Good morning everyone!!!
Today I will become the owner of Brand 6050, I hope we will be friends.
Immediately a question: how to boil water with lemon? : D What proportions and mode?
Otherwise, I think I'll be cooking something at night)
Manna
Well, first you need to thoroughly wash the bowl, removable plate and ring. Pour 0.5 liters of warm water into a bowl and throw a slice of lemon. Steam mode. Then let the bowl cool. And once again wash the bowl, removable plate and ring. Something like this...
Dessert
And please tell me where you can buy extra in St. Petersburg. Cup and ring for 6050?
I searched on the Internet, I did not find it.
Dessert
Well, now I have 6050 in my kitchen! : D While water with lemon is being prepared there!
Thanks to the forum, everything is clear and expected.
Tomorrow I plan to please my husband with chicken drumsticks and potatoes.
I also want a charlotte.
Is there a recipe 100% delicious?
Lerele
I also want fried dumplings ...
Can someone draw up a recipe ??? Well, how much oil to pour, and how to turn them over ??? How much to fry? Cover with a lid ??
You are welcome!!! Otherwise, I'm going to the Russian store that week and buy some dumplings.

Bake this one https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=159689.0, it is for a multicooker, but it works well in a pressure cooker too, I tried it.
Irina.
Vika, and I want to say thank you for the rice porridge. I read the post-question about pilaf, followed the link, bookmarked the recipe for pilaf and on the same page I saw your rice porridge and so I wanted it. Immediately set to cook. I made the proportions 1: 5. It took 25 minutes to cook it all, with pressure relief. The porridge turned out to be awesome. My husband and I ate it and praised it. The porridge is very tasty. It's just a fairy tale !!!

Irina, it is very pleasant that the "works" are not in vain.

The work is not in vain, but very useful to us. I want (as far as possible and free time available) to go over the topic once again from the first page in order to write down recipes and tips.
Vika and all the girls, thank you all for your hard work.

Girls and boys, tell me!
I want to cook chicken fillet in sour cream sauce.
I will fry the fillets with onions / carrots, add the sauce, and then on which program is better to put it to stew? For porridge or stewing? And how many minutes? Chicken cooks quickly.

Is there stewing in a pressure cooker?
Only yesterday I made chicken in kefir marinade, cooked it on baked goods, last time I did it on meat, the result is the same.

I have extinguishing.
How much time to cook?

Thank you!
Somewhere else in the subject I saw a recipe for a chicken drumstick in sour cream.
Lost, don't remember where the recipe is?)

You probably have a pressure cooker from the first batch, which has a default cook time of 30 minutes in Game mode. It is impossible to establish less. And on the "Meat" mode, the default time is 15 minutes (perhaps you made a mistake with the name of the mode).
In subsequent batches, the time in all modes can be reduced to 1 minute.
Dessert
No, I have an updated model, time decreases and increases, I already understood how
There is a mode of extinguishing instead of game.

It was baked in a Brand 37501 multicooker, and in a pressure cooker, bake on baked goods by default, it may not bake on rice. Here is a similar to this cake, my recipe, I baked it on baking. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=165628.0

Thanks for the quick response!

I suspect that in the 501st and 6050 the BAKERY should work about the same Am I wrong? I will put, as you advised, for 45 minutes (by default), then I will report

Almost, with the exception of biscuits, I bake them in 6050 on boiling, dry on baked goods, the rest of the pastries are wonderful both here and there.
In that pie, be sure to mix the berry with the dough and add a little baking powder, it is not in the recipe. And do not open immediately, disconnect from heating and leave for 20 minutes.
ElenaNSK
About baking powder - I was already surprised that it was not there. Thanks for the valuable advice! Otherwise, I probably would not turn off the heating

I am reporting:
did everything according to the recipe, added baking powder along with flour. I didn't grease the bowl, but I put the strips down so that I wouldn't spoil the filling later. The berries were - frozen currants, straight from the freezer. Put it on the BAKERY for 45 minutes. default. He turned off the heating immediately. I couldn't wait for 20 minutes, I opened it after 10 It went up well. The sour cream pouring is still watery, the dough has not yet understood. I pulled the bowl out of the appliance - everything is standing, it cools down in the bowl. Hot is scary to pull out, I'm afraid it will fall apart. Something like this ... I'll do a cutaway picture tomorrow.
ElenaNSK
Continuation of the pie report:
it was not possible to pull it out even when it was cold, despite the strips and the help of her husband - it fell apart in the process. I had to get it in pieces, from which everything dripped. So there won't be a photo.
Do not get bored. I didn’t do it thoroughly. And since it was the first time I made the pie with filling, I realized this only when I pulled it out. I thought the pouring was hot and should be semi-liquid, like cheesecake. But no: on the sides it is very baked. But the middle, 2/3 of the depth of the cake, remained semi-liquid - I had to bring these pieces to readiness in the microwave. It was useless to poke a stick before the test at the end of the program, although I did. Expected result: whole stick in wet filling and melted chocolate
But what surprised me: it rose remarkably, twice (and even the fill, in which there was no baking powder), and despite the obvious imperfection, almost did not settle during cooling. Why is still a mystery.
The pie is good, you will have to repeat (not cut, you must first finish it), taking into account mistakes: the baking time is first for an hour, then, if the pouring has not grabbed, add time. Make sure that the valve is open (this furnace is closed, although there was no high pressure). And one more thing: do not pour all the flour at once (with Aleika, the dough turned out to be thick) and put in 1.5 times less sugar (it turned out too sweet for us).

Don't step on my rake

Continuation of the pie report:
Elena, if you saw that it was not baked in the middle, why did they take it out, incl. another 15 minutes and there it would already be visible. It’s a pity that it happened.
ElenaNSK
Vika, I'm telling you: for the first time I made a pie with filling. I thought it was right, that it should remain semi-liquid, creamy. If I knew that she, too, had to grab, she would definitely turn it on. Nothing, learn from mistakes

By the way, in the process I realized that the stripes can not be inserted. Since the cake on top should not be liquid, then you can simply turn it over on a plate or a double boiler - it will easily come out of an unlubricated bowl.
Dessert
My second dish in Brandik was pilaf with chicken. To say that it was delicious is to say nothing.
I myself cooked pilaf on the stove is not bad, but the pressure cooker did better.
Rice to rice, perfect chicken.
The recipe is simple:
I fried a lot of carrots and onions on the frying-chicken program, added the chicken itself, finely chopped, salted and pepper, fried, added seasoning for pilaf, washed rice on top, well, some water covered the rice, a head of garlic on top and on the rice mode - 14 minutes.

Here's a photo I will share:
Electric pressure cooker Brand 6050 - reviews and opinions

Shomyachili with my husband in 2 days)

Girls, I need advice. There is an opportunity to bring Brand 6050 from Russia. Is it worth it at all to want, since there is a MV and a pressure cooker made of stainless steel (for a gas stove)? And maybe think about it when it will be 6051?
Manna
Olgawhen the 6051 arrives, I'm afraid the 6050 will no longer be available. I can only speak for 6050 now. This is a very good pressure cooker. Definitely - an electric pressure cooker is more convenient than a gas one. But it's up to you to decide, in any case.
Arnica
Are they all updated now? And where is it better to order (Moscow), please tell me

Is it possible in more detail for non-locals?
Manna
Olga, and you go to Yandex. Market, select the region "Moscow", dial Brand 6050, and it will give you all online stores selling 6050.
mamba
And I have a request for Brand.
So I bought a pressure cooker and suddenly there was a problem. Right now, I'll try in more detail: for myself, in the 37501 multicooker, I steamed (in a hinged double boiler) chicken for 4 hours in the Stew mode. It turned out exactly what I needed, but without a steam attack in the kitchen. And right now I will share such a terrible secret that all nationalities who have a fat gain from boiled eggs will turn green with envy: in a bowl, water under a double boiler during such a time turned into a broth, quite suitable for further preparation of first courses. In!
But due to the fact that in 6050 only a stand on legs is possible, I will not dare to put this broth into soups, after all, the stand is plastic, and the temperature is created much higher than 100 degrees - it's dumb for me. As a result, I thought: how great it would be to have the opportunity to buy a stainless steel stand (let it be akin to those in the airfryer), so the broth would be guaranteed environmentally friendly, and other 2-in-1 cooking options would not lose their relevance ... With a hinged one in an ordinary cartoon, it's somehow not scary, but it's convenient. Only the attachments for the legs (so as not to damage the bowl) are necessarily silicone, not plastic.
Honestly, do not throw slippers at me, so as not to hurt me to death, but not to take sin on my soul. I’m the only way to ask.

PS: by the way, I really liked the "whatazerochka" from the smokehouse, that would be sold in accessories. Well this is how many rows you can stuff food for steaming!
Gibus
Vei, Tanyulya, on what mode is it better to cook jellied meat in 6050?
I tried it only once, for a long time, and for some reason on the Bobovs. Well, then I wanted to .... What's the best?
Elena Bo
I cook in soup for 59 minutes.

The same thing, plus it cools down by itself, I don't bleed off steam.
Lerele
For beef, 59 is not enough, you need to add 30 minutes.
Elena Bo
I made from beef and pork tails. I always had enough time. She will release the pressure until she reaches it.
Gibus
Many thanks to all who responded!
As soon as the post ends, I'll try it on Soup.

By and large, the name of the mode is not important, here only time plays a role, and the temperature is approximately the same everywhere or just the same.
Gibus

the temperature is about the same everywhere, or just the same.

I suspect this too, but it's more interesting to press different buttons
It's just that I'm not special in jellied meat, I vaguely imagine how good is different from bad. Transparency?
Vei
Transparency, but it also depends on the type of meat, the richness of taste and the strength of the broth-broth, so that it solidifies and does not melt.

Hmm, maybe our beef is tougher ??? I often make jellied meat, I cook it for half an hour, for an hour it does not boil so much.
I cook in soup. Maybe try it on meat, it seems like the most powerful one.
Elena Br
mamba, the idea is very good. We will definitely consider an offer for the supply of a metal steamer. It remains to resolve the issue only with the legs. Silicone is not the best option (over time, silicone will not look attractive).
Of course, you can use a smokehouse shelf for steaming, but in the near future this accessory will not appear on sale separately.
