Luda, thank you for the recipe for delicious chocolate cupcakes. I prepared them both for myself and to order. I also liked it, and the customers were delighted.
I baked in paper capsules, put 50 g + each - and I got 22 pieces. Luda, in your photo they are so even. And I got a little bit with a tubercle. And I noticed that the cupcakes baked in the second turn turned out to be denser, I would even say rather dry. I do not know why. And the first ones are very wet. Probably next time I will bake half the portion, then knead more. Or maybe it was necessary to beat the dough a little before baking. But I still ate everything and will definitely do more.
Inside she put an orange Kurd, and on top she made a hat from Swiss meringue. Unusual delicious! Thank you!

I have a form for 9 small cupcakes (about 6 cm in diameter) and long, like a loaf, I usually bake a curd cake in it. Now, if I put 9 small cupcakes, and the rest in a loaf, will it bake? Or is it not worth experimenting like that?

Yesterday I again wanted these wonderful cupcakes, but I have no milk.
Replaced it with kefir. Very soft and fluffy.

I hasten to inform you that the cupcakes were a success! Very tender, juicy, I wrap them hot right on a dish in a film and there is nothing to soak

Girls, did anyone bake these cupcakes with only yolks? I need meringue whites. Can I replace eggs with yolks? What do you think?

I baked them for the first time on February 27. I liked it so much that since that time I baked them 4 times already. This is my antidepressant now. I fell in love with this chocolate taste (and all homemade ones), porous airy structure, mmmm .... very tasty. I use red October on cocoa, and on margarine - mustache is equally delicious. Somehow I'll do it in oil. Today I baked it in the form of a biscuit. At 180 degrees 35 min. It's a pity, it did not rise evenly, but a slide and cracked in the middle. I wanted to make a cake. Probably, it is still better to bake the cakes separately for the cake. It was a trial today. The 5th son is 11 years old, I rehearse so that all the rules work out on the DR.

Girls, in silicone molds, who are lonely, the dough will not resist? I don't have a cupcake mold
I baked it in single molds - it worked! Super delicate, super soft, super delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Girls, help with advice! : this: the first time I baked, everything is fine, the second time, they immediately went down. : girl_cray: all according to the recipe. Why did this happen? I'm afraid to bake again, otherwise I will be upset

Luda, thanks for the great recipe! I did everything strictly according to the recipe. At first I wanted to replace the baking soda with baking powder, but decided not to risk it. Everything worked out great. Very chocolatey, airy! Baked cake pan. I didn't water it with anything, I didn't have time. Started eating right warm.
