, and meat, and swimmer, and jellied meat. Smart pressure cooker!
To be honest, I had no doubts that she would not stand idle, but would work for the joy of you and your family!
Maybe, before it's too late, another one, already for biscuits?
Elena Bo
Before baking, I never warm up the bowl either in a pressure cooker or in a multicooker. All baked goods are of excellent quality.

Good evening! I want to ask, what are you cooking on mode Roasting cereals? And then this question: how do you fit a ham maker redmond in Brand 6050? For some reason, the lid does not close for me, the central pin interferes.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I cooked soup for lunch yesterday. And at the end of the program, instead of a signal of readiness, the pressure cooker gave me an E4 error. After a few minutes of rest, it turned on without any problems. I poked different modes.
Question: wouldn't it be dangerous if I still use it for some time? The husband arrives only on Monday, he will be able to open and check the pressure sensor not earlier than Tuesday, or even a day or two later. And I feel like no hands without her.
Denis, please reassure me, or vice versa, upset me that it is better not to turn it on in case of a pressure sensor error.

I have a ham Beloboka. The lid closes with difficulty, as you correctly noted, the central pin interferes. I wouldn't cook like that.

There is no danger. If the sensor does not work, pressure will simply not build up. The sensor itself is made on the principle of a clothespin. And these contacts, which are connected, could oxidize, dust or dirt could get on them. Copper is a very strong conductor, but due to foreign bodies, the contact is broken. Once with a strip of sandpaper, it will be enough to clean the contacts - and everything will be in order. This is where the copper contacts are. They need to be opened a little, insert a strip of sandpaper. She will squeeze. Then just pull it out. Thus, you need to clean first the upper contact, then the lower, or vice versa! Denis, Thank you so much !
But without waiting for your answer, yesterday I already cooked vegetables for salad and okroshka. And today a pressure cooker made me sorrel soup for dinner. Both times the flight is normal. As I say, I’m like no hands without her. But I will force my husband to disassemble it upon arrival. Checking the sensor will not be superfluous.

What a handsome man! What is the recipe? How does it taste?

I took the recipes from the forum, but changed it to my taste. I have already done it five times, then the fourth time I got what I wanted. Today I was once again convinced of this. And the taste - well, very tasty and delicate!
I don't know how to arrange it. If necessary, I can write.

No matter how much I tried, I never succeeded in such beauty, but yours is very seductive!

girls, help please! not so long ago they posted a video where 6050 makes a strange crackle when cooking. do not remind where it is and how it ended?
I, too, began to crackle with terrible force. afraid

Quote: Peshiy

Hello everybody.
We bought it 3-4 months ago, used it, but some time ago special effects appeared that I really do not like.
Please take a couple of minutes and watch a video of the pressure cooker (with sound). Does anyone have something like this?
The valve was disassembled and washed (although it was so clean). If at the moment of this "crackling" the pressure is slightly released, the crackling stops. After a while, it is repeated.
From the description:
-----------------------
The bowl is clean, the silicone ring is also (no defects).
When starting the pressure cooker, 2-3 strong clicks occur (parents have these clicks on the exact same pressure cooker).
After a set of pressure, a rather intense "crunch" or "clicking" occurs (this is the most frightening).
Just water was poured in and the cooking time was increased to film all this.
The pressure cooker has been in use for about 3-4 months. Parents have the same, but this crunch is not. Food also occasionally burns, which suggests a slightly overestimated temperature regime, possibly because of this, the pressure is above normal.
------------------------

It's just that an aluminum canister exploded in my hands under pressure and I know not by hearsay what it is. And if you add a temperature over 100 degrees here, then goosebumps run.
I would be grateful to everyone for any information. We need to collect statistics. But I'm already inclined to hand it over to the service ... or just hand it over.

Good day.
Sounds really don't sound like a relay is working. I recommend contacting your nearest service center. The address of the nearest SC can be found on the website of our company.
tx75
Dear Brand representatives! tell me, such a crackle often happens in pressure cookers. the conversation with the service center now left me in disbelief. the man answered all my questions only "why bring from the SC? It's okay. There are 2 degrees of protection. Use"
In this connection, I ask you to write, what documents do you need for repair, exchange or refund (in the worst case)?
Denis BR
Cracking is most likely deformation of the skin due to heat. The bowl itself is in a thick-walled fixed container, and the lid is screwed on. If you are afraid that the pressure cooker will explode, this will never happen. It happens that the decorative metal panels of the balcony cladding heat up in the sun and crackle. The same physical principle. Or plastic shoots somewhere because of a slight deformation, under pressure and heating. If you want to send a pressure cooker to our Moscow SC for testing, you can send it to us at OUR ACCOUNT, using the service of any Transport Company, such as: "Autotrading" or "Business Lines". Our address: 109382, Moscow, Egoryevsky proezd, building 2. (495) 662-59-97 (multichannel), (495) 744-02-53, (495) 668-04-75. Experts will make diagnostics, eliminate possible defects, and we will send it back to you at our own expense.

and another question: can I use it?
Of course you can use it! Except for an unpleasant crackle, nothing else will happen. And even then, over time, the crackling can disappear.
tx75
Thank you so much. yes, I will send you! there is no SC in Bryansk
Irina.

The same story. I wanted to start looking for this video and how it all ended.
When my pressure cooker builds up pressure, there is silence, and as soon as the valve closes, clicks, crackling begin, not terrible, of course, but loud. But after a few minutes everything calms down and cooks on quietly.
Denis BR, thanks for calming me down, I will continue to use it, time will tell how everything will be.
tx75
Irin A, what about your video, too? pressure cooker from the last batch? I also started sporadically. I paid no attention. and now it pops constantly in the cooking process.
