Denis answered on the Brand forum about the E4 error, which quite often began to pop up among pressure cooker users. Attached to the answer is a video on replacing the pressure sensor and control board. It's probably better to put it on the first page.

Quote: Denis Brand
Good day! Information for those who find it difficult to contact the SC! The E4 error in the pressure cooker pops up due to a slight oxidation of the sensor. To fix this error, you do not need the knowledge of a specialist and any details, but you need at least a little understanding of the technique. It is enough to unscrew the lower plastic panel, move the pressure sensor, tighten it harder with a screwdriver. And it is better to remove the sensor and clean with sandpaper 2 copper contacts in the form of droplets (the sensor is unclenched and compressed according to the principle of a clothespin, you will immediately understand where the contacts converge and diverge, you can see them). The pressure cooker will work properly again. Copper tends to oxidize, but it is an excellent conductor, you can't get away from it.

Look at the link for finding the sensor: ()
p.s. the video occasionally flashes the Brand 6051 pressure cooker in white, expected by many. Those interested can admire

mamba, the idea is very good. We will definitely consider an offer for the supply of a metal steamer. It remains to resolve the issue only with the legs. Silicone is not the best option (over time, silicone will not look attractive).

In my humble opinion - and figs with him, with the look of legs at a double boiler, we do not admire them, and most importantly - to know that it is safe (harmless) for eaters. If this is possible, then maybe make them non-removable (so that they are less lost), that is, how to pour silicone on the bottom of the legs, on the principle of how spoon-spatulas are made of other materials, doused with silicone. The main thing is to have such steamers as soon as possible!
Irinia
You can put a silicone mat on the bottom, just pour the liquid first so that the mat does not stick to the dry surface. The mat can be cut to any size from square baking mat.

Dear members of the forum, please share where you can buy Landlife bowls in Moscow? And from which model should you take to go to our 6050?

Olgawhen the 6051 arrives, I'm afraid the 6050 will no longer be available. I can only speak for 6050 now. This is a very good pressure cooker. Definitely - an electric pressure cooker is more convenient than a gas one. But it's up to you, in any case
I didn’t wait for 6051, and today Brand 6050 flew to me. God forbid, to work and make me happy, but where am I with her in Ukraine ?.
So far, I just studied the instructions and got acquainted with it. The size, of course, is big, I did not expect it ... I found the on / off button.
The question arose: the box says that 7 programs are under pressure and 7 with normal. And what about normal besides baking, frying, heating and boiling?

And what about normal besides baking, frying, heating and boiling?
They counted 6 types of frying: chicken, meat, vegetables, fish, cereals and seafood. + baked goods = 7
Heating up with pressure.

Yesterday I cooked dolma in Brandik, on the soup mode in 20 minutes everything turned out perfectly! And the leaves are not tough, and the lamb and beef filling did not fall apart. Delicious!
Now a biscuit is being prepared on porridge / steam, let's see what comes out.

Yesterday I took my SLE out of the box, looked at it, read the instructions and I'm afraid to cook something in it: it's so big compared to my CF. My husband is already wondering: what will you cook in it or will it stand? And I'm getting used to it

[Hello! Tell me, please, I can't figure it out myself - if the cooking time is indicated in the recipe book for a certain amount of products, for example, 30 minutes, then if you double the amount of products, you need to increase the time or not? I don't really want to experiment. Thank you.

Ol, enough to get used to it, get it out and master it !!!
Then you won't be able to put it back in the box!
As I got 6050, I never cooked soup on the stove !!! For 20 minutes of total time - a ready-made aromatic soup! Steamed meat - 20 min, fried too quickly! And when I’m completely lazy or there’s no time to cook, I boil the potatoes in their uniforms for a couple - 5 minutes, set the pressure, boil for 10 minutes, I relieve the pressure forcibly - well, where in another 15 minutes, without even making efforts to clean and cut vegetables, will you be full? ??
The multicooker tore me off the psychology of cooking, and the pressure cooker completely took away the leftovers !!! I realized that I originally needed a pressure cooker !!! Now, if I had a choice now - to buy another slow cooker or a pressure cooker - I would choose a pressure cooker !!!

Since the countdown begins after entering the operating mode, it is not necessary to change the time especially, it seems to me so ...

Vika, I found a recipe. Yes, he's yours !!! Only I have a question about the baking time. The recipe is given for 4 eggs, but if you make for 6 eggs, then add time?
While I was writing, another question arose - should the starch rate also be increased?

After all, my whole life is in the kitchen, sheer improvisation. This time there was 1 glass of starch, after beating the yolks, 3 tbsp flopped into them. l. hot water, orange juice, too, one did not do, and rubbed the zest from the orange, on a fine grater.
I baked it on baked goods (time 45 minutes, turned off the heating and opened it after 20 minutes) I also thought so, I usually make this biscuit on porridge.
A little more and the biscuit would have rested against the lid.

Vika, thanks !!! I will take into account all the tips. I'll bake one of these days.
Try it, I think you'll like it. I eat this biscuit still warm, though today I collected a cake.
Try to add boiling water to the whipped yolks, then everything else, starting with the juice and orange peel (1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp sugar, vanillin, 1 tsp. Baking powder, whipped whites)

Girls, tell me why there is such a pipsik on a removable aluminum lid, is it like a handle to pull on it when you shoot? But I didn’t pay attention to how it should be when I was taking pictures to wash. I began to collect and began to doubt which side to put the lid on.
Well, in general, I collected and set the first time to cook barley porridge. Works like a book writes (mmm). Hope to be friends with her.

Ol, how is pearl barley porridge? I'm waiting for the results of the experiment!
Try boiling beans for 30 minutes and soft beans, but absolutely whole!

Kashka was a success. My husband loves her, then check it out.
I put it on for 30 minutes, then they turned it off and started to relieve pressure. The pair was not very much. Maybe because there is no liquid in the porridge, but if there is soup, then there is more steam? I here read about stained kitchens and believed, but everything turned out to be different.
In general - I liked the pressure cooker and have already ceased to be afraid of her.
I will definitely try to cook the beans. The main thing is that I have already started to cook in it. I got used to the multicooker at first. Now I love her. And I will love the pressure cooker. I just have a stainless steel SLE, then I kept thinking, well, why do I need an electric one? And since everything is "contagious" on the forum, I could not resist either. And just then a friend was going to fly with a transfer in Kiev. That's how it turned out

Yes, Olenka, that's right - less liquid, less vapor.
Where do the soiled kitchens come from ??? I always relieve the pressure by hand, except for the milk and borscht on the grill, threw a towel over the valve and dump the steam - everything is clean!
I still soak the beans, because you don't know which variety you will get ...
I am so glad that you made friends with 6050 !!! She's so smart !!! Cook soup - you will fall in love at all !!! And the biscuits in it are so cool !!!

If you cook on modes under pressure, then you do not need to increase the time.

This pimp is necessary for the convenience of removing the plate. If you put on the removable lid plate with a pimp inside, then steam will come out from under the lid during cooking.

Girls, I'm reporting.
Today I baked a charlotte with apples according to an orange recipe, baking 45 min. plus 10 min. heated. The sides turned out to be light, the bottom is beautiful. In the first photo - from top to bottom, and on the second, vice versa. In principle, baked, rose. Maybe you had to put baked goods for 1 hour? And for apple cider too much sugar, apparently in orange 2 mst is normal, but with apples you need less.
True, the photo turned out darker than it really is.

Olya, beautiful charlotte! Sugar is a thing that needs to be added "to taste", even with apples, because there are such sour ones that 2 mst is just right, but for sweets it can be less. I often put 1 regular glass of sugar in all charlottes (if the fruit is not sour)
Arnica
Thank you! The homemade biscuit liked it too. But with sugar, indeed, you need to adjust, based on the sweetness of the fruits used. And yet, it turns out they bake on rice and steam / porridge. I will know and try to bake in these modes too.

Olyushka, Bake charlotte better on "baked goods", but biscuit on "porridge" turns out well; casserole on "rice".

I always fry with the lid open, nothing gets lost. The program is strong, I would not leave anything under the lid on it, it will burn. My frying is more likely to be called frying, I don't leave the saucepan when I fry something, well, I definitely don't look at the time.

I fry the cabbage for "frying vegetables" for 15 minutes, then mixed it for another 10 minutes, it turned out very well.
Much depends on the cabbage, you can see there was little juice in yours.

I do that too. And especially for frying I use a dome-shaped solicon lid with holes adjustable by closing petals / by Gipfel / - well, very convenient!

And I'm afraid to leave frying unattended. I am such a crow, if I move away from the pan, then I will easily forget about it so many interesting things around

VeiChicken and chicken were kept in a marinade for 30 minutes (lemon juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, cinnamon) and put in a bowl without oil, baking mode 45 minutes. Meatballs in sweet and sour sauce from Stеrn Electric pressure cooker Brand 6050 - reviews and opinions
I made a double portion for 1 kg of meat. It turned out to be a full bowl (well, I don't know how to cook in small portions). First, I overcooked everything for the sauce, as in the recipe, added meatballs (though I forgot to roll in flour) and Stew for 30 minutes. (I was afraid to expose this less, since the bowl is full). Delicate, juicy, very, very tasty!

Lena, did the sauce completely cover the meatballs or not?
