I baked it several times and the result was different. I will share my observations: in the form of muffins I baked in a silicone form and in a metal one (both times I used paper molds-inserts). Result: in the silicone oil slightly separated out and gathered at the bottom of the paper mold, the cupcakes themselves turned out to be less airy and porous (although the taste remained excellent, but the texture is denser). I tried to bake a cake in a slow cooker (I have a Panasonic) - the same story, a dense crumb.
From this I concluded: the dough requires rapid, uniform heating (the multicooker bowl is cold, and while it warms up, the oil has time to partially "displace" from the dough, the same story with silicone: it has low thermal conductivity). For the dough to rise and airy, it is important to preheat the oven well and preferably use metal molds.
